It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for calculating the remaining charging time of a battery. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for calculating remaining charging time of a battery according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be executed by a device for calculating remaining charging time of an electric vehicle, and specifically includes the following steps:
s110, acquiring a current battery temperature value and a current battery state of charge value; the current battery temperature value is assigned to the initial value of the battery temperature calculated value, and the current battery state of charge value is assigned to the initial value of the battery state of charge calculated value.
Specifically, the current battery state of charge value is a battery state of charge value displayed by a vehicle instrument, and the current battery temperature value is a temperature of the current battery module and can be obtained through a temperature sensor arranged on the battery module. The battery temperature calculation value is a battery temperature parameter employed in calculating the remaining charge time, and the battery state of charge calculation value is a battery state of charge parameter employed in calculating the remaining charge time.
When the current battery temperature value is obtained, a plurality of temperature points of the battery module are required to be collected, and the temperatures are compared. Because the optimal charging temperature range of the battery module is 15-45 ℃, namely when the temperature of the battery module is in the optimal charging temperature range, the charging current is larger; when the temperature of the battery module is outside the optimal temperature range, the charging current is small. Therefore, in order to ensure that the battery is charged with a larger charging current, a temperature point at which the magnitude of the charging current is limited is required to be used as the current battery temperature value when determining the current battery temperature value of the battery module. For example, if the lowest temperature of the battery module is greater than or equal to 20 ℃, determining the maximum temperature of the plurality of temperature points as the current battery temperature value; and if the lowest temperature of the battery module is less than 20 ℃, determining the minimum temperature in a plurality of temperature points as the current battery temperature value.
When the calculation of the remaining battery charging time is carried out, the current battery temperature value is obtained as an initial value of a battery temperature calculation value in the calculation process, the current battery state of charge value is obtained as an initial value of a battery state of charge calculation value in the calculation process, the subsequent calculation is carried out, and the remaining battery charging time in the remaining battery charging process is determined.
S120, if the calculated value of the battery state of charge is smaller than the calculated value of the target battery state of charge, determining a calculated value of the charging current and a temperature rise rate according to the calculated value of the battery temperature, the calculated value of the battery state of charge and a preset corresponding relation; wherein the initial value of the battery temperature calculation value and the initial value of the battery state of charge calculation value are used for determining the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate for the first time.
Specifically, the target battery state of charge value is a battery state of charge value actually required by the user, can be set by the user himself, and can be changed by the user during the entire charging process of the vehicle.
In the calculation process of the residual charge time, if the calculated value of the battery charge state is smaller than the target battery charge state value, the fact that the calculated residual charge time is insufficient at this time indicates that the calculated value of the battery charge state reaches the target battery charge state value is indicated. Therefore, the initial value of the battery temperature calculated value assigned by the current battery temperature value and the initial value of the battery state of charge calculated value assigned by the current battery state of charge value are adopted for first calculation, and the battery state of charge calculated value is obtained. If the calculated battery state of charge value is smaller than the target battery state of charge value, repeatedly calculating the residual charging time until the calculated battery state of charge value is greater than or equal to the target battery state of charge value, and stopping the iterative calculation.
The charging current calculation value is a charging current value employed in the remaining charging time calculation process. And according to the initial value of the battery temperature calculated value, determining the charging current value for the first time by inquiring the corresponding preset corresponding relation. And comparing the charging current value determined for the first time with the maximum charging current value output by the charging pile, and selecting a relatively smaller charging current as a charging current calculation value. The maximum charging current value output by the charging pile can be obtained through a CML message or an alternating current gun message. The CML message comprises information of the highest output voltage, the lowest output voltage, the maximum output current and the minimum output current, and is a standard value of the voltage or the current specified by the national standard. The voltage or current information included in the alternating current gun message is a voltage or current output value set by the manufacturer according to the types of different charging piles.
After the charging current calculation value is determined, the current temperature rise rate of the battery can be determined according to the corresponding preset corresponding relation. Wherein the rate of temperature rise represents the rate of change of the battery temperature.
S130, when the temperature rise rate does not meet the set condition, accumulating and determining a battery state of charge calculation value according to the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate, and accumulating and determining theoretical residual charging time according to the temperature rise rate; and comparing the battery state of charge calculation value with the target battery state of charge value, updating the battery temperature calculation value according to the step length according to the temperature rise rate according to the comparison result, and re-determining the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate.
