Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that these descriptions are merely illustrative, exemplary, and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, it may not be further defined and explained in the following figures.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a general structure of a rope 100 with a beaded knot according to this embodiment is shown. The rope body 10 of the jump rope is adjacently provided with a first bead joint 31 and a second bead joint 32. The first bead 31 and the second bead 32 not only can slide left and right along the rope 10, but also the second bead 32 can penetrate into a cavity formed in the middle of the first bead 31 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the weight of the target position of the rope 10.
In addition, the two beads can be used independently, and are arranged at the target position of the rope body 10 in a penetrating manner. The rope with the bead knots is easier to control, so that a novice trainer can conveniently control the swinging of the rope body to match the initial unskilled jumping frequency.
In this embodiment, only two beads are inserted into the rope 10, and most of the rope portion is in a freely retracted state, so that the presence of the beads does not affect the winding of the two ends of the rope 10 into the handle 20 or the adjustment of the connection point between the rope 10 and the handle 20 in other forms when the length of the rope needs to be reduced.
The skipping rope 100 in this embodiment includes a rope body 10 and two handles 20, the rope body 10 is sleeved with a first bead section 31 and a second bead section 32, a through hole is formed between the first bead section and the second bead section, and the first bead section 31 and the second bead section 32 can slide freely along the rope body 10. And the through hole formed in the middle of the first bead 31 can be penetrated by the first bead 31. The handle can be of a cylindrical structure or other ring structures.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first bead 31 includes a first pillar a1 and a first through hole a2 provided at the center of the first pillar a1 through which the rope 10 passes, and the second bead 32 includes a second pillar b1 and a second through hole b2 provided at the center of the second pillar b1 through which the rope 10 passes;
The aperture size of the first through hole a2 of the first section column a1 is larger than the cross-sectional size of the second section column b1, so that the first section column a1 can be sleeved outside the second section column b 1.
In actual use, in the first use state, the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are located at different positions of the rope 10. Preferably, the first and second beads may be disposed adjacent to each other, or the beads may be disposed at different points of the rope body 10 based on a connection structure between the beads and the rope body 10.
In the second use state, the first bead 31 can be movably sleeved outside the second bead 32, so that the positions of the first bead 21 and the second bead 32 in the rope body 10 are at least partially overlapped. Preferably, the second bead 32 is fully implemented into the through hole of the first bead 31.
For the positioning structure between two beads, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a limiting structure 40 is disposed between the inner wall of the hole of the first bead 31 and the outer wall of the second bead 32, so that in the second use state, the first bead 31 can be kept outside the second bead 32, and the second bead 32 is prevented from being separated due to relative sliding between the two beads.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the limiting structure 40 includes an annular rib 41 disposed on the inner wall of the hole of the first bead 31 near the two end walls, and an annular groove 42 disposed on the outer wall of the second bead 32 near the two end walls, wherein the annular rib 41 is engaged into the annular groove 42 to prevent the second bead 32 from sliding relative to the first bead 31 and being accidentally separated.
Further, the limiting structure 40 can maintain the first and second beads in a separated and non-overlapping state in the first use state. Specifically, the annular bead 41 of the first bead 31 has an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the second bead 32 to avoid free insertion of the second bead 32 into the first through hole a2 of the first bead 31. When the second bead 32 needs to be inserted into the first through hole a2 of the first bead 31, a user needs to apply a certain relative insertion force to the bead, so that the annular bead 41 or/and the outer wall of the second bead 32 deform to a certain extent until the annular bead 41 is embedded into the annular groove 42.
It should be noted that the annular rib 41 may be replaced by other technical means, such as a plurality of annularly distributed bumps or other forms. The beads corresponding to the annular ribs 41 and the annular grooves 42 are not fixed, and those skilled in the art can also arrange the annular ribs 41 or a plurality of annularly distributed bumps on the second beads 32, and arrange the annular grooves 42 on the first beads 31.
Preferably, the rope 10 of the present invention is made of fiber rope, polyester rope or plastic rope, and the plastic rope is made of PU rope and PVC rope. The material of each bead is plastic, and the plastic material is TPE/PP/PVC.
Further, it is preferable that the length of the first bead is 2.5CM and the length of the second bead is 3.0CM.
