The invention will be described with reference to preferred implementation steps, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a transaction risk processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step S101, a session record before business transaction is carried out by the first transaction account and the second transaction account is obtained.
Optionally, the first transaction account is an account of a transactor, and the second transaction account is an account of a transactor. The corresponding session record is in the form as follows.
Trader A EUR 5
Counterparty B06/08
Trader A08
Transaction opponent B TO COMFIRM WE SELL 5MIO EUR AG USD AT 1.3608
VAL 17JUL2014
USD TO XXXXXXXXXX
THANKS AND BYE
Step S102, processing the session record by adopting a natural language processing technology to obtain N transaction elements in the business transaction, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Through the above way, the natural language processing technology (namely NLP technology) is adopted to extract the transaction elements from the session record, so that N transaction elements are obtained.
Optionally, the N transaction elements include at least a contracted transaction price, an accumulated transaction number, a single transaction amount, and may further include a currency pair, a transaction direction, a transaction period, a total transaction amount, a transaction price, transaction opponent information, a market price (equivalent to market quotation), price-polling information, and the like.
Step S103, when the index values of the N transaction elements are within the corresponding threshold value range, determining the current transaction behavior of the first transaction account based on the session record.
Through the above manner, the threshold value judgment is performed on the index values of the N transaction elements, and if the index values of the N transaction elements are all within the corresponding threshold value ranges, it is indicated that the abnormal behavior of the transactor (i.e., the first transaction account number) is not found for the session record before the business transaction, and the subsequent risk identification can be continued.
In an optional embodiment, when the N transaction elements include at least a contracted transaction price, an accumulated transaction number, and a single transaction amount, determining, based on the session record, a current transaction behavior of the first transaction account number when the index values of the N transaction elements are within a corresponding threshold range includes: and determining the current transaction behavior of the first transaction account based on the session record under the condition that the deviation degree of the contracted transaction price and the market price is smaller than a preset deviation degree threshold value, the accumulated transaction amount is smaller than a preset transaction amount and the single transaction amount is smaller than a preset transaction amount.
Alternatively, abnormal behaviour of the trader is a major cause of risk of the trade when doing business. Based on the above, the agreed transaction price, the accumulated transaction number and the single transaction amount are selected as transaction elements to perform preliminary judgment of abnormal transaction behaviors of the transactor, whether the three transaction elements are in the corresponding threshold ranges is judged in sequence, and if the three transaction elements are in the corresponding threshold ranges, the transactor is determined to have no abnormal transaction behaviors preliminarily. By the method, the risk assessment is preliminarily carried out on the transaction behaviors (such as the preset transaction price, the accumulated transaction amount and the single transaction amount) of the transactor in the current round of business transaction, so that the purpose of comprehensively carrying out business transaction risk assessment is achieved.
In an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises: and determining that the risk assessment result of the business transaction is that the business transaction risk exists under the condition that the deviation degree of the agreed transaction price and the market price is larger than or equal to a preset deviation degree threshold value, or the accumulated transaction number is larger than or equal to a preset transaction number, or the single transaction amount is larger than or equal to a preset transaction amount.
Optionally, when any one of the three transaction elements is not within the corresponding threshold value range, it indicates that the transactor may have abnormal transaction behaviors, and at this time, the risk assessment result of the business transaction is directly determined to be that the transaction risk exists, and a corresponding alarm prompt is sent out. And subsequent judgment is not needed, so that the business transaction risk assessment judgment flow is simplified.
Step S104, obtaining a risk assessment result of the business transaction according to the target transaction behavior of the first transaction account and the current transaction behavior.
Optionally, the target transaction behavior may be determined based on a historical transaction behavior of the first transaction account within a preset historical period, and may also be based on a related transaction behavior made by a transactant (i.e., the first transaction account) occurring before the first transaction account.
In an optional embodiment, before the target transaction behavior according to the first transaction account number, the current transaction behavior, and the risk assessment result of the service transaction are obtained, the method further includes: determining a transaction behavior portrait of the first transaction account based on the historical transaction behavior of the first transaction account in the preset historical period; and determining the target transaction behavior of the first transaction account number according to the transaction behavior portrait.
Optionally, the behavior representation of the transactor is performed based on the historical transaction behavior of the transactor, the obtained transaction behavior representation is integrated with the integrated transaction behavior characteristics of the transactor in the past period, the transaction behavior characteristics (namely, the target transaction behavior) corresponding to the current transaction behavior are extracted from the transaction behavior representation of the transactor, and whether the business transaction is at risk is determined through the integrated comparison and judgment of the target transaction behavior and the current transaction behavior.
