The air outlet of the compressed air pump 8 is connected with the bottom of the supply pipe 14, the supply pipe 14 is provided with a plurality of first branch pipes 15, so that cold air is conveniently and uniformly conveyed into each loading shell 18, indiscriminate heat dissipation is carried out on each computer network device 19, each computer network device 19 is guaranteed to be capable of achieving heat dissipation, damage of the computer network device 19 with nonuniform cold and hot is avoided, the pipe orifice section of the supply pipe 14 is larger than that of the first branch pipes 15, the air outlet of the first branch pipes 15 is positioned at an opening of a diffusion cavity 22 on the loading shell 18, and the first branch pipes 15 are in a horn shape, so that the cold air can be conveniently and uniformly contacted with the computer network device 19 after being diffused; the second branch pipe 17 of the discharge pipe 16 is arranged at the opening of the collecting cavity 24 on the loading shell 18, the diameter of the pipe orifice of the discharge pipe 16 is larger than that of the second branch pipe 17, the second branch pipe 17 is in a horn shape, the collection of the gas carrying heat is facilitated, the gas outlet of the discharge pipe 16 is positioned at the second radiating hole 7, and the discharge of the gas carrying heat is facilitated. The compressed air pump 8 operates to pump cold air from the first heat dissipation holes 6, then evenly conveys the cold air into each first branch pipe 15 through the main pipeline supply pipe 14, then dissipates heat of the computer network equipment 19 through the loading shell 18, then collects hot air carrying heat through the second branch pipe 17, intensively conveys the hot air into the discharge pipe 16 and discharges the hot air through the second heat dissipation holes 7, the first heat dissipation holes 6 are arranged at the bottom ends of the second heat dissipation holes 7, and the invention follows the physical principle of cooling and heating, the loading shell 18 is arranged at an inclined angle, and one side of the diffusion cavity 22 is lower than one side of the collection cavity 24, so that the air conveying resistance is reduced, the air circulation is facilitated, and the heat dissipation is better and more efficient.
