Referring to fig. 7, 12 and 13, one side of the liquid storage tank 27 is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes 45, one side of the liquid storage tank 27 is fixedly connected with a plurality of protection boxes 46 for protecting the air outlet holes 45 through bolts, the top of the protection boxes 46 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 47, external dust can be prevented from entering the liquid storage tank 27 through the filtering holes 47, inner walls of the side, far away from each other, of the storage shells 13 are fixedly connected with an L-shaped fixing plate 50 through bolts, one side of the L-shaped fixing plate 50 is rotationally connected with one end of the rotating shaft 23, and the rotating shaft 23 can be stably acted through the L-shaped fixing plate 50.
