When a worker needs to fix the raw material roll paper through the fixing component, the worker firstly makes the two supporting arms slide to the two ends of the raw material roll paper respectively, then makes the supporting arm 24 rotate, makes the sleeving component align to the middle shaft of the raw material roll paper, then makes the supporting arm 24 slide towards the two ends of the raw material roll paper, makes the sleeving component insert into the middle shaft of the raw material roll paper, and finally rotates the supporting arm 24, so that the two ends of the raw material roll paper are lifted, and further the raw material roll paper can roll normally when being extracted, thereby facilitating the installation of the raw material roll paper and expanding the application range of the splitting machine.
