Abstract
The invention provides a three-proofing finishing agent which is characterized by comprising the following components: at least two three-proofing auxiliary agents, a cross-linking agent, a softening agent and water. The invention also provides a method for three-proofing treatment, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: first padding: placing the three-proofing finishing agent provided by the invention into a rolling groove, placing the fabric into a padder, adjusting the pressure of a roller to 2-3.5N, performing primary padding, and keeping the padding time for 0.5-3 minutes; controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 60-65%; and (3) drying: drying the fabric subjected to the first padding; and (3) padding for the second time: placing the dried fabric in a padder, adjusting the pressure of a roller to 1.5-2.5N, padding for the second time, and keeping the padding time for 0.5-3 minutes; controlling the liquid carrying rate to be at least 70%; and (3) drying: and drying the fabric subjected to the second padding. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of safety protection products, in particular to a three-proofing finishing agent and a three-proofing treatment method adopting the finishing agent, a three-proofing fabric and safety shoes prepared from the three-proofing fabric.
Background
Waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling three-proofing fabric is becoming popular with consumers because of easy care and cleaning. The three-proofing fabric in the existing market has two major bottleneck problems: the first, third prevention effect can only prevent water splashing but not water seepage; the fabric subjected to the three-proofing treatment is immersed in water for a long time, and water still can infiltrate into the fabric; the second and third prevention durability is poor, the third prevention auxiliary agent is processed on the surface of the fabric through after-finishing, and after the product is repeatedly used, the third prevention auxiliary agent gradually falls off, so that the third prevention effect is gradually weakened and finally fails.
Safety shoes are prone to friction and often encounter the bottom surface of low-lying ponding, which severely affects the performance of the safety shoe.
SUMMARY OF THE PATENT FOR INVENTION
The invention aims to solve at least one defect, and provides a three-proofing finishing agent which can prolong the three-proofing effect of fabric and prevent water seepage.

On the other hand, the invention also provides the three-proofing fabric which is characterized in that the water-proofing ISO4920-2012 of the three-proofing fabric is at least 90, and the oil-proofing ISO14419-2010 is at least 5 grade; the antifouling GB/T30159.1-2013 value is at least 4 grade.

When the three-proofing finishing agent provided by the invention is used for treating the fabric, a layer of superfine needle bed is attached to the surface of the fabric, so that the tension of the surface of the fabric is smaller than the cohesion of water and oil, and therefore, water and oil drop down to form beads to roll off the surface of the fabric instead of spreading and soaking, and meanwhile, the fabric can be prevented from water seepage. Therefore, the three-proofing finishing agent provided by the invention is used for treating the fabric, so that the water splashing prevention, oil proofing and antifouling three-proofing performance of the fabric can be improved, and water seepage can be prevented; in particular to a three-proofing fabric obtained by adopting the three-proofing treatment method provided by the invention, and the high liquid carrying rate is combined with the three-proofing finishing agent provided by the invention, so that the three-proofing effect is further improved. Correspondingly, the water repellent ISO4920-2012 value of the safety shoe provided by the invention is at least 90, and the oil repellent ISO14419-2010 value is at least 5 grade; an antifouling GB/T30159.1-2013 value of at least 4 grade; and its water barrier ISO20345-2022 value is 0.05, which is far lower than 0.2 of the international standard.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a three-proofing finishing agent which is characterized by comprising the following components: at least two three-proofing auxiliary agents, a cross-linking agent, a softening agent and water.
The inventor of the present invention found that when the three-proofing finishing agent contains at least two three-proofing auxiliary agents, a cross-linking agent and a softening agent, the three-proofing effect of the fabric can be significantly improved, and the water seepage prevention effect of the fabric can be improved.
In order to further improve the three-proofing effect of the fabric, in a preferred embodiment, based on the total weight of the three-proofing finishing agent, the total weight of the three-proofing auxiliary agent is 5-15%, the cross-linking agent is 1-5%, the softening agent is 0.1-2%, and the balance is water; preferably, the total weight of the three-proofing finishing agent is 6-12%, the cross-linking agent is 2-3% and the softening agent is 0.2-1% based on the total weight of the three-proofing finishing agent.
In the present invention, the three-proofing auxiliary is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, TC-601, MS-F018-1, N1811, or the like. However, in order to further improve the three-proofing effect of the fabric, in a preferred embodiment, the three-proofing finishing agent comprises two three-proofing auxiliaries, and is a fluorine-free waterproof agent.
In order to further improve the three-proofing effect of the fabric, in a preferred embodiment, the fluorine-free waterproof agents are Dajin fluorine-free waterproof agent XF-5003 and Ludoffer fluorine-free waterproof agent RUCO-DRY ECO respectively.
In order to further improve the three-proofing effect of the fabric, in a preferred embodiment, based on the total weight of the three-proofing finishing agent, 1-6% of Dajin fluorine-free waterproof agent XF-5003, 4-9% of Ludoff fluorine-free waterproof agent RUCO-DRY ECO, 1-5% of cross-linking agent, 0.1-2% of softening agent and the balance of water.
In the present invention, the crosslinking agent is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, PHOBOL XAN, JB-696C, HT-100, etc. In order to further improve the three-proofing effect of the fabric, in a preferred embodiment, the cross-linking agent is RUCO-GUARD XCR.
In the present invention, the softening agent is not particularly limited, and may be LH8874, SX7862, KF96, or the like, for example. In order to further improve the three-proofing effect of the fabric, in a preferred embodiment, the softening agent is Goon663.
The invention also provides a method for performing three-proofing treatment on the fabric, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

