Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, a further description of aspects of the present disclosure will be provided below. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a dispatching method of a process according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Taking a common clamping procedure as an example, the method can quantify the processing difficulty and the processing skill of a workpiece; meanwhile, in order to cooperate with production pushing, the loopholes appearing in artificial experience judgment are reduced, and the method realizes the digital management of automatic dispatching of the clamp repair procedure according to the clamp skill and the work piece processing complexity after long-term exploration and running-in of the clamp repair procedure. The method is suitable for the situation of automatically dispatching the related working procedures of the fitter of the processing and manufacturing enterprises. The method can be performed by dispatch equipment of a process, and the dispatch equipment of the process can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s110, acquiring process information of each process to be allocated.
The process information at least comprises a process type and a process priority, and the process priority represents the workpiece processing complexity of the process to be allocated. The higher the process priority, the higher the complexity of workpiece processing for the process to be allocated. The process types may include a clamping process such as trimming a vertical slit, uniform vertical slit, and curved slit. In addition, the workpiece size, the workpiece material or the application range related to the to-be-allocated working procedure can be used for representing the workpiece processing complexity of the to-be-allocated working procedure, wherein the application range can comprise curved slits, steel-clad aluminum, pattern blocks, shells, common and the like.
In some embodiments, obtaining process information for each process to be dispensed includes: reading procedure transfer information, and extracting workpiece processing contents of each procedure to be allocated from the procedure transfer information; determining working procedure information corresponding to the workpiece processing content from the workpiece processing complexity model based on the workpiece processing content and a pre-constructed workpiece processing complexity model, wherein the workpiece processing complexity model characterizes the corresponding relation between the workpiece processing content and the working procedure information.
Specifically, the enterprise can make a daily machining plan, and a manager can input the machining plan into the enterprise management platform to obtain the process transfer information of the workpiece machining content including each process to be distributed. The enterprise management platform can read the process transfer information and extract the workpiece processing content of each process to be allocated from the process transfer information. Thereafter, in some embodiments, set keywords associated with the process information in the workpiece processing content may be identified; for example, when the trimming vertical seam is identified in the processing content of the workpiece, the trimming vertical seam can be matched according to the processing complexity model of the workpiece; in addition, the workpiece processing content may directly include the process priority, or the process priority may be displayed by a keyword in the workpiece processing content, for example, the process priority may be matched by setting a workpiece size, a workpiece material and an application range associated with the process priority in the process processing content, and combining the determined process type.
In addition, after the process information of each process to be allocated is obtained, that is, after the process priority of each process to be allocated is obtained, the method further includes: and arranging the procedures to be allocated with the same procedure priority according to the sequence of transferring the procedures to be allocated. Specifically, the enterprise management platform is based on workpiece processing contents and a pre-constructed workpiece processing complexity model, and after the workpiece processing complexity model is matched with the working procedure priority, the working procedures to be allocated with the same working procedure priority are divided into a group, and the working procedures to be allocated are arranged in a working library according to the sequence of the working procedures to be allocated aiming at each group of working procedures to be allocated. Therefore, the processes to be allocated with the same process priority can be continuously arranged, when operators get the processes to be allocated, each group of processes to be allocated only needs to be allocated to the operators according to the arrangement sequence, at this time, the allocation of the processes to be allocated is made to have randomness, and the fairness of dispatching is improved. In addition, the manager can also properly adjust the sequence of the working procedures to be distributed according to the actual situation of the operator who gets the task, so that the operator gets more proper working procedures to be distributed.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, a processing complexity model of a workpiece may be pre-built from the four dimensions of the workpiece size, the workpiece material, the application range, and the process priority based on the workpiece processing content, where the same set of workpiece size, workpiece material, application range, and process priority corresponds to a unique process type, and any one of the workpiece size, workpiece material, application range, and process priority may correspond to multiple process types, which is illustrated in fig. 2, by way of example, is a schematic diagram of a workpiece processing complexity model.
S120, responding to a dispatching request of an operator, and acquiring personal capability information of the operator.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the personal capability information represents the bench work processing skill of an operator, and can represent the level of the personal capability of a single process or the level of the personal capability of a plurality of different processes. For example, for a process, the personal capability information may include complete presence, preliminary presence, or absence.
