The humidifying module according to claim 2, wherein the trigger piece (4) can be abutted against the outer side wall of the first push rod (31), a guide cavity (311) is formed in the first push rod (31), and the valve cavity (12) is communicated with the steam part (2) through the guide cavity (311).

the second push rod (34) can move in the valve cavity (12) under the driving of the first push rod (31), and the sealing piece (32) can move between the sealing position and the opening position under the driving of the second push rod (34).

The humidification module of claim 6, wherein the valve cartridge assembly (3) further comprises a second resilient member (35), the second resilient member (35) disposed within the valve cavity (12), the second resilient member (35) configured to relatively compress the second pushrod (34) against the first pushrod (31).

Air fryer, characterized in that it comprises a main frame assembly (5), and a humidifying module according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein said main frame assembly (5) is provided with a cooking chamber (51), said humidifying module is provided on said main frame assembly (5), said trigger member (4) is located in said cooking chamber (51), and steam generated by said steam portion (2) can enter said cooking chamber (51).
