Claims (15)

1. A fitting assembly for applying a rubberized noise reduction member to an inner wall of a tire, comprising a first spool driver, and a first spool connected to the first spool driver; an unreeling driver and an unreeling shaft connected with the unreeling driver; a second winding driver and a second winding shaft connected with the second winding driver; the method is characterized in that: the anti-sticking cloth roll is arranged on the first rolling shaft or the second rolling shaft, one end of the anti-sticking cloth roll is arranged on the first rolling shaft, and the other end of the anti-sticking cloth roll is arranged on the second rolling shaft.

The fitting apparatus for applying a gum noise reducing member to an inner wall of a tire as in claim 8, wherein: the second separation assembly comprises a swing arm, a swing arm driver and a plurality of vacuum suction heads; the swing arm is movably arranged on the mounting plate through the rotating shaft, the driving end of the swing arm driver is connected with the swing arm, and the vacuum suction head is arranged on a branch bracket of the swing arm.

The fitting apparatus for applying a gum noise reducing member to an inner wall of a tire as in claim 8, wherein: the material collecting assembly comprises a material collecting driver, a material collecting scroll, a fixed plate and a discharging driver; the material collecting driver is connected with a material collecting scroll, the material collecting scroll penetrates through the mounting plate, the material collecting driver is arranged on the fixing plate, and the driving end of the discharging driver is connected with the fixing plate.
12. The fitting apparatus for applying a gum noise reducing member to an inner wall of a tire as in claim 11, wherein: the material collecting scroll is provided with a fork structure.
13. A fitting system for applying a rubberized noise reduction element to an inner wall of a tire, characterized by: comprises a cleaning device for cleaning the inner wall of the tyre; and a laminating apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 12; and a pressing device for further bringing the noise reduction member into close contact with the inner wall of the tire.
14. Use of a fitting system according to claim 13 for applying a rubberized noise reducing element to the inner wall of a tire.
15. A method of rolling and unrolling a noise reduction piece with a backing adhesive, comprising:
providing a noise reduction member with back glue capable of reducing tire noise;
providing a fitting device as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 12; when the paper is rolled, the release paper covered with the back glue by the noise reduction piece is peeled off by a release paper separating device in the laminating equipment;
the first rolling shaft and the second rolling shaft in the attaching assembly rotate along a first direction so as to cover the anti-sticking cloth on the second rolling shaft to the side of the noise reduction piece with the adhesive sizing material and wind the noise reduction piece on the first rolling shaft into a roll;
when unreeling, firstly moving the attaching assembly to the inner wall of the tire, and tightly pressing the tail of the noise reduction piece wound into a roll on the first winding shaft on the inner wall of the tire so as to contact and bond the tail with the adhesive material side with the inner wall of the tire;
the tyre is rotated, and the unreeling driver drives the unreeling shaft to rotate so as to drive the noise reduction piece wound on the first reeling shaft into a roll to be attached to the inner wall of the tyre, and the first reeling shaft and the second reeling shaft rotate along the second direction so as to transfer the anti-sticking cloth from the first reeling shaft to the second reeling shaft.