In some embodiments, in response to a dispatch request by an operator, obtaining personal capability information of the operator includes: the personal identity information of the operator is identified in response to the identity identification operation of the operator on the terminal dispatching interface; based on the personal identity information and a pre-constructed operator capacity model, reading the personal capacity information corresponding to the personal identity information from the operator capacity model, wherein the operator capacity model characterizes the corresponding relationship between the personal identity information and the personal capacity information, and particularly, the operator capacity model shown in fig. 3 can be referred to.
Specifically, the terminal may be an intelligent terminal such as a public computer or a personal digital assistant; the operator capability model may be an operator capability matrix in which personal identification information of each operator and corresponding personal capability information under each process are recorded. The manager logs in the enterprise management platform and enters an automatic dispatching interface, and an operator performs identity verification on the dispatching interface of the terminal, for example, face recognition can be performed through the dispatching interface, and a work card of the operator can be scanned through the dispatching interface. Then, the enterprise management platform can identify personal identity information (such as identity identifiers such as names) of operators, further inquire the personal identity information in the operator capacity model, and if the same personal identity information is inquired, the personal capacity information of each procedure corresponding to the personal identity information is read.
And S130, distributing to-be-distributed working procedures which are matched with the personal capability of the operators and meet the preset receiving conditions to the operators according to the sequence from high to low of the working procedure priority based on the working procedure information and the personal capability information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the higher the process priority is, the higher the workpiece processing complexity of the corresponding process to be allocated is, and the process to be allocated is allocated preferentially. The same operator can get a plurality of to-be-allocated procedures at a time according to the order of the procedure priorities from high to low, or can get a to-be-allocated procedure with the highest current procedure priority which is matched with the personal capacity of the operator and meets the preset getting condition after finishing one to-be-allocated procedure. When an operator requests to get a process to be allocated each time, the enterprise management platform acquires process information of the process to be allocated with the highest priority of the current process, inquires personal capability information of the operator under the corresponding process type based on the process information, if the operator has (including complete and preliminary) the bench worker processing skill of the process to be allocated, the process to be allocated is matched with the personal capability of the operator, then, whether the process to be allocated meets the preset getting condition (such as whether the getting upper limit is reached or not) is further judged, and if the preset getting condition is met, the process to be allocated is allocated to the operator. In addition, if the operator does not have the bench worker processing skill of the to-be-allocated process, the to-be-allocated process is not matched with the personal capability of the operator, the process information of the to-be-allocated process of the next-stage process priority is continuously acquired, and the operation is repeated to determine whether to allocate the to-be-allocated process of the next-stage process priority to the operator. Thus, the automatic dispatch of the process of the operator who issues the dispatch request is realized.
In one embodiment, the process priorities include a first priority, a second priority, a third priority, a fourth priority, a fifth priority, and a sixth priority in order of high to low process priorities; the preset receiving conditions comprise at least one of the following:
the process priority of the process to be allocated is the first priority;
the process priority of the process to be allocated is the second priority, and the number of times of the process to be allocated of the second priority, which is picked up by an operator on the same day, does not exceed the first preset number of times;
the process priority of the process to be allocated is the third priority, and the number of times of the process to be allocated of the third priority, which is picked up by an operator on the same day, does not exceed the second preset number of times;
the process priority of the process to be allocated is the fourth priority, the number of times of the process to be allocated of the fourth priority, which is picked up by an operator on the same day, does not exceed the third preset number, and the number of the workpieces of the process to be allocated of the fourth priority processed simultaneously on the current shift does not exceed the preset number;
the process priority of the process to be allocated is a fifth priority;
the process priority of the process to be allocated is the sixth priority.
It can be appreciated that the first preset times, the second preset times, the third preset times and the preset number can be specifically set according to actual requirements, which is not limited by the disclosure.