Specifically, the set condition of the temperature rise rate is a condition that the battery temperature does not change, and the theoretical remaining charging time is the remaining charging time obtained after one calculation.
When the temperature rise rate does not meet the set condition, the battery temperature in the charging process can change, and the charging current can also change. Therefore, a battery state of charge calculation value is obtained by accumulation according to the charge current calculation value and the temperature rise rate, the theoretical remaining charge time obtained by calculation is determined according to the current temperature rise rate, the battery state of charge calculation value is compared with a target battery state of charge value, and the magnitude relation between the battery state of charge calculation value and the target battery state of charge value is judged.
If the calculated value of the battery state of charge is still smaller than the calculated value of the target battery state of charge, accumulating the step value on the basis of the calculated value of the current battery temperature according to the temperature rise rate to obtain the calculated value of the battery temperature in the next iteration process, starting to execute the step S120 again, and determining the calculated value of the charging current and the temperature rise rate again, thereby determining the calculated value of the battery state of charge and the theoretical residual charging time.
And S140, when the calculated value of the battery charge state is greater than or equal to the target battery charge state value, determining the residual charge time of the battery according to the theoretical residual charge time.
Specifically, when the calculated battery state of charge value is greater than or equal to the target battery state of charge value, the theoretical remaining charging time obtained by the last calculation is determined as the remaining charging time of the battery, and is displayed on a vehicle instrument, so that the user is informed.
According to the battery remaining charge time calculation method, the current battery temperature value and the current battery state of charge value are obtained and are respectively used as the initial value of the battery temperature calculation value and the initial value of the battery state of charge calculation value in the iterative calculation process. If the calculated value of the battery state of charge is smaller than the target value of the battery state of charge, determining a calculated value of the charging current and a temperature rise rate according to the calculated value of the battery temperature, the calculated value of the battery state of charge and a preset corresponding relation. The initial value of the battery temperature calculation value and the initial value of the battery state of charge calculation value are used to determine the charge current calculation value and the temperature rise rate for the first time. And when the temperature rise rate does not meet the set condition, determining a battery state of charge calculation value according to the charge current calculation value and the temperature rise rate accumulation, determining theoretical remaining charge time according to the temperature rise rate accumulation, and judging the magnitude relation between the battery state of charge calculation value and the target battery state of charge value. If the calculated value of the battery state of charge is still smaller than the calculated value of the target battery state of charge, updating the calculated value of the battery temperature according to the temperature rise rate, and re-determining the calculated value of the charging current and the temperature rise rate until the calculated value of the battery state of charge is larger than or equal to the calculated value of the target battery state of charge. By adopting the method for calculating the remaining charging time of the battery, the remaining charging time of the battery can be accurately calculated, the accuracy and the reliability of the displayed remaining charging time are improved, and users can reasonably arrange and plan the time conveniently.
Optionally, fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for calculating remaining battery charge time according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the battery remaining charge time calculation method includes:
s210, acquiring a current battery temperature value and a current battery state of charge value.
S220, if the calculated value of the battery state of charge is smaller than the target value of the battery state of charge, determining a calculated value of the charging current and a temperature rise rate according to the calculated value of the battery temperature, the calculated value of the battery state of charge and a preset corresponding relation; the initial value of the battery temperature calculated value and the initial value of the battery state of charge calculated value are used for determining the charging current calculated value and the temperature rise rate for the first time; .
And S230, when the temperature rise rate meets the set condition, determining theoretical remaining charging time according to the target battery state of charge value, the battery state of charge calculation value and the charging current calculation value, and assigning the battery state of charge calculation value as the target battery state of charge value.
Specifically, if the temperature rise rate satisfies the set condition, which indicates that the battery temperature does not change, the charging current does not change either. Therefore, according to the target battery state of charge value, the battery state of charge calculation value and the charging current calculation value, the theoretical remaining charging time can be directly calculated by adopting the following calculation formula, and the formula can be expressed as:
Theoretical remaining charge time = battery capacity x (target battery state of charge value-battery state of charge calculation value)/charge current calculation value
The battery capacity represents the total capacity of the battery in a full-charge state, and the battery capacity parameter can be obtained by a battery nameplate.