Optionally, the determining, based on the historical transaction behavior of the first transaction account in the preset historical period, a transaction behavior portrait of the first transaction account includes: determining a historical transaction element of the first transaction account in the preset historical period based on the historical transaction behavior; and determining the transaction behavior portrait according to the historical transaction elements, wherein the historical transaction behavior is determined based on a historical session record corresponding to the completed historical transaction within the preset historical period of time by the first transaction account number.
Optionally, the historical transaction behavior at least includes: whether multiparty price inquiry is carried out before transaction, whether the transaction is carried out with the optimal price or whether the transaction is carried out with the same transaction account number for a plurality of times, wherein the optimal price is the transaction price corresponding to the maximum profit.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an alternative transaction risk processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method including: acquiring a history session record corresponding to the completed history transaction within the preset history period of time by the first transaction account number (i.e. the transactor); analyzing and extracting historical transaction information included in the historical session record by adopting an NLP technology; determining historical transaction behaviors of a first transaction account based on the historical transaction information; and according to the historical transaction behaviors, a machine learning method is adopted to establish transaction behavior portraits between the first transaction account and other transaction accounts (namely transaction opponents).
In an optional embodiment, the obtaining, according to the target transaction behavior of the first transaction account, the risk assessment result of the service transaction according to the current transaction behavior includes: determining a first similarity between the target transaction behavior and the current transaction behavior; and determining the risk assessment result of the business transaction according to the first similarity.
It should be noted that, there is generally a certain regularity in the trade behavior of the trader, so it can be determined whether there is a risk in the current business transaction by deviation between the current trade behavior of the trader and the consistent trade behavior (i.e., the target trade behavior described above). Through the mode, the target transaction behavior and the current transaction behavior are subjected to similarity comparison, and when the similarity between the target transaction behavior and the current transaction behavior is large, the fact that the current transaction behavior of a transactor accords with consistent wind is indicated, and no abnormal situation exists.
In an optional embodiment, the determining the risk assessment result of the business transaction according to the first similarity includes: under the condition that the first similarity is larger than a preset first similarity threshold value, determining that the risk assessment result is that the business transaction does not have transaction risk; and under the condition that the first similarity is smaller than or equal to the first similarity threshold, determining that the risk assessment result is that the business transaction has transaction risk.
By the method, the target transaction behavior and the current transaction behavior are subjected to similarity comparison, and under the condition that the similarity between the target transaction behavior and the current transaction behavior is small, the fact that the current transaction behavior of a transactor deviates greatly from the current transaction behavior, abnormal behaviors exist, and transaction risks possibly exist is indicated.
In an optional embodiment, in a case that the risk assessment result is that the business transaction has a transaction risk, the method further includes: and under the condition that the first similarity is smaller than or equal to the first similarity threshold, acquiring a first absolute difference value between the first similarity and the first similarity threshold, and determining the risk level of the business transaction according to the first absolute difference value.
Optionally, under the condition that the transaction risk exists in the business transaction, the possible risk level of the business transaction is further determined according to the deviation degree between the current transaction behavior and the target transaction behavior (the deviation degree is represented by a first absolute difference value between the first similarity and a preset first similarity threshold), and the greater the deviation degree between the current transaction behavior and the target transaction behavior is, the higher the risk level of the business transaction is, so that the purpose of providing a more targeted risk prompt for a user is achieved.
Through the steps S101 to S104, the purpose of accurately performing business transaction risk assessment through transaction elements and transaction behaviors according to the transaction elements extracted in the transaction session record can be achieved, and the problem that prior risk control on chat type transaction service is lacking in the related technology and prior risk control is lacking in the transaction. Thereby achieving the effect of improving the safety of chat-type transaction.
