In this connection, if the circulating water sump 47 is filtered and purified for several times, after the operator finishes transporting fresh material in the material discharging frame 15, the operator can pull out the second piston plate 53 of the bottom plate of the filtering sump 49 outwards to clean the interior of the circulating water sump, and the first piston plate 26 at the bottom of the liquid supply base 23 can also be pulled out outwards to clean the interior of the circulating water sump.
