Claims (10)

1. The manufacturing method of the hob drill bit suitable for trimming the bottom rock surface of the large-diameter rock-socketed pile hole is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Providing a cylindrical rotary drilling barrel, and cutting picks and gear wheels at the bottom of the rotary drilling barrel to form a barrel body with an opening at the bottom;
2) Providing a bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a lower end face arranged downwards and an upper end face arranged upwards, a plurality of hob brackets and roller bits are arranged on the lower end face, and the hob brackets and the roller bits are arranged on the lower end face at intervals; the hob bracket comprises a base plate, wherein mounting frames which extend downwards are respectively arranged at two ends of the base plate, and the two mounting frames are arranged at intervals to form a mounting area;
a gear-inserted hob is arranged in the installation area, the gear-inserted hob comprises a strip-shaped hob shaft and a cylindrical hob barrel, two ends of the hob shaft are fixedly connected with a mounting frame through bolts respectively, the hob barrel which rolls around the hob shaft is sleeved in the middle of the hob shaft, a plurality of pointed milling heads are embedded on the outer surface of the hob barrel, and the milling heads are uniformly arranged on the hob barrel at intervals;
and horizontally rotating the bottom plate, wherein the moving track of the hob barrel forms a hob grinding track ring, the moving track of the roller bit forms a roller grinding track ring, and the plurality of hob grinding track rings and the plurality of roller grinding track rings completely cover the lower end face.
3) And the bottom of the cylinder body is welded and fixed on the upper end face, the bottom plate is covered on the bottom opening, and the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the cylinder body to form the hob bit.

the hob barrel is provided with a central hole, the central hole penetrates through the central shaft of the hob barrel, and the middle part of the hob shaft penetrates through the central hole; a plurality of arc-shaped tracks are arranged in the hob barrel, the arc-shaped tracks extend along the circumferential arc of the hob barrel, the arc-shaped tracks are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the hob barrel, and the arc-shaped tracks are arranged in an isolated manner with the central shaft;
