本发明提供了一种危重症病人状态实时监控系统,包括服务器以及与服务器相连的视频录制设备、医疗检测设备、病人终端、医院终端、存储模块、分析模块和推送模块;视频录制设备是用于监控危重症病人,获取病人视频数据;医疗检测设备是用于检测危重症病人的病理数据;医院终端是用于接收危重症病人的病理数据和病人视频数据,还用于输入医嘱,本发明使得医务人员能够时时了解到病人的病理数据波动情况,医务人员能够提前做出预判,进而做出准备,避免影响治疗时机。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种危重症病人状态实时监控系统。
背景技术
ICU是为救治危急重症患者而拥有专业医疗救护人员看护并且配置先进精密仪器设备的特殊场所。病情复杂而且不稳定因素大、免疫力严重下降是ICU内病人的普遍特征,这些特征也使得他们成为易感的高度危险人群。
随着数字化医疗工程的推进,ICU的设备自动和智能化程度越来越高。如医疗监护仪,是一类以测量和控制病人生理参数,并可与已知设定值进行比较,如果出现超标,可发出警报的装置或系统,可24小时连续监护病人的生理参数,检出变化趋势,指出临危情况,供医生应急处理和进行治疗的依据,但是如若病人生理参数在设定值波动的范围之内,则不会发出警报,出现波动时不会引起医务人员的注意,在进行依据临危情况下的生理参数进行治疗时,只能够凭借自身经验,如若处理不够及时,则会影响治疗的时机。
因此,有必要提供一种危重症病人状态实时监控系统解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种危重症病人状态实时监控系统,包括服务器以及与服务器相连的视频录制设备、医疗检测设备、病人终端、医院终端、存储模块、分析模块和推送模块;
视频录制设备是用于监控危重症病人,获取病人视频数据;
医疗检测设备是用于检测危重症病人的病理数据;
医院终端是用于接收危重症病人的病理数据和病人视频数据,还用于输入医嘱;
病人终端是用于接收危重症病人的病理数据和病人视频数据,还用于接收医嘱;
分析模块是用于从存储模块匹配病理数据,并做出对比,生出对比结果;
存储模块是用于存储危重症病人每个时间段的病理数据和病人视频数据;
推送模块是用于通过服务器将医嘱推送至病人终端,通过服务器将病理数据推送中医院终端和病人终端,还用于通过服务器将对比结果推送至医院终端和病人终端,还用于通过服务器将病人视频数据推送至病人终端和医院终端。
优选的,病人终端包括有第一终端显示设备和第一警报装置,医院终端包括有第二终端显示设备和第二警报装置,第一终端显示设备和第二终端显示设备均能够以弹窗的方式提示病人家属和医务人员,第一警报装置和第二警报装置均是通过接收的病理数据达到预设的极限值,而后发出警报。
优选的,第一终端设备和第二终端设备可为手机和电脑,第一警报装置和第二警报装置均包括提示灯和扬声器。
优选的,病人视频数据包括病人的状态和医疗检测设备的运行状态。
优选的,对比结果以图表的形式呈现。

本发明通过分析模块对病理数据进行分析,从存储模块匹配近段时间的病理数据进行对比,并且将对比结果推送至医院终端,使得医务人员能够时时了解到病人的病理数据波动情况,医务人员能够提前做出预判,进而做出准备,避免影响治疗时机。

请参阅图1,本发明涉及一种危重症病人状态实时监控系统,包括服务器以及与服务器相连的视频录制设备、医疗检测设备、病人终端、医院终端、存储模块、分析模块和推送模块;
视频录制设备是用于监控危重症病人,获取病人视频数据;
医疗检测设备是用于检测危重症病人的病理数据;
医院终端是用于接收危重症病人的病理数据和病人视频数据,还用于输入医嘱;

病人视频数据包括病人的状态和医疗检测设备的运行状态,能够时时了解到医疗检测设备的运行状态和病人的状态。
对比结果以图表的形式呈现,使得医务人员能够对病人的病理数据有较为清晰的了解,方便做出判断。
需要说明的是,病人家属可通过病人终端获取医嘱内容,遵照医嘱对病人进行照顾;
对比结果还可作为研究这一病例的过程参考,其能够清晰的显示出病理数据的波动情况;
随着时间的推移,存储模块存储的病理数据越来越多,逐渐形成一个“数据库”,根据这些病理数据,能够为医务人员提供更多的治疗依据,提前做出预判。
