A mounting device for a pipeline plugging balloon, comprising a bilge well (1) and an underground sewer pipe (2) communicating with the bilge well (1), characterized in that: the wellhead of the sewage well (1) is provided with a frame (3), and the frame (3) is provided with an air bag mounting unit (4);
wherein the airbag mounting unit (4) includes:
the air bag mounting frame (41) is movably arranged in the frame (3);
the back-dragging assembly (42) is connected to the air bag installation frame (41) and is used for dragging the air bag installation frame (41) back into the frame (3) after the air bag installation frame (41) is lowered into the sewage well (1) and the air bag is installed;
and the pressing and holding installation assembly (43) is arranged in the air bag installation frame (41) and is used for pressing and holding the folded air bag on the air bag installation frame (41) and sinking the air bag installation frame (41) to the mouth of the underground sewage pipe (2) so as to push the air bag into the underground sewage pipe (2).
2. A mounting device for a pipeline plugging balloon according to claim 1, wherein the balloon mounting frame (41) comprises:
a top plate (411) connected to the pull-back assembly (42);
a bottom plate (412) connected to the top plate (411) by a connecting rod (418);
the first guide wheels (413) are provided with a plurality of groups and are connected to the top plate (411) through first spring telescopic rods (417);
the supporting plates (414) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom plate (412) in a limiting rotation mode, and elastic supports (415) are arranged on the supporting plates (414) and the bottom plate (412).

The mounting device for a pipeline plugging airbag according to claim 1, wherein the back-dragging assembly (42) comprises a winding drum (421) arranged on the frame (3), a pull rope (422) is arranged on the winding drum (421), one end of the pull rope (422) is wound on the winding drum (421), and the other end of the pull rope is connected to the top plate (411).

a power member (437) disposed between the connection plate (432) and the bottom plate (412) for effecting movement of the press-fit assembly (43);
the unidirectional limiting piece (438) is arranged at the rotating end of the bottom plate (412) far away from the pressing plate (431);
and a fixing member (439) provided between the connection plate (432) and the holding plate (431).
5. The mounting device for a pipeline plugging airbag according to claim 2, wherein the bottom plate (412) is a telescopic type, one end of the connecting rod (418) is fixed on the bottom plate (412), and the other end is slidably arranged on the top plate (411).

A mounting device for a pipeline plugging balloon according to claim 4 and wherein: the elastic piece comprises a limiting sliding column (4341), one end of the limiting sliding column (4341) is fixed on the pressing plate (434), a limiting block (4342) is arranged at the other end of the limiting sliding column penetrating through the pressing plate (431), and a second compression spring (4343) is sleeved on the pressing plate (434) between the pressing plate (434) and the pressing plate (431).