S240, when the temperature rise rate does not meet the set condition, accumulating and determining a battery state of charge calculation value according to the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate, and accumulating and determining theoretical residual charging time according to the temperature rise rate; and comparing the battery state of charge calculation value with the target battery state of charge value, updating the battery temperature calculation value according to the step length according to the temperature rise rate according to the comparison result, and re-determining the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate.
And S250, when the calculated value of the battery charge state is greater than or equal to the target battery charge state value, determining the residual charge time of the battery according to the theoretical residual charge time.
Optionally, fig. 3 is a flowchart of another method for calculating remaining battery charge time according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the method for calculating the remaining charge time of the battery includes:
and S310, judging whether to update the residual charge time of the battery according to at least one of the current battery temperature value, the current battery charge state value and the target battery charge state value.
Specifically, after the last time of updating the remaining battery charging time, if the current battery temperature value, the current battery state of charge value and the target battery state of charge value remain unchanged, the last time of updating the displayed remaining battery charging time still has higher accuracy. If at least one of the current battery temperature value, the current battery state of charge value and the target battery state of charge value changes, the accuracy of the battery remaining charging time displayed at the moment is low, and the battery remaining charging time needs to be recalculated and updated.
S320, acquiring a current battery temperature value and a current battery state of charge value.
S330, if the calculated value of the battery state of charge is smaller than the calculated value of the target battery state of charge, determining a calculated value of the charging current and a temperature rise rate according to the calculated value of the battery temperature, the calculated value of the battery state of charge and a preset corresponding relation; wherein the initial value of the battery temperature calculation value and the initial value of the battery state of charge calculation value are used for determining the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate for the first time.
And S340, when the temperature rise rate meets the set condition, determining theoretical remaining charging time according to the target battery state of charge value, the battery state of charge calculation value and the charging current calculation value, and assigning the battery state of charge calculation value as the target battery state of charge value.
S350, when the temperature rise rate does not meet the set condition, accumulating and determining a battery state of charge calculation value according to the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate, and accumulating and determining theoretical residual charging time according to the temperature rise rate; and comparing the battery state of charge calculation value with the target battery state of charge value, updating the battery temperature calculation value according to the step length according to the temperature rise rate according to the comparison result, and re-determining the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate.
And S360, when the calculated value of the battery charge state is greater than or equal to the target battery charge state value, determining the residual charge time of the battery according to the theoretical residual charge time.
Optionally, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of step S310 in another method for calculating remaining battery charge time according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, step S310 includes:
s3101, detecting and judging whether the current battery temperature value, the current battery state of charge value and the target battery state of charge value change or not according to a preset time period.
Specifically, after updating the remaining battery charging time displayed by the vehicle instrument, detecting the current battery temperature value, the current battery state of charge value and the target battery state of charge value in a preset time period, and judging the detection result to determine whether the current battery temperature value, the current battery state of charge value and the target battery state of charge value change. By way of example, the preset time period may be 1 second, without limitation.
S3102, if at least one of the current battery temperature value, the current battery state of charge value and the target battery state of charge value is changed, a judgment result is generated, and the remaining battery charging time is updated according to the judgment result.
Specifically, during the charging of the vehicle battery, the current battery state of charge value gradually increases, and the current battery temperature value also changes. When the current battery temperature value or the current battery state of charge value is detected to change in a preset time period, the accuracy of the residual charging time displayed by the instrument at the moment is judged to be low, a judgment result is generated, and the residual charging time of the battery is updated again.
In addition, the target battery state of charge value can be set by the user according to the actual situation, so that the target battery state of charge value can also change in the process of charging the vehicle battery. And when the change of the charge state value of the target battery is detected, generating a judging result. Similarly, according to the determination result, it is necessary to recalculate the remaining battery charging time and display the updated remaining battery charging time to the meter.
Optionally, on the basis of the above embodiments, updating the battery temperature calculation value according to the temperature rise rate in steps includes:
When the temperature rise rate is greater than 0, the step length is 1 ℃;
when the temperature rise rate is less than 0, the step length is-1 ℃.
