as shown in fig. 1, the hardware of the implementation method includes a gateway server, an external sound card, a switch, a motorcycle CCGW (Conventional Channel Gateway, a conventional channel gateway), a motorcycle original dispatch station, an air-guest TVG server (TETRA Voice Gateway, a trunked voice gateway) and an air-guest TCS server (TETRA Connectivity Server, a trunked connection server) for implementing the air-guest system and motorcycle system group call. The gateway server is connected with the switch through a wired network, the switch is respectively connected with the original motorcycle dispatching desk, the empty passenger TVG server and the empty passenger TCS server through the wired network, and the gateway server performs data interaction with the original motorcycle dispatching desk through the switch to process call initiation and receiving information and speaking right information of the group call of the motorcycle; the gateway server performs data interaction with the air guest TCS server through the exchanger, and processes call initiation and receiving information and speaking right information of the air guest group call; the gateway server performs audio interaction with the air-client TVG server through the switch, and processes the acquisition and output of the air-client group calling digital audio. The gateway server is connected with an external sound card through a USB interface, the external sound card is connected with the motorcycle CCGW through an analog audio line, the external sound card performs audio interaction with the motorcycle CCGW, and the acquisition and output of the analog audio of the motorcycle group calling are processed.
As shown in fig. 2, the gateway server software preloaded with the gateway server includes a foreground interface and a background program, and the foreground interface and the background program perform interface binding and interface display corresponding data interaction. The foreground interface comprises an association group configuration and display interface module, a parameter configuration interface module and a history record interface module; the association group configuration and display interface module is used for displaying information of the association group and modifying, deleting and adding the information of the association group; the parameter configuration interface module is used for displaying and modifying the system parameters of the gateway server software; the history record interface module is used for inquiring the history record and displaying the inquiring result of the history record.
The background program in the gateway server software comprises a motorcycle management module, a motorcycle voice module, a motorcycle API module, an air passenger management module, an air passenger voice module, an air passenger API module, a database management module, a log management module and a configuration file module; the motorcycle management module is respectively connected with the motorcycle voice module, the motorcycle API module, the database management module, the log management module and the configuration file module; the air guest management module is respectively connected with the air guest voice module, the air guest API module, the database management module, the log management module and the configuration file module; the motorcycle management module is connected with the air passenger management module.
A motorcycle management module in a gateway server software background program manages a motorcycle voice module and a motorcycle API module and converts digital audio of an air passenger system into analog audio of the motorcycle system; the motorcycle voice module acquires analog audio from the motorcycle CCGW and outputs the analog audio to the motorcycle CCGW; the motorcycle API module processes the calling initiation, the calling receiving information and the speaking right information of the motorcycle group calling, and the speaking right information processing comprises speaking right application and speaking right release.
The air passenger management module in the gateway server software background program manages an air passenger voice module and an air passenger API module and converts analog audio of the motorcycle system into digital audio of the air passenger system; the air passenger voice module acquires digital audio from the air passenger TVG server and outputs the digital audio to the air passenger TVG server; the air client API module and the air client TCS server perform the processing of air client group calling, calling information receiving and speaking right information, wherein the processing of speaking right information comprises speaking right application and speaking right release.
The database management module in the gateway server software background program is mainly responsible for the processing of reading, modifying and adding operations of the database; the log management module is mainly responsible for storing running logs and abnormal logs in the running process of the gateway server software; the configuration file module is mainly responsible for reading system parameters of gateway server software from the configuration file and writing the system parameters of the case of the modified gateway server into the configuration file.
As shown in fig. 3, the motorcycle system performs the following operations in the group call initiation information processing flow:
a1, the motorcycle API module receives the initiation information of the motorcycle group calling sent by the original motorcycle dispatching desk, and then transmits the initiation information to the motorcycle management module.
A2, the motorcycle management module transmits the initiation information of the group calling of the motorcycle group to the air passenger management module.
A3, the empty passenger management module finds out an empty passenger group associated with the initiation information according to the motorcycle group calling initiation information; and sends the associated air group information to the air API module.
A4, the air guest API module initiates the associated air guest group calling to the air guest TCS server.
A5, the air client API module receives a response of successful creation of the associated air client group call sent by the air client TCS server and then sends the response to the air client management module.
A6, the empty guest management module judges whether the associated group calling information list has associated group calling information corresponding to the empty guest group; if so, updating an associated group calling information list according to the associated empty group calling information; if not, the associated group calling information corresponding to the empty group calling information is added to the associated group calling information list.

And A8, the motorcycle API module sends the dispatch operation of the motorcycle group (the dispatch operation means that a plurality of call groups are temporarily combined into one call group, so that free call among the plurality of call groups is realized) to the original dispatching desk of the motorcycle.

A10, the motorcycle management module judges whether the association group calling information list has association group calling information corresponding to the motorcycle group, if so, the association group calling information list is updated according to the motorcycle group calling information; if not, the associated group calling information corresponding to the motorcycle group calling information is added to the associated group calling information list.
The associated group calling information list is formed by a plurality of associated group calling information, and each associated group calling information comprises an associated group number, a motorcycle group calling state, a motorcycle group calling right state, an empty guest group number, an empty guest group calling state and an empty guest group calling right state.
As shown in fig. 4, the air guest system performs the following operations in the process of initiating the group call information:
