Description

Transmission line galloping suppression device and method based on emergency inhaul cable
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-galloping of a power transmission line, and particularly relates to a power transmission line galloping suppression device and method based on an emergency inhaul cable.
Background
Statistical analysis data of overhead transmission line operation accidents show that the line galloping problem is one of the most important factors for threatening the line safety currently. At present, the anti-galloping design and treatment of the power transmission line mainly depend on galloping distribution diagrams and galloping grade division. In practice, there is a situation that serious galloping occurs in a low-risk galloping zone, and once a large-area long-time galloping disaster occurs, a large number of line hardware fittings, guide/ground wires, towers and the like are seriously damaged, so that the safe operation of a power grid is seriously influenced. In addition, due to limitations of existing galloping control technologies, galloping risks still exist in lines with galloping prevention measures installed under extremely severe weather conditions, and attention to such risks is also needed in the operation and maintenance of power transmission lines. At present, the technical measures of anti-galloping mainly pay attention to how to reduce the occurrence probability of galloping and the galloping amplitude in advance. In the actual operation and maintenance process, the method and the strategy lack effective emergency treatment methods and strategies except for strengthening observation in the face of line galloping. With increasingly complex meteorological environments and increased dense channels of lines, research on disaster emergency treatment methods after line galloping is needed, safe and rapid response of emergency states is achieved, and power grid hazards caused by long-time galloping are avoided.
In recent years, research at home and abroad has a certain research foundation in aspects of galloping mechanism, true test, research and development and application of a galloping prevention device, and a plurality of galloping prevention and control devices such as phase spacers, phase-to-ground spacers, damping spacers and the like have been developed and successfully applied. The inter-phase spacers are disposed between adjacent wires, but are not effective in inhibiting contemporaneous galloping of the adjacent wires. In addition, researches have been proposed to add phase-to-ground spacers on the lines with serious galloping disasters, so that the synchronous galloping and different-period galloping treatment effects of the power transmission lines can be effectively improved. However, the above research results and devices are mostly aimed at precautions in advance, and lack corresponding technical research and equipment research and development for emergency anti-galloping measures during and after galloping.
The Chinese patent document with the bulletin number of CN103441462B discloses a sectional combined type anti-galloping composite phase-earth spacing rod, which comprises an adjustable spacing rod, an adjusting plate and a stay wire, wherein the adjustable spacing rod comprises an upper rod body, a lower rod body and a middle rod connected between the upper rod body and the lower rod body, the upper end of the upper rod body is connected with a connecting fitting, the lower end of the lower rod body is connected with the adjusting plate, the outer circumferences of the upper rod body and the lower rod body are both connected with an insulating umbrella skirt, the upper side of the insulating umbrella skirt of the upper rod body is connected with an end accessory, and the lower side of the insulating umbrella skirt of the lower rod body is also connected with an end accessory; the lower end of the upper rod body and the upper end of the lower rod body are connected with an end accessory, and the two ends of the stay wire are respectively connected with an adjusting plate and the ground. However, the phase-to-ground spacer is a precaution measure before the occurrence of the galloping of the overhead transmission line, and the on-site rapid emergency treatment cannot be carried out aiming at the disasters in the occurrence process of the galloping of the line.
