FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an alternative information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the method is applied to an annotation management tool, and the annotation management tool is embedded in a tested system, and the method includes the following steps:
step S101, detecting a first operation of a first object on a first annotation layer in an annotation state, wherein the first operation is determined by the first object according to defects of a tested system, the first annotation layer covers a target content layer of the tested system, the target content layer is a content layer currently displayed on a first terminal, the tested system is deployed on the first terminal and a second terminal, and the first terminal is a terminal held by the first object.
In the present application, an annotation management tool is taken as an execution subject, and a method performed by the annotation management tool is used to replace a method performed by a defect management tool in the related art. Optionally, in this embodiment, the type of the first object is a tester, the first object may embed the annotation management tool in the tested system interface or the browser in advance, and the annotation management tool may provide a mode switch, so that the first object using the tested system may control the annotation management tool to switch between the modes of the "normal system function display interface" and the "fused defect annotation interface", and when the mode switch is opened, the annotation management tool enters an annotation state, and may call out the first annotation layer above the page currently browsed by the first object, where the content of the page currently browsed by the first object is the content displayed in the content layer of the first terminal. In an alternative embodiment, the first annotation layer is formed by XML vector graphic elements, and the first annotation layer does not completely cover the target content layer if the first object is not operated, and is used for annotating the tested system by the first object and displaying the annotation to the first object.
Optionally, the first object may perform a daily test in a "normal system function display interface" mode, after a problem is found, enter a "fused defect annotation interface" through a mode switch, and call out an "annotation management component" in the annotation management tool by one key, so that a first operation is performed on the first annotation layer by using the "annotation management component", where the "defect management component" includes an interface identification graffiti tool such as a color pen, a highlight pen, a box, a rubber, a label, a text box, and a defect information input box, and the defect information input box is an information supplementing component.
Optionally, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a relationship between an optional target content layer and an annotation layer according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, each first object may build an annotation layer belonging to itself on the same target content layer, so as to form a plurality of annotation layers covered on the same target content layer, for example, in fig. 2, the target content layer is covered with an annotation layer corresponding to a user a and an annotation layer corresponding to a user B. The annotation management tool can also be communicated with the background of the defect management system, is connected with the same database for information synchronization, and preferably, the defect management system can also perform information interaction with the tested system.
Step S102, when the first operation is detected, displaying operation content corresponding to the first operation on the first annotation layer to obtain an updated first annotation layer.
In step S102, the first operation includes at least one of: the first annotating operation and the first filling operation comprise at least one of the following operations: annotating content and defect information, wherein the defect information comprises at least a defect identification.
Optionally, the first object may directly annotate the problem and give the annotation on the interface using a graffiti tool such as a color pen, a highlighter, a box, an eraser, a label, a text box, etc. to implement the first annotation operation. The annotation management tool can provide an annotation shortcut option on the first annotation layer, common problem phenomena are recorded in the annotation shortcut option in advance, and in the process of marking the problem, the first object can directly select the annotation problem in the shortcut option, so that the manual recording cost is reduced. After the labeling is completed, the first object further supplements and inputs the defect information in the defect information input frame so as to realize a first filling operation. The defect information at least comprises defect identification, and can also comprise defect level information for representing the importance level of the defects of the tested system, information for representing the expected solution aging of the defects and the like.
Further, after detecting the first annotation operation of the first object, the annotation management tool can identify annotation content corresponding to the first annotation operation and display the annotation content on the first annotation layer, after detecting defect information, the annotation management tool can identify defect information corresponding to the first filling operation and display the defect information on the first annotation layer, and then the updated first annotation layer is obtained.
It should be noted that, by displaying the operation content corresponding to the detected first operation on the first annotation layer, effective recording of defect information of the tested system pointed out by the first object is achieved.
Step S103, responding to a first annotation confirmation instruction of the first object, and displaying the target content layer and the updated first annotation layer in a second terminal according to the target webpage link matched with the target content layer, wherein the second terminal is a terminal held by the second object.