The production method for the jump rope comprises the following specific steps: a) The first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are inserted into the rope 10, and the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are located at different positions of the rope 10 and do not overlap with each other.
B) Except the rope section occupied by the first bead section 31 and the second bead section 32, the rest section of the rope 10 is a connecting section connected with the handle, and the connecting section of the embodiment is enough to be freely plugged into or wound into the handle 20 by a user so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the rope 10.
The length adjusting method for the jump rope based on the sleeved bead node in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) Applying a certain relative force to the first and second beads so as to enable the second beads 32 to move and cover into the first beads 31; then the sleeving work of the bead joint on the rope body 10 is completed; at this time, the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are completely overlapped or partially overlapped on the rope body 10.
2) The sleeved ball joint units are moved to the target position of the rope body 10 so as to adjust the weight position of the rope body, and meanwhile, longer connecting sections s are reserved at the two ends of the rope body 10. In this embodiment, the purpose of illustrating the structure of the sleeved beads is not to be interpreted as an important point, and the remaining embodiments will be described in detail.
3) The redundant connecting section s at the end part of the rope body 10 is plugged into the inner cavity of the handle 20, and then the length of the rope body 10 is adjusted.
Example two
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a rope skipping 100 with a beaded knot according to the second embodiment. The skipping rope 100 comprises a rope body 10 and two handles 20, wherein a plurality of first bead sections 31 and a plurality of second bead sections 32 are sleeved on the rope body 10, the first bead sections 31 and the second bead sections 32 are arranged according to a certain rule, and the first bead sections 31 and the second bead sections 32 can freely slide along the rope body 10.
In this embodiment, the plurality of beads do not fully cover the whole section of the whole body 10, but leave a rope 10 with a proper length for preliminary rope length adjustment; after the remaining rope 10 is used up, the second bead section 20 can be further inserted into the first bead section 10, so that the rope section is further left to be conveniently plugged into or entangled into the inner cavity of the handle 20, and the aim of adjusting the length of the rope is achieved.
The first and second beads are arranged according to a certain rule: as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the first beads 31 and the second beads 32 are completely arranged on the rope body 10 according to the interval arrangement rule, that is, the first beads 31 and the second beads 32 are circularly arranged in such a pair arrangement way, and the two types of bead ordering has obvious and simple rule and can be circulated, so that consumers and users can see the ordering characteristics at a glance.
In addition, the arrangement modes of the two bead sections can be as follows: the first beads 31 are distributed on the left side section of the rope 10, and the second beads 32 are distributed on the right side section of the rope 10.
Of course, two types of beads may be randomly distributed on the rope 10, and there may be no predetermined arrangement rule. The above arrangement description of the two types of beads is intended to explain the distribution of the beads, and is not limited to the technical point of the related claims, and the penetrating operation of the first and second beads is actually adjusted according to the corresponding arrangement mode. Because the rope skipping is a funny, leisure, energy-building and intelligence-improving activity, the rope skipping cannot be simply or mechanically considered as the staggered and untapered ordering of the beads prevents the two from being inserted, and on the contrary, the rope skipping can increase the possibility of inserting more, and then increase the funny for the trainee.
The present embodiment will be described in detail by taking the first and second bead pitch arrangement as an example, and as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the number of the first bead pitch 31 and the second bead pitch 32 is plural, and the first bead pitch and the second bead pitch 32 are sequentially threaded on the rope body 10 at intervals.
In the first use state, the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are sequentially arranged at regular intervals.
In the second use state, the first bead section 31 can be movably sleeved outside the second bead section 32, so that the positions of the first bead section 31 and the second bead section 32 at the rope body 10 are at least partially overlapped, and the internal and external positions of the first bead section 31 and the second bead section 32 are limited by the limiting structure 40 therebetween, so that the second bead section 32 is prevented from falling out.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, a limiting structure 40 is arranged between the inner wall of the hole of the first bead 31 and the outer wall of the second bead 32, so that the first bead 31 can be kept outside the second bead 32 when the first bead and the second bead need to be sleeved, and the second bead 32 is prevented from being separated due to relative sliding.
