Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for heating by a heating device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment may be applied to the heating device, and may include the following steps:
step 101, determining whether the maximum heat load of the heating device can directly heat the water temperature in the target heating water path to the target water temperature, and if not, executing step 102.
Step 102, adjusting the water flow of the target heating waterway so that the maximum heat load of the heating equipment can directly heat the water temperature of the target heating waterway to the target water temperature.
In this embodiment, if the maximum heat load of the heating apparatus cannot make the water temperature of the target heating water path reach the target water temperature, in order to avoid the problem of a slow heating speed caused by the secondary heating, it is possible to achieve one-time heating of the water temperature of the target heating water path to the target water temperature by adjusting the water flow rate of the target heating water path. After the target water temperature is reached, a constant temperature control may be performed to achieve heating of the heating space. The time wasted by repeated heating due to water circulation in the first heating process can be greatly reduced, and the heating speed of a heating space is effectively improved.
Wherein, directly heat the temperature of target heating water route to target temperature specifically does: after the water in the heating waterway passes through the heat exchanger for heat exchange for the first time, the water temperature can reach the target water temperature (or be within an allowable error range).
The target heating water path refers to a water path located near the heat exchanger in a heating circulation water path of the heating apparatus, and for example, a water path located at a preset length after the heat exchanger is taken as the target heating water path.
The principle of achieving one-time heating of the water temperature of the target heating water channel to the target water temperature by adjusting the water flow rate of the target heating water channel is described as follows:
the energy Q required to heat the water of the target heating water path to the target water temperature is:
Q=CM△T
wherein C is the specific heat capacity of water, M is the water flow, deltaT is the temperature difference between the target water temperature and the current water temperature of the target heating waterway, and the current water temperature can be the water temperature of the water inlet end of the heat exchanger.
If the maximum heat load of the heating apparatus can supply the energy Q, it means that the maximum heat load of the heating apparatus can directly heat the water temperature in the target heating water path to the target water temperature of 80 degrees. If the maximum heat load of the heating equipment is calculated to provide energy smaller than Q under the current water flow, the maximum heat load of the heating equipment can not heat water to the target water temperature at one time, and then the circulation heating is needed again under the condition of keeping the current water flow.
As can be seen from the above formula q=cm Δt, C is a constant, and in the case of Δt determination, the energy Q is dependent on the water flow M, i.e. by adjusting M, the maximum heat load of the heating apparatus can provide the corresponding energy Q, and the water can be heated to the target water temperature once after passing through the heat exchanger without being heated again for the second time.
For example, assuming that the length of the water pipe between the heating space and the heating apparatus is L, the water flow rate is M, and the time for water to flow from the heating apparatus to the heating space is t, then:
when the water temperature of the target heating waterway reaches the target water temperature T through one-time heating Target object When the distance from the water flow to the heating space is L, the heating time is t;
when the water temperature of the target heating waterway can not reach the target water temperature T by one-time heating Target object When the water in the target heating waterway is heated for the second time, the water can reach T Target object When water flows from the heating equipment to the heating space and returns to the heating equipment from the heating space, and then flows from the heating equipment to the heating space, namely when the water temperature reaches the heating requirement, the distance of water flow is 3L, namely the heating time is 3t.
When the method for adjusting the water flow rate according to the embodiment is used, the water temperature of the target heating waterway cannot reach the target water temperature T by one-time heating under the condition that the maximum heat load of the heating equipment is insufficient Target object In order to achieve one-time heating, the water temperature of the target heating waterway reaches the target water temperature T Target object Assuming that the water flow rate is reduced to half (0.5M), that is, the maximum heat load is twice to heat the water temperature to the heating target temperature tbtarget, the heating time is (1/0.5) t=2t, and is smaller than the heating time 3T of the second cycle heating; when the water flow is reduced to 1/3, the heating time is 3t and is the same as the two-time circulation heating time, but when heating is performed in the prior art, three circulation heating is needed, so that the time wasted by repeated heating of the water circulation can be reduced, and the heating speed of the heating space is effectively improved.
In one embodiment, a gas regulating valve may be included in the heating apparatus, and in step 101, it may be determined whether the maximum thermal load of the heating apparatus can directly heat the water temperature in the target heating water path to the target water temperature in the following manner:
when the heating function is detected to be started, acquiring a target water temperature, and controlling a gas regulating valve to heat; when the opening degree of the gas regulating valve is opened to the maximum, judging whether the heating equipment can directly heat the water temperature of the target heating waterway to the target water temperature.