Based on the above embodiment and the optional embodiment, the present invention proposes an optional implementation, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of an optional transaction risk processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, where the method includes:
step S1, a transaction person (corresponding to a first transaction account) adds a transaction through a chat tool;
step S2, the NLP technology analyzes the session record and obtains formatted transaction elements;
step S3, judging each transaction element through a preset financial market standard pre-risk control model, executing step S4 under the condition that each transaction element is in a corresponding preset threshold range, otherwise executing step S8;
step S4, determining that the risk control is passed, and further obtaining a historical transaction phase of the trader in a preset period, where the historical transaction behavior may include, but is not limited to: whether the price information is queried by multiple parties before the transaction, whether the information is exchanged with the optimal price, and whether the information is exchanged with the same transaction opponent for multiple times;
s5, establishing a transaction behavior portrait of a transactor according to the historical transaction behaviors, and judging whether the current transaction behaviors have larger differences from the previous stage according to the transaction behavior portrait;
step S6, if the current transaction behavior and the earlier stage have larger differences, determining that the transaction risk exists in the business transaction, and sending out transaction risk prompt information and recording;
step S7, if the current transaction behavior and the earlier stage do not have a large difference, determining that the transaction risk does not exist in the business transaction, storing relevant information (such as a session record, a transaction element, the current transaction behavior and the like) corresponding to the current transaction behavior into a pre-constructed database, and completing the transaction order;
step S8, if any transaction element is not in the corresponding preset threshold range, indicating that the current business transaction is at risk, sending a risk prompt and rejecting transaction behaviors.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.

1. A transaction risk processing method, comprising:
acquiring a session record before business transaction is carried out on the first transaction account and the second transaction account;
processing the session record by adopting a natural language processing technology to obtain N transaction elements in the business transaction, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
determining the current transaction behavior of the first transaction account based on the session record under the condition that the index values of the N transaction elements are in the corresponding threshold range;
and obtaining a risk assessment result of the business transaction according to the target transaction behavior of the first transaction account, wherein the target transaction behavior is determined based on the historical transaction behavior of the first transaction account in a preset historical period.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the obtaining the risk assessment result for the business transaction from the current transaction activity based on the target transaction activity for the first transaction account, the method further comprises:
determining a transaction behavior portrait of the first transaction account based on the historical transaction behavior of the first transaction account in the preset historical period;
and determining the target transaction behavior of the first transaction account according to the transaction behavior portrait.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining, according to the target transaction behavior of the first transaction account, the risk assessment result of the business transaction according to the current transaction behavior includes:
determining a first similarity between the target transaction behavior and the current transaction behavior;
and determining the risk assessment result of the business transaction according to the first similarity.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining said risk assessment result for said business transaction based on said first similarity comprises:
under the condition that the first similarity is larger than a preset first similarity threshold, determining that the risk assessment result is that the business transaction does not have transaction risk;
and under the condition that the first similarity is smaller than or equal to the first similarity threshold, determining that the risk assessment result is that the business transaction has transaction risk.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein in the event that the risk assessment results in a transaction risk for the business transaction, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the first similarity is smaller than or equal to the first similarity threshold, acquiring a first absolute difference value between the first similarity and the first similarity threshold, and determining the risk level of the business transaction according to the first absolute difference value.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein, in the case that the N transaction elements include at least a contracted transaction price, a cumulative transaction count, and a single transaction amount, the determining, based on the session record, a current transaction behavior of the first transaction account number in the case that the index values of the N transaction elements are within a corresponding threshold range includes:
and determining the current transaction behavior of the first transaction account based on the session record under the condition that the deviation degree of the contracted transaction price and the market price is smaller than a preset deviation degree threshold value, the accumulated transaction amount is smaller than a preset transaction amount, and the single transaction amount is smaller than a preset transaction amount.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
and determining that the risk assessment result is that the business transaction has transaction risk under the condition that the deviation degree of the contracted transaction price and the market price is larger than or equal to a preset deviation degree threshold value, or the accumulated transaction number is larger than or equal to a preset transaction number, or the single transaction amount is larger than or equal to a preset transaction amount.
8. The method of claim 2, wherein the historical transaction behavior comprises at least: whether multiparty price inquiry is carried out before transaction, whether the transaction is carried out with the optimal price or not, and whether the transaction is carried out with the same transaction account for multiple times or not, wherein the optimal price is the transaction price corresponding to the maximum profit.
9. A transaction risk processing device, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a session record before the business transaction is carried out by the first transaction account and the second transaction account;
the processing module is used for processing the session record by adopting a natural language processing technology to obtain N transaction elements in the business transaction, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
the determining module is used for determining the current transaction behavior of the first transaction account based on the session record under the condition that the index values of the N transaction elements are in the corresponding threshold range;
the second obtaining module is configured to obtain a risk assessment result of the business transaction according to a target transaction behavior of the first transaction account, where the target transaction behavior is determined based on a historical transaction behavior of the first transaction account in a preset historical period.
10. A non-volatile storage medium storing a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to perform the transaction risk processing method of any of claims 1 to 8.