Specifically, the limiting structure 40 includes an annular rib 41 disposed on an inner wall of the hole of the first bead 31 near the two end walls, and an annular groove 42 disposed on an outer wall of the second bead 32 near the two end walls, wherein the annular rib 41 is engaged into the annular groove 42 to prevent the second bead 32 from sliding relative to the first bead 31 and being accidentally separated.
Preferably, the length of the first bead 31 is shorter than the length of the second bead 32, so that the second bead 32 can extend through the entire first bead 31, to facilitate the user's insertion between the two beads.
The outer contours of the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are circular, and the inner holes of the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are circular. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first bead 31 includes a first pillar a1 and a first through hole a2 provided at the center of the first pillar a1 through which the rope 10 passes, and the second bead 32 includes a second pillar b1 and a second through hole b2 provided at the center of the second pillar b1 through which the rope 10 passes;
The aperture size of the first through hole a2 of the first section column a1 is larger than the cross-sectional size of the second section column b1, so that the first section column a1 can be sleeved outside the second section column b 1.
When the length of the rope body 10 needs to be reduced, the first bead sections 31 and the second bead sections 32 at corresponding positions and in corresponding numbers are selected on the rope body 10 to be sleeved, and the redundant rope body 10 is plugged into the inner cavity of the handle 20. The invention does not provide any explanation of how the ends of the rope 10 are plugged or entangled into the lumen of the handle 20. The person skilled in the art can choose the desired handle structure and the specific rope entanglement structure in the handle lumen according to the actual need.
The production method for the jump rope comprises the following specific steps: a) The plurality of first beads 31 and the plurality of second beads 32 are penetrated into the rope body 10, and the first beads 31 and the second beads 32 are positioned at different positions of the rope body 10 and are not overlapped with each other.
B) The first beads 31 and the second beads 32 occupy most of the rope portion of the present embodiment, and a small connecting section s of the uncapped bead is left at the end of the rope body 10, and the connecting section s is used for connecting the handle 20.
The length adjusting method for the jump rope based on the sleeved bead node in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) Applying a certain relative force to the first and second beads so as to enable the second beads 32 to move and cover into the first beads 31; repeating the above actions to complete the sleeving work of the first beads 31 and the second beads 32 at the target positions and the number on the rope body 10; at this time, the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 overlap at the position of the rope body 10, and it is preferable that the second bead 32 is completely inserted into the first bead 31.
2) And then the plurality of ball joint units after the sleeving is moved to the target position of the rope body 10, and longer connecting sections s are reserved at the two ends of the rope body 10 while the counterweight position of the rope body 10 is adjusted.
3) The redundant connecting section s at the end part of the rope body 10 is plugged into the inner cavity of the handle 20, and then the length of the rope body 10 is adjusted. Without having to disassemble the beading.
Example III
As shown in fig. 11, a rope skipping 100 with a beaded structure is shown in this embodiment. The skipping rope 100 comprises a rope body 10 and two handles 20, wherein a plurality of first beads 31 and a plurality of second beads 32 are sleeved on the rope body 10, and in this embodiment, the plurality of first beads 31 and the plurality of second beads 32 are arranged according to a certain rule and are basically distributed over the whole rope body 10.
The first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are both free to slide along the rope 10, and the first bead and the second bead are not limited to slide left and right, i.e. during use, each bead can slide along the rope 10 freely. Of course, the limiting pieces can be arranged on two sides of the bead joint so as to avoid free sliding of the bead joint, and the limiting pieces are preferably of a simple detachable structure.
Consistent with the two embodiments described above, the length of the first bead 31 is shorter than the length of the second bead 32 to facilitate the user's insertion or extraction of the two beads.
Similarly, in the first use condition, the first bead 31 and the second bead 32 are located at different adjacent positions of the rope 10, i.e. the adjacent beads are not nested with each other. As described in the second embodiment, the arrangement scheme of the two types of beads may be that the first bead and the second bead are arranged at intervals, or the left side section of the rope body 10 is the first bead 31, the right side section of the rope body 10 is the second bead 32, or even the arrangement of the two types of beads may be arranged randomly without a fixed sequence.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first bead 31 includes a first pillar a1 and a first through hole a2 provided at the center of the first pillar a1 through which the rope 10 passes, and the second bead 32 includes a second pillar b1 and a second through hole b2 provided at the center of the second pillar b1 through which the rope 10 passes;