In this embodiment, the object type of the second object is a developer. In step S103, after the first object completes the annotation work of the current stage, the first object may click a submit button on the first annotation layer to send a first annotation confirmation instruction to the annotation management tool. Further, after the annotation management tool obtains the first annotation confirmation instruction, the target content layer can be loaded in the second terminal according to the target webpage link matched with the target content layer obtained in advance, and the updated first annotation layer is displayed above the target content layer. Optionally, after the first annotation confirmation instruction is obtained, the annotation management tool may send a page jump instruction to the tested system according to the target web page link matched with the pre-obtained target content layer, so as to control the tested system to display the target content layer in the second terminal, and the annotation management tool displays the updated first annotation layer above the target content layer.
It should be noted that, after the first annotation confirmation instruction of the first object is obtained, the target content layer and the updated first annotation layer are displayed in the second terminal held by the second object, so that the page content of the tested system and the defect description of the first object for sorting the page content are timely sent to the second object, the second object can intuitively and timely learn the defect of the tested system, misunderstanding of the defect description is avoided, and communication efficiency of related staff for communicating the defect of the tested system is further improved.
Based on the scheme defined in the steps S101 to S103, it can be known that in the embodiment of the present invention, a manner of displaying a defect description of a first object on a tested system to a second object in an endorsement manner is adopted, by detecting a first operation of the first object on the first endorsement layer in an endorsement state, then displaying operation content corresponding to the first operation on the first endorsement layer in the case that the first operation is detected, obtaining an updated first endorsement layer, so that in response to a first endorsement confirmation instruction of the first object, a target content layer and the updated first endorsement layer are displayed in the second terminal according to a target web page link matched with the target content layer, wherein the first operation is determined by the first object according to the defect of the tested system, the first endorsement layer is covered on the target content layer of the tested system, the target content layer is the content layer currently displayed on the first terminal, the tested system is deployed on the first terminal and the second terminal, the first terminal is the terminal held by the first object, and the second terminal is held by the second terminal.
It is easy to note that in the above process, by displaying the operation content corresponding to the detected first operation on the first annotation layer, effective recording of defect information of the tested system pointed out by the first object is achieved, the problems that in the related art, the workload is large and the content is not visual when the defect is described by inputting a large number of characters and screenshot are avoided, the working efficiency of describing the defect by related staff is improved, and further the communication efficiency of the related staff when communicating the defect of the tested system is improved. Further, after the first annotation confirmation instruction of the first object is obtained, the target content layer and the updated first annotation layer are displayed in the second terminal held by the second object, so that the page content of the tested system and the defect description of the first object on the page content are timely sent to the second object, the second object can intuitively and timely know the defect of the tested system, misunderstanding of the defect description is avoided, and communication efficiency of related staff when communicating the defect of the tested system is further improved. In addition, by avoiding the communication defects of screenshot, characters and the like, the key information leakage risk is effectively avoided, and the information security during communication is improved.
Therefore, the scheme provided by the application achieves the purpose of displaying the defect description of the tested system by the first object to the second object in an annotating manner, so that the technical effect of improving the communication efficiency is achieved, and the technical problem of low communication efficiency in the related art, which is caused by the defect that only a tester and a developer are supported to communicate the tested system through characters or pictures, is solved.
In an optional embodiment, the first annotation layer includes a target area, where the target area is used to display a preset information supplement component, where in a case where the first operation is detected, during a process that the first annotation layer displays an operation content corresponding to the first operation, the annotation management tool may display, in the case where the first annotation operation is detected, an annotation content corresponding to the first annotation operation on the first annotation layer, and in the case where the first filling operation is detected, display defect information corresponding to the first filling operation on the information supplement component, where the first operation includes at least one of: the first annotating operation and the first filling operation comprise at least one of the following operations: annotating content and defect information, the defect information comprising at least a defect identification.
Optionally, the tester may perform only annotation operation, may perform only filling operation, and may perform both annotation operation and filling operation. When the annotation management tool detects that the first object clicks, slides and the like on the first annotation layer by using the graffiti tool such as a color pen, a highlight pen, a box, a rubber, a label and a text box, the annotation management tool determines that the first annotation operation is detected, and can determine the content of the first object realized by using the graffiti tool on the first annotation layer as annotation content. When it is detected that the first object performs an input operation in the input box of the information supplement component, it is determined that the first filling operation is detected, and the input content of the first object in the input box of the information supplement component may be determined as defect information.
It should be noted that, by detecting the first annotating operation and the first filling operation of the first object and displaying the corresponding annotating content and the corresponding annotating information, enrichment of the content which can be displayed in the first annotating layer is achieved, so that defect description in the updated first annotating layer is more visual.
In an alternative embodiment, in a process of responding to the first annotation confirmation instruction of the first object, displaying the target content layer and the updated first annotation layer in the second terminal according to the target webpage link matched with the target content layer, the annotation management tool may respond to the first annotation confirmation instruction of the first object, generate a defect number matched with defect information in the updated first annotation layer, then acquire an annotation display instruction of the second object on the updated first annotation layer through the second terminal, extract at least one target defect number from the annotation display instruction, then acquire at least one target defect information matched with the updated first annotation layer, and determine target defect information matched with each target defect number from the at least one target defect information, so that the target content layer, the updated first annotation layer and the target defect information except the defect information in the updated first annotation layer are displayed in the second terminal according to the target webpage link. The at least one target defect number comprises a defect number matched with the defect information in the updated first annotation layer, and the target defect information is the defect information displayed in the first annotation layer.
Optionally, after the first object completes the annotation work in the current stage, the first object may click a submit button on the first annotation layer to send a first annotation confirmation instruction to the annotation management tool. Further, after the first annotation confirmation instruction is obtained, the annotation management tool automatically generates a corresponding defect number according to the defect information in the first annotation layer updated currently, and optionally, the defect number may be sequentially generated, for example, the number 0001-0010 is generated before, and the newly generated defect number is 0011. After the defect numbers are generated, the annotation management tool can transmit the defect information to a defect management system for storage, and correlate the defect information with the corresponding defect numbers so as to complete the recording and submitting work of the defect information.
Further, the annotation management tool comprises an update monitoring module, and after the first object submits the defect information, the update monitoring module can receive a defect information submitting event triggered by the first object and remind a second object of new defect information submission. And then, the second object can log in the tested system to be checked, the click mode switch enters an integrated defect annotation interface, an annotation list acquisition instruction is sent to an annotation management tool, and the annotation management tool displays the annotation layers corresponding to the first objects and at least one defect number corresponding to each annotation layer to the second object according to the annotation list acquisition instruction. Then, when the second object wants to view the annotation layer corresponding to the first object, that is, when the second object wants to view the updated first annotation layer, the second object may send an annotation display instruction for the updated first annotation layer to the annotation management tool, where the annotation display instruction includes at least one target defect number.
Optionally, at least one target defect number is explained. In the annotation management tool, for the same target content layer, different first objects have annotation layers which are matched with the first objects and are unique, each first object can operate on the corresponding annotation layer, and the content in the same target content layer possibly has various defects, so that the first object can input different defect information on the corresponding annotation layer for multiple times, and send a first annotation confirmation instruction after inputting the defect information each time so as to store the defect information, therefore, the updated first annotation layer possibly corresponds to a plurality of defect numbers, in addition, after the first object sends the first annotation confirmation instruction, and the annotation management tool stores the defect information according to the first annotation confirmation instruction and generates the defect number, the annotation management tool can empty the defect information of the annotation layer corresponding to the first object before the first object inputs the defect information next time, so that the first object can input the next defect information conveniently. Thus, the target defect information is defect information that has been displayed in the first annotation layer, specifically, the target defect information is defect information that has been displayed in the first annotation layer and has a defect number that matches the target defect information.
Furthermore, the annotation management tool may extract at least one target defect number from the annotation display instruction, obtain at least one target defect information matched with the updated first annotation layer from the annotation management system, and determine target defect information matched with each target defect number from the at least one target defect information according to association between defect information maintained in the annotation management system and the defect number.
And then, the annotation management tool can display the target content layer in the second terminal, wherein all original contents of the updated first annotation layer (namely, the contents in the first annotation layer before updating), all annotation contents of the updated first annotation layer and target defect information matched with each target defect number are displayed in the second terminal, namely, the target content layer, the updated first annotation layer and the target defect information except the defect information in the updated first annotation layer are displayed in the second terminal.
It should be noted that, by generating a defect number according to the defect information in the updated first annotation layer and selectively displaying the target defect information associated with the updated first annotation layer according to the annotation display instruction sent by the second object, the applicability of the method provided by the application is improved, and defect description is displayed through the first annotation layer, so that the second object can intuitively and quickly understand the defect and reproduce and modify the defect.
In an alternative embodiment, after the target content layer and the updated first annotation layer are displayed in the second terminal, the annotation management tool may respond to a new operation instruction of the first object on the updated first annotation layer, empty defect information in the information supplement component in the updated first annotation layer, then detect a second annotation operation of the first object on the updated first annotation layer and a second filling operation according to a defect of the tested system, display, on the condition that the second annotation operation is detected, annotation content corresponding to the second annotation operation on the updated first annotation layer, and display, on the condition that the second filling operation is detected, defect information corresponding to the second annotation operation on the information supplement component of the updated first annotation layer, obtain a defect number matching the defect information in the updated first annotation layer again, and then respond to a second annotation confirmation instruction of the first object.
Optionally, after the target content layer and the updated first annotation layer are displayed in the second terminal, that is, after the first object issues the first annotation confirmation instruction, the first object may continue editing the updated first annotation layer. Specifically, the first object may send a new operation instruction to the updated first annotation layer to the annotation management tool, and then the annotation management tool instruction empties the previous defect information according to the new operation instruction, so that the first object inputs new defect information.
Further, the annotation management tool may detect the second annotation operation and the second filling operation of the first object on the updated first annotation layer according to the method for obtaining the updated first annotation layer, and display the corresponding annotation content and defect information on the updated first annotation layer to obtain the updated first annotation layer, which is not described herein again.
Furthermore, the annotation management tool may respond to the annotation confirmation instruction (i.e. the second annotation confirmation instruction) input again by the first object, thereby generating a defect number matching with the defect information in the first annotation layer after being updated again, and transmitting the defect information to the defect management system for storage, and meanwhile, associating the defect information with the corresponding defect number to complete the task of inputting and submitting the defect information.
It should be noted that, after the updated first annotation layer is displayed in the second terminal, the operation of receiving the first object is continued, and the updated first annotation layer is updated again, so that applicability of the application is further improved, and the problem that when the first object wants to update defect information and annotation content, information between the first object and the second object is not synchronous due to incapability of modification, and further communication effect is affected is avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, after the target content layer and the updated first annotation layer are displayed in the second terminal, the annotation management tool may respond to the annotation modification detection instruction of the second object, detect an annotation modification operation of the second object on the updated first annotation layer, and then modify, according to the annotation modification operation, the annotation content displayed on the updated first annotation layer to obtain the modified first annotation layer, and then respond to the third annotation confirmation instruction of the second object to display the target content layer and the modified first annotation layer to the first object.
Optionally, after the second object browses to the updated annotation layer and the corresponding target content layer, if the second object has different insights, it may send an annotation modification detection instruction to the annotation management tool to modify the updated first annotation layer. And then, responding to the annotation modification detection instruction by the annotation management tool, and detecting the annotation modification operation of the second object on the updated first annotation layer. In the modification process, the second object can also use interface identification graffiti tools such as a color pen, a highlight pen, a box, a rubber, a label, a text box and the like in the defect management component to operate, and the annotation management tool can modify the annotation content displayed on the updated first annotation layer according to the annotation modification operation of the second object, so that the modified first annotation layer is obtained.
Furthermore, after the second object determines that the annotation modification is finished, the modified first annotation layer can be returned to the first object for further confirmation. Specifically, the second object sends a third annotation confirmation instruction to the annotation management tool, and then the annotation management tool displays the target content layer and the modified first annotation layer to the first object according to the third annotation confirmation instruction.
In an optional embodiment, the annotation management tool further includes a program processing module, the second object may use the program processing layer to perform program modification on the tested system, and place defect information in the annotation management system into a to-be-verified state, and after the first object logs in the tested system and views the target content layer, operations such as further updating the annotation layer or canceling the annotation may be performed based on the actual verification effect.
It should be noted that, by modifying the annotation content in the updated first annotation layer according to the modification operation of the second object, and feeding back the modification content to the first object, the convenience and timeliness of communication between the first object and the second object are further improved, so that the communication efficiency is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, before detecting the first operation of the first object on the first annotation layer in the annotation state, the annotation management tool may enter the annotation state in response to a start annotation instruction of the first object on the target content layer, obtain a target object identifier of the first object, and then determine whether the target annotation layer exists in the annotation management tool, where the target annotation layer is an annotation layer matched with the target object identifier and matched with the target content layer, if the target annotation layer exists, determine the target annotation layer as the first annotation layer, and if the target annotation layer does not exist, generate the first annotation layer, and display the first annotation layer in the tested system.
Optionally, in the annotation management tool, different first objects have annotation layers that are matched with the first object and are unique for the same target content layer, and different content layers have different annotation layers for the same first object. The corresponding relation among the object, the annotation layer and the content layer is maintained by an annotation management tool.
Specifically, when the first object finds a problem in the target content layer of the system to be tested, after the mode switch is turned on (i.e., the aforementioned start annotation instruction), the annotation management tool enters the "fused defect annotation interface", that is, enters an annotation state, and obtains the target object identifier provided by the first object when logging in the system to be tested.
The annotation management tool then determines whether the first object has been annotated with the target content layer before. Specifically, the annotation management tool determines whether a target annotation layer exists in the annotation management tool according to the corresponding relation among the maintained objects, the annotation layer and the content layer. If the target annotation layer exists, the first object is determined to be annotated to the target content layer before, and the target annotation layer is determined to be the first annotation layer. Otherwise, if the target annotation layer does not exist, determining that the first object does not annotate the target content layer before, generating the first annotation layer, and storing the corresponding relation among the first annotation layer, the first object and the target content layer. Further, the annotation management tool displays the first annotation layer in the tested system.
It should be noted that, by acquiring the target object identifier of the first object, it is realized whether the first object has annotated the target content layer before, so that the corresponding first annotation layer can be accurately called, the phenomenon that the first object needs to be annotated again each time is avoided, and further the workload of the first object is effectively reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, in the process of generating the first annotation layer, the annotation management tool may generate an initial annotation layer on the target content layer in an annotation state, then obtain a target web page link matched with the target content layer, and determine target service information matched with the target web page link according to the target web page link in a correspondence between the web page link and service information matched with the content layer, so as to display the target service information and the information supplementing component in a target area of the initial annotation layer, thereby obtaining the first annotation layer. Wherein the initial annotation layer comprises the target region.
Optionally, the annotation management tool may first generate an initial annotation layer on the target content layer, and then perform information interaction with the tested system to obtain a target web page link matched with the target content layer, and determine, according to the target web page link, target service information matched with the target web page link in a correspondence between the web page link and service information matched with the content layer. The service information of the web page link matched with the content layer is maintained by a defect management system, and is preset by a worker, and the target service information comprises, but is not limited to, information of the application, the project, the requirement sub-item, the responsible person, the problem processing department and the like of the content in the target content layer.
Furthermore, the annotation management tool may display the target service information and the information supplementing component in the target area of the initial annotation layer to obtain the first annotation layer, and in the foregoing process of storing the defect information, the annotation management tool may store the target service information together with the defect information.
It should be noted that, by displaying the target service information together in the process of generating the first annotation layer, the richness of the information in the first annotation layer is further improved, so that the communication efficiency between the first object and the second object is further improved.
Therefore, the method provided by the application can be applied to occasions such as project regular meetings and the like to carry out visual and rapid defect communication and carding, so that communication efficiency is greatly improved. The method achieves the aim of displaying the defect description of the first object on the tested system to the second object in an annotating way, thereby realizing the technical effect of improving the communication efficiency, and further solving the technical problem of low communication efficiency in the related art, which only supports the test staff to communicate with the developer through characters or pictures.
