Claims (10)

1. The electric charge information processing method based on the POS payment terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
dividing a target area into a plurality of subareas based on household conditions in the target area, configuring POS payment terminals for any subarea, wherein the POS payment terminals of each subarea are all in communication connection with a background server;
based on the POS payment terminal, the following mode is adopted to provide an electric charge processing function for residents in any subarea:
distributing corresponding charging main sub-accounts to the POS payment terminals in any subarea through the background server, wherein the charging main sub-accounts are only associated with all households in any subarea;
according to the set period, the background server sends the information of the electric charge to be paid of the abnormal householder in any subarea to the corresponding POS payment terminal for local storage;
providing a user operation interface through the POS payment terminal, and circularly presenting abnormal households and information of electric charges to be paid on the basis of the user operation interface; and
providing an input item after the user operation interface is awakened, and acquiring query information of a user based on the input item;
based on the inquiry information of the user and the to-be-paid electric charge information of the abnormal householder in any subarea, under the condition that the matching is successful, the to-be-paid electric charge information is presented to the user through the POS payment terminal;
and providing options for the user according to a preset charging mode, and guiding the user to pay the electric charge to be paid based on the charging main sub-account after the user selects the charging mode, wherein the charging mode at least comprises pos card swiping payment and code scanning payment.
2. The POS payment terminal-based electricity charge information processing method of claim 1, wherein dividing the target area into a plurality of sub-areas based on a resident situation in the target area comprises:
filtering non-residential areas in the target area;
dividing the target area after non-residential area filtering into a plurality of subareas according to geographic communication relation, so that each subarea meets the following conditions:
the interval between residential cells in any one of the sub-areas is not greater than a first preset distance threshold;
the longest walking distance of the coverage area of any sub-zone does not exceed a second preset distance threshold.
3. The POS terminal-based electric charge information processing method of claim 2, wherein configuring POS terminals for any one of the sub-areas includes determining the number of POS terminals configured for the any one of the sub-areas by:
determining the area of any subarea, and acquiring the number of households in any subarea;
determining a resident density of the any sub-zone based on the number of residents and the area of the area;
determining an average value of arrearage users in a unit payment period in a preset time range in any subarea;
based on the number of households, introducing the number of arrearage users and the density of households as corrections to determine the number of POS payment terminals configured for any one subarea:
wherein (1)>Representing the number of POS payment terminals configured for any sub-zone i,representing a round up->Representing the resident density correction factor, < >>Indicating resident density,/->Representing the number of households in any subregion i, < >>Representing correction factors based on normal payment user, < ->And representing the average value of arrearage users in the unit payment period.
4. The method for processing electric charge information based on POS payment terminals according to claim 3, wherein in the case of configuring one POS payment terminal for the any one sub-area, the POS payment terminal is configured near a center point of a coverage area of the any one sub-area;
under the condition that at least two POS payment terminals are configured for any subarea, a corresponding number of configuration points are selected in the coverage area of any subarea, so that the distance between any two configuration points and the distance from the boundary of the coverage area to the nearest configuration point form a specified multiple range.
5. The POS payment terminal-based electricity charge information processing method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising determining abnormal households based on households in any one of the sub-areas in such a manner that:
acquiring payment information of historical first time intervals of all households in any subarea, wherein the span of the historical first time intervals is larger than an electric charge payment period;
removing normally paid households based on the payment information of each household to determine suspected abnormal households;
determining a payment prompting record of any suspected abnormal resident in a historical second time interval for each suspected abnormal resident, wherein the historical second time interval is larger than the historical first time interval;
under the condition that the payment-prompting record is larger than a preset first time number threshold value, taking any suspected abnormal resident as an abnormal resident;
and updating abnormal households in any subarea according to the set period.

The method for processing electric charge information based on POS payment terminal as claimed in claim 5, wherein based on the matching of the inquiry information of the user and the electric charge information to be paid of the abnormal resident in any sub-area, the inquiry information of the user is sent to the background server and the information to be paid of the user is obtained from the background server under the condition of failure of matching, so that the information to be paid is presented to the user through the POS payment terminal based on the sub-account of the charging subject to guide the user to finish payment; the method comprises the steps of,
accumulating the times of completing payment by any resident who fails to match through the POS payment terminal;
and under the condition that the number of times of completing payment through the POS payment terminal exceeds a second number of times threshold, sending the information to be paid of the resident who fails to match to the corresponding POS payment terminal through the background server according to a set period for local storage.
7. The method for processing electric charge information based on POS payment terminal as claimed in claim 6, wherein the user operation interface provided by the POS payment terminal at least comprises a screen locking interface and an operation interface;
the step of circularly presenting abnormal households and the information of the electric charge to be paid based on the user operation interface association comprises the following steps:
dividing a plurality of user grades according to the condition to be paid of the user in advance; the method comprises the steps of,
dividing the screen locking interface into a plurality of subareas in advance, wherein each subarea is rectangular, at least part of subareas are different in area, and corresponding display colors are configured for each subarea, wherein the larger the area is, the more the corresponding display color is conspicuous;
after receiving the information to be paid of the user sent by the background server, mapping the information to be paid of the user to a corresponding user grade;
randomly selecting the information to be paid, the number of which is the same as that of the subareas, from the information to be paid of each user;
filling and displaying the selected information to be paid into each subarea according to the grade sequence of the selected information to be paid;
and repeatedly selecting information to be paid of the user according to the set period, filling and displaying.
8. The POS payment terminal-based electricity fee information processing method of claim 7, further comprising:
under the condition that a user directly clicks a certain subarea of the lock screen interface, the user is guided to finish paying based on the information to be paid of the user pointed by the subarea.

An electric charge information processing system based on a POS payment terminal, comprising a background server and a plurality of POS payment terminals, wherein the POS payment terminals are in communication connection with the background server, the POS payment terminals are configured in each subarea, the POS payment terminals comprise a processor and a memory, the memory is stored with a computer program, and the computer program realizes the steps of the electric charge information processing method based on the POS payment terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the POS payment terminal-based electric charge information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