Specifically, taking a clamping process as an example, taking a to-be-allocated process as a curved slot, taking the application range as the curved slot, and allocating the to-be-allocated process to an operator when the to-be-allocated process is matched with the personal capability of the operator and the process priority of the to-be-allocated process is the first priority; the working procedure to be allocated is trimming vertical joints or even vertical joints, the application range is ladle aluminum, the working procedure priority is second priority, the first preset times are 1 time, the working procedure to be allocated is matched with the personal capability of an operator, and the operator does not get the working procedure to be allocated on the same day, and the working procedure to be allocated is allocated to the operator; the working procedure to be allocated is trimming of vertical seams, the application range is pattern blocks, the working procedure priority is third priority, the second preset times are 1 time, the working procedure to be allocated is matched with the personal capability of an operator, and the operator does not get the working procedure to be allocated on the same day, and the working procedure to be allocated is allocated to the operator; the working procedures to be allocated are trimming vertical joints or even vertical joints, the application range is common, the size of a workpiece is larger than or equal to [ 1000 ] ([ 1000 ] is a set size mark), the working procedure priority is third priority, the third preset times are 1 time, the preset number is 2, the working procedures to be allocated are matched with the personal capacities of operators and the operators do not get the working procedures to be allocated on the same day, and when the number of the workpieces for processing the working procedures to be allocated in the current shift is not more than 2 at the same time, the working procedures to be allocated are allocated to the operators; the working procedure to be allocated is trimming vertical joints or curved joints, the application range is curved joints or shells, and the working procedure priority is a fifth priority, and when the working procedure to be allocated is matched with the personal capability of an operator, the working procedure to be allocated is allocated to the operator; the working procedure to be allocated is trimming vertical joints or even vertical joints, the application range is common, the size of the workpiece is smaller than [ 1000 ], the working procedure priority is the sixth priority, and the working procedure to be allocated is allocated to the operator when the working procedure to be allocated is matched with the personal capability of the operator.
It should be noted that the foregoing is only an example of the preset retrieving condition, and the preset retrieving condition is not limited in this disclosure, and may be specifically set according to practical situations.
In summary, according to the dispatching method for the working procedures provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the working procedure information of the working procedure to be distributed and the personal capability information of the operators are obtained, and the working procedure to be distributed and the personal capability of the operators are matched according to the sequence of the working procedure priority from high to low, namely, whether the operators have the bench worker processing skills of the working procedure to be distributed or not is determined, and then the working procedure to be distributed, which is matched with the personal capability of the operators and meets the preset receiving condition, is distributed to the operators, wherein the working procedure priority characterizes the workpiece processing complexity of the working procedure to be distributed. Therefore, the working procedures to be distributed with different working complexity of the workpiece can be distributed to each operator, and the operators have the bench worker processing skills of the distributed working procedures, so that unfair phenomenon caused by on-site manual dispatching due to different working procedure values is reduced, and the workload of each staff of each shift can be reasonably arranged.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: allowing a plurality of terminals to simultaneously respond to the dispatching requests, if the dispatching requests of a plurality of operators are simultaneously received, the number of to-be-allocated procedures of the same procedure type is smaller than the number of the operators, the to-be-allocated procedures are matched with the personal capacities of the plurality of operators and meet the preset receiving conditions, and then the to-be-allocated procedures are allocated to the plurality of operators according to the order from high to low of the personal capacities of the operators. Thus, the work procedures to be distributed are preferentially distributed to operators with stronger personal capacity, and the work efficiency can be improved. It will be appreciated that if the number of processes to be allocated of the same process type is greater than or equal to the number of operators, then the allocation is made according to the process priority in the previous embodiment. The work pieces with higher working procedure priorities can be re-picked after the operators with corresponding capability finish, and can be manually interfered by site management staff, namely, the work pieces can be distributed to the appointed operators according to the distribution instructions of the site management staff.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: recording the actual working time of an operator; the personal capability information of the operator is updated based on the actual time of day. Specifically, each process is provided with a man-hour reference value (which can be divided into a plurality of levels according to the division of the personal capability, and each time the man-hour reference value of one level is reached, the description that the operator has the personal capability of the corresponding level) for checking the personal capability of the operator, and when the man-hour reference value is reached by the actual work of the operator, the personal capability information of the operator is automatically updated.