Specifically, after the theoretical remaining charging time of the iterative computation is completed, the battery state of charge calculation value is judged to be smaller than the target battery state of charge value, and then the next iterative computation is needed to be continued. At this time, the battery temperature calculation value parameter in the next iterative calculation process is updated according to a certain step length according to the temperature rise rate adopted in the current iterative calculation process. Illustratively, if the temperature rise rate adopted in the current iteration process is greater than 0, the calculated value of the battery temperature adopted in the next iteration process is accumulated by 1 ℃, namely, the calculated value is increased by 1 ℃; if the temperature rise rate adopted in the iteration process is smaller than 0, the calculated value of the battery temperature adopted in the next iteration process is accumulated to minus 1 ℃, namely, the temperature is reduced by 1 ℃. Table 1 is a table of the rate of rise of temperature provided in this example, as shown in table 1,
TABLE 1 temperature rise rate meter
Figure SMS_1
Illustratively, taking the battery temperature calculated in this iteration as 22 ℃ and the charging current as 1.2C as an example, it can be seen from the above table 1 that the temperature rise rate in this iteration process is 95s/°c. Since the rate of temperature rise is greater than 0, the calculated battery temperature for the next iteration is 23 ℃.
It should be noted that, as shown in table 1, when the temperature rise rate takes a value of 1800, it indicates that the temperature rise rate satisfies the set condition, and the temperature will not change; when the temperature rise rate is not equal to 1800, the temperature rise rate does not meet the set condition. Wherein 1800 is only one sign that the temperature rise rate satisfies the setting condition, which has no practical meaning, and other numbers can be set as the setting condition of the temperature rise rate, for example: 3600.
optionally, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another method for calculating remaining battery charge time according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiments, the preset correspondence relationship includes: the first preset relation table and the second preset relation table; as shown in fig. 5, determining the charging current calculation value and the temperature rise rate according to the battery temperature calculation value, the battery state of charge calculation value and the preset correspondence relation includes:
s1201, determining a charging current calculation value according to the battery temperature calculation value, the battery state of charge calculation value, and the first preset relationship table.
Specifically, the first preset relationship table is a two-dimensional table representing a relationship among the battery temperature calculated value, the battery state of charge calculated value, and the charging current calculated value. When the battery temperature calculated value and the battery state of charge calculated value are determined, a charging current calculated value can be correspondingly determined through a first preset relation table.
S1202, determining the temperature rise rate according to the battery temperature calculated value, the charging current calculated value and the second preset relation table.
Specifically, the second preset relationship table is a two-dimensional table representing the relationship among the battery temperature calculated value, the charging current calculated value, and the temperature rise rate. After the battery temperature calculation value is determined, a temperature rise rate can be correspondingly determined according to the charging current calculation value determined in step S1201 and the second preset relationship table.
Optionally, fig. 6 is a flowchart of another method for calculating remaining battery charge time according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, determining the remaining charging time of the battery according to the theoretical remaining charging time includes:
and S1401, determining a time curve descent coefficient according to the last updated battery residual charging time and the theoretical residual charging time determined by accumulation.
Specifically, the time curve decreasing coefficient is a coefficient for processing the last updated remaining charging time of the battery, so as to smoothly display the theoretical remaining charging time calculated this time. After the theoretical remaining charging time is calculated, whether the remaining charging time is calculated for the first time is judged. If yes, the theoretical remaining charging time obtained through calculation is the remaining charging time in the initial stage of the charging process, and the theoretical remaining charging time is taken as the displayed remaining charging time of the battery. And making a difference between the last displayed battery remaining charging time and the theoretical remaining charging time obtained through the iterative calculation, and determining a time curve descent coefficient according to the difference.
And S1402, determining the remaining charging time of the battery according to the theoretical remaining charging time and the time curve descent coefficient.
Specifically, when at least one of the current battery temperature value, the current battery state of charge value and the target battery state of charge value is detected to change in the charging process, the last displayed battery remaining charging time is processed according to the time curve descent coefficient by taking the theoretical remaining charging time obtained by the iterative calculation as a reference, so that the battery remaining charging time is determined, the last displayed battery remaining charging time is smoothly changed to the battery remaining charging time, jump of the battery remaining charging time in the updating display process is avoided, and the user's look and feel experience is improved.
