In addition, most of the existing welding preheating methods are to manufacture pipes with corresponding shapes according to the shapes of workpieces, and then to connect preheating burners on the pipes. Because the appearance of different work pieces is different, this kind of welding preheats frock and can only adapt to one kind of work piece, consequently, need make a large amount of preheating frock and satisfy the preheating demand of different work pieces, the cost is higher. Moreover, because the required preheating tools are more, the occupied space is larger when the preheating tools are stored. Aiming at the current situation, the invention provides a preheating and local heat treatment device which is convenient and practical and saves the cost.