The inventor discovers that when the three-proofing finishing agent is combined with high liquid carrying rate, the three-proofing effect can be further improved.
The drying step of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be performed by a conventional method in the art, for example, by reforming the padded fabric at a certain temperature.
In a preferred embodiment, the drying step of steps (2) and (4) includes pre-baking: the temperature is 70-90 ℃ and the time is 2-8 minutes; and (5) drying at high temperature: the temperature is 150-200 ℃ and the time is 1-5 minutes.
The invention provides a three-proofing fabric which is characterized in that the water splashing prevention ISO4920-2012 value of the three-proofing fabric is at least 90, and the oil repellency ISO14419-2010 value is at least 5 grade; the antifouling GB/T30159.1-2013 value is at least 4 grade. The three-proofing performance of the three-proofing fabric is higher than that of the three-proofing fabric of the existing product.

The invention also provides a safety shoe, which is characterized in that the upper surface of the safety shoe is made of the three-proofing fabric. Examples

4. The three-proofing finishing agent according to claim 3, wherein the fluorine-free waterproofing agent is Dajin fluorine-free waterproofing agent XF-5003 and Ludoff fluorine-free waterproofing agent RUCO-DRY ECO, respectively.

The three-proofing finishing agent according to claim 4, wherein the gold fluorine-free waterproof agent XF-5003 is 1-6%, the Ludoff fluorine-free waterproof agent RUCO-DRY ECO is 4-9%, the crosslinking agent is 1-5%, the softening agent is 0.1-2% and the balance is water based on the total weight of the three-proofing finishing agent.
6. The three-way proofing agent according to claim 5, wherein the cross-linking agent is RUCO-GUARD XCR and the softening agent is gon 663.
7. A method for performing three-proofing treatment on a fabric, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) First padding: placing the three-proofing finishing agent according to any one of claims 1-6 into a mangle, placing the fabric into a padder, adjusting the roller pressure to 2-3.5N, performing first padding, and keeping the padding time for 0.5-3 minutes; controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 60-65%;
(2) And (3) drying: drying the fabric subjected to the first padding;
(3) And (3) padding for the second time: placing the fabric dried in the step (2) in a padder, regulating the pressure of the roller to 1.5-2.5N, padding for the second time, and keeping the padding time for 0.5-3 minutes; controlling the liquid carrying rate to be at least 70%;
(4) And (3) drying: and drying the fabric subjected to the second padding.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the drying steps of steps (2) and (4) comprise pre-baking: the temperature is 70-90 ℃ and the time is 2-8 minutes; and (5) drying at high temperature: the temperature is 150-200 ℃ and the time is 1-5 minutes.
9. The three-proofing fabric is characterized in that the water splashing prevention ISO4920-2012 value of the three-proofing fabric is at least 90, and the oil repellency ISO14419-2010 value is at least 5 grade; an antifouling GB/T30159.1-2013 value of at least 4 grade; preferably, the three-proofing fabric is prepared by the method of claim 8.
10. A safety shoe, characterized in that the upper surface of the safety shoe is made of the three-proofing fabric according to claim 9.
