According to the method and the device, the first project data participated by the first publisher and the second project data of the second winning bidder are analyzed, so that the first winning bidder which is more suitable for the target project is determined. In analyzing the data, the embodiment of the application considers that the second winning bidder who participated in the project related to the target project is more suitable, and meanwhile, the embodiment of the application also considers that the second winning bidder who cooperates with the first publisher is more suitable. The analysis of the data in the embodiment of the application includes determining a first matching score according to the number of related items participated in the second item data of the second winner; determining a second matching score according to the number of the second winners contained in the first project data participated by the first publisher; and determining the matching degree of the first publisher and each second winning bidder according to the first matching score and the second matching score, and recommending the first winning bidder from the second winning bidders.
Further, in determining the second match score, the first publisher and the second winner may cooperate in a variety of ways, such as the second winner cooperating with the first publisher in a winning manner or the second winner cooperating with the first publisher in a non-winning manner. Different weights are correspondingly set for the embodiments of the present application in different collaboration modes, that is, if the second winning bidder is the collaboration with the first publisher in the winning bid mode, the first weight is matched for the second winning bidder; and if the second winning bidder is the cooperation with the first publisher in a non-winning bid mode, matching a second weight for the second winning bidder. To indicate the degree of suitability, the present embodiment sets the first weight to be greater than the second weight. And then calculating the second matching score according to the first weight and/or the second weight corresponding to the second winning bidder. When the second winner only corresponds to the first weight, the second winner is characterized to cooperate with the first publisher only through a winning mode; when the second winning bidder only corresponds to the second weight, representing that the second winning bidder only cooperates with the first publisher in a non-winning mode; and when the second winning bidder corresponds to the first weight and the second weight, the second winning bidder is characterized to cooperate with the first publisher in a winning bid mode or cooperate with the first publisher in a non-winning bid mode. (in the above embodiment, each history item corresponds to a basic score, and the corresponding score can be obtained through the basic score and the corresponding weight when the embodiment is implemented).
In an alternative embodiment, the historical related projects are aggregated and counted according to the winning enterprises, and the project amounts (few missing winning amounts are complemented by project budgets) are arranged in descending order, and the first 10 winning enterprises are taken as the winning enterprises in the hot spots. The key information of the winning bid enterprise is displayed, which comprises the following steps: project number, project amount, registered capital. Meanwhile, clicking on the name of the enterprise can directly reach the enterprise portrait of the enterprise.
And secondly, putting the secondary top of the bid-winning enterprise which has other project cooperation histories (which do not contain historic related projects screened by the screening condition) with the purchasing party of the project which the user wants to bid, and if a plurality of secondary bid-winning enterprises need to be put on the secondary top, determining the display sequence according to the methods of project number descending order, project amount descending order and latest bid-winning time descending order. And adding statistical information of the cooperation history of other projects of the purchasing party of the project which the user wants to bid under the exhibition information of the enterprise, comprising: item number, item amount, latest collaboration time.
And finally, setting the first-level top of the winning bid enterprise with history related to the project cooperation history of the purchasing party of the project the user wants to bid on, if a plurality of middle-level enterprises need to be set at the first level, determining the display sequence according to the descending order of the project number, the descending order of the project amount and the descending order of the latest winning bid time, wherein the first-level top setting rule is higher than the second-level top setting rule. And adding statistical information of project cooperation history related to the history of the purchasing party of the project which the user wants to bid under the exhibition information of the enterprise, comprising: item number, item amount, latest collaboration time.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, where a graphical user interface is provided through a terminal device, and the graphical user interface displays a first information input interface; the device comprises:
the first response module is used for responding to the name input operation of the target item, determining the name of the target item and then displaying a second information input interface of the limiting information on the graphical user interface; the target item is issued by a first issuer;
the second response module is used for responding to the definition information determining operation aiming at the history related items and determining the history related items of the target items from the history items according to the names of the target items and the definition information; wherein the history related item is published by a second publisher and cooperates with a second winning bidder;
and the recommending module is used for recommending a first winning bid for the target item according to the matching degree of the first item data participated by the first publisher and the second item data of the second winning bid, and the first winning bid and the first publisher achieve the cooperation of the target item.
The second information input interface comprises a preselected area and an information input control, wherein the preselected area comprises a plurality of preset limiting information options;

determining first sub-definition information in response to a clicking operation for a plurality of definition information in the preselected area;
responding to clicking operation for the information input control, and displaying a third information input interface;
determining second sub-definition information in response to an input operation for the second sub-definition information;

