The rear car overtaking warning system as recited in claim 1, wherein the establishing module is configured to establish a rear car overtaking system, a mobile phone communication, and a direct inter-connection communication between vehicles in a short distance via the domain controller, wherein the vehicle system has a WiFi communication, a bluetooth communication, or a radio frequency communication function.

The rear vehicle overtaking warning system as recited in claim 1, wherein the detection module is configured to detect a whistle or turn signal of the vehicle to indicate overtaking or lane changing intention, and the starting module is configured to start the signal emitting device, wherein the signal emitting device is started when a certain vehicle speed, a certain light intensity and a certain vehicle background noise reach a certain intensity.

A rear car overtaking warning system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the notification module is adapted to clearly notify the driver of the front and rear car and the adjacent lane in the same lane of the related intention by the signal receiving means, and the operation module is adapted to be prompted to the driver of the vehicle to give the related response by the warning or to perform the lane keeping, the distance keeping, the braking deceleration and other related operations by the driving assistance system.