The pre-selected area comprises a plurality of sub-areas, and each sub-area displays one type of first sub-limiting information;

responding to the industry type information clicking operation in the industry classification subarea, and determining industry type limiting information;
determining position limiting information in response to a position information clicking operation in the position area sub-area;
determining unit type limiting information in response to unit type information clicking operation in the unit classification subarea;
and determining the purchasing amount limiting information in response to the purchasing amount information clicking operation in the purchasing amount subarea.
After determining the history-related item, the method further comprises:
and the second response module is also used for displaying the statistical information of the target item and the history related item in a first display area and a second display area of the graphical user interface.
When the statistical information of the history related items is displayed, a characteristic information display control is displayed;
the second response module is further configured to: extracting the characteristic information from second item data of the history related item;
and responding to the touch operation of the feature information display control, and respectively displaying the feature information of each type in different display modes.
The recommending the first winning bid for the target item according to the matching degree of the first item data participated by the first publisher and the second item data of the second winning bid comprises the following steps:
determining a first matching score according to the number of related items participated in the second item data of the second winner;
determining a second matching score according to the number of the second winners contained in the first project data participated by the first publisher;
and determining the matching degree of the first publisher and each second winning bidder according to the first matching score and the second matching score, and recommending the first winning bidder from the second winning bidders.
The determining a second matching score according to the number of the second winners contained in the first project data participated by the first publisher comprises the following steps:
if the second winning bidder is the cooperation with the first publisher in the winning bid mode, matching a first weight for the second winning bidder;
if the second winning bidder is the cooperation with the first publisher in a non-winning bid mode, matching a second weight for the second winning bidder;
and calculating the second matching score according to the first weight and/or the second weight corresponding to the second winning bidder.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, for performing a method for data processing in the present application, where the device includes a memory, a processor, a bus, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the processor executes the steps of the method for data processing described above.
In particular, the above-mentioned memory and processor may be general-purpose memory and processor, and are not particularly limited herein, and the above-mentioned data processing method can be executed when the processor runs a computer program stored in the memory.
Corresponding to the method of data processing in the present application, the embodiments of the present application also provide a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method of data processing described above.

and recommending a first winner for the target item according to the matching degree of the first item data participated by the first publisher and the second item data of the second winner, wherein the first winner and the first publisher achieve the cooperation of the target item.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the second information input interface comprises a preselected area and an information input control, the preselected area comprising a plurality of defined information options set in advance;
The response to the definition information determining operation of the history related item includes:
determining first sub-definition information in response to a clicking operation for a plurality of definition information in the preselected area;
responding to clicking operation for the information input control, and displaying a third information input interface;
determining second sub-definition information in response to an input operation for the second sub-definition information;
the method obtains the definition information by:
and determining the limiting information according to the first sub-limiting information and the second sub-limiting information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the preselected area comprises a plurality of sub-areas, each sub-area displaying a respective type of first sub-definition information;
determining first sub-definition information in response to a clicking operation for a plurality of definition information in the preselected area, including:
responding to the industry type information clicking operation in the industry classification subarea, and determining industry type limiting information;
determining position limiting information in response to a position information clicking operation in the position area sub-area;
determining unit type limiting information in response to unit type information clicking operation in the unit classification subarea;
And determining the purchasing amount limiting information in response to the purchasing amount information clicking operation in the purchasing amount subarea.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the history-related item, the method further comprises:
and displaying the statistical information of the historical related items in a first display area and a second display area of the graphical user interface.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein when presenting the statistics of the history-related items, a feature information presentation control is also presented;
the method further comprises the steps of:
extracting the characteristic information from second item data of the history related item;
and responding to the touch operation of the feature information display control, and respectively displaying the feature information of each type in different display modes.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the recommending the first winner for the target item based on the degree of matching of the first item data with which the first publisher participates and the second item data of the second winner comprises:
determining a first matching score according to the number of related items participated in the second item data of the second winner;
Determining a second matching score according to the number of the second winners contained in the first project data participated by the first publisher;
and determining the matching degree of the first publisher and each second winning bidder according to the first matching score and the second matching score, and recommending the first winning bidder from the second winning bidders.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the determining a second matching score based on the number of the second winner included in the first project data in which the first publisher participates comprises:
if the second winning bidder is the cooperation with the first publisher in the winning bid mode, matching a first weight for the second winning bidder;
if the second winning bidder is the cooperation with the first publisher in a non-winning bid mode, matching a second weight for the second winning bidder;
and calculating the second matching score according to the first weight and/or the second weight corresponding to the second winning bidder.
8. A data processing device, characterized in that a graphical user interface is provided through a terminal device, the graphical user interface displaying a first information input interface; the device comprises:
The first response module is used for responding to the name input operation of the target item, determining the name of the target item and then displaying a second information input interface of the limiting information on the graphical user interface; the target item is issued by a first issuer;
the second response module is used for responding to the definition information determining operation aiming at the history related items and determining the history related items of the target items from the history items according to the names of the target items and the definition information; wherein the history related item is published by a second publisher and cooperates with a second winning bidder;
and the recommending module is used for recommending a first winning bid for the target item according to the matching degree of the first item data participated by the first publisher and the second item data of the second winning bid, and the first winning bid and the first publisher achieve the cooperation of the target item.

An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory and a bus, said memory storing machine readable instructions executable by said processor, said processor and said memory communicating over the bus when the electronic device is running, said machine readable instructions when executed by said processor performing the steps of the method of data processing according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it has stored thereon a computer program which, when run by a processor, performs the steps of the method of data processing according to any of claims 1 to 7.