Specifically, when the opening degree of the gas regulating valve is regulated, the opening degree of the gas regulating valve may be gradually increased, or the opening degree of the gas regulating valve may be once maximized. When the valve of the gas regulating valve is regulated to the maximum, the gas amount is indicated to be the maximum, namely the heating equipment is indicated to be the maximum heat load.
When the gas regulating valve is regulated step by step, judging whether the water temperature of the target heating waterway reaches the target water temperature or not every time the valve of the gas regulating valve is regulated; if not, continuing to enlarge the valve of the gas regulating valve; if the valve of the gas regulating valve is opened to the maximum, but the water temperature of the target heating water path still fails to reach the target water temperature, for example, the temperature of the water outlet end of the heat exchanger fails to reach the target water temperature, it is determined that the maximum heat load of the heating equipment cannot enable the water temperature of the target heating water path to directly reach the target water temperature, and at this time, it can be determined that the rated heat load of the heating equipment is insufficient.
In one embodiment, a water flow regulator may also be provided in the target heating waterway; then, as shown in fig. 2, in step 102, the water flow rate of the target heating water path may be adjusted in such a manner that the water temperature of the target heating water path reaches the target water temperature:
and 102-1, acquiring the real-time backwater temperature, the real-time outlet water temperature and the real-time water flow of a target heating waterway.
In one implementation, a water outlet and a water return port are arranged on the target heating waterway, a water return temperature sensor is arranged near the water return port, and a water outlet temperature sensor is arranged near the water outlet. The water return temperature sensor can be used for detecting the water flow temperature near the water return port as the real-time water return temperature, and the water outlet temperature sensor can be used for detecting the water flow temperature near the water outlet as the real-time water outlet temperature.
And a water flow sensor can be arranged on the target heating water path and used for measuring a water flow signal on the target heating water path to serve as real-time water flow.
And 102-2, calculating the target water flow according to the real-time water flow, the target water temperature, the real-time backwater temperature and the real-time water outlet temperature.
In one implementation, the following formula may be derived from the law of conservation of energy:
CM real time △T Real time =CM Target object △T Target object
Wherein C is the specific heat capacity of water; m is M Real time Is the real-time water flow; m is M Target object Is the target water flow; deltaT Real time Is the current temperature difference of the water outlet and the water return, namely delta T Real time =T Effluent water –T Backwater Wherein T is Effluent water T is the real-time water outlet temperature Backwater The temperature of the return water is real-time; deltaT Target object For the target temperature difference of the water outlet and return, namely DeltaT Target object =T Target object –T Backwater Wherein T is Target object For the target water temperature, T Backwater Is the real-time backwater temperature.
The target water flow M can be obtained by the energy conservation formula Target object
M Target object =M Real time △T Real time /△T Target object =M Real time ×(T Effluent water –T Backwater )/(T Target object –T Backwater )
And 102-3, taking the target water flow as a target, and adopting a water flow regulating device to regulate the water flow of the target heating waterway so as to enable the water temperature of the target heating waterway to reach the target water temperature.
When the target water flow M is calculated Target object Later, then can be M Target object For the water flow regulation target, the water flow of the target heating waterway is regulated by adopting the water flow regulating device, so that the heat load required by heating is changed, and the water temperature of the target heating waterway can reach the target water temperature by one-time heating.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, step 102-3 may include the steps of:
102-3-1, if the obtained real-time water outlet temperature is lower than the target water temperature and the difference value between the real-time water outlet temperature and the target water temperature is smaller than the first set threshold value, reducing the water flow of the target heating waterway by adjusting the water flow adjusting device.
In the step, if the real-time outlet water temperature is still lower than the target water temperature, the water temperature needs to be continuously increased, and the water flow of the target heating waterway can be further reduced.
Further, in order to avoid too frequent adjustment of the water flow, a certain tolerable deviation may be set, which may be, for example, a first set threshold. If the difference value between the real-time water outlet temperature and the target water temperature is smaller than a first set threshold value, the water flow of the target heating waterway is reduced by adjusting the water flow adjusting device.
The first set threshold may be a negative number, and if the value obtained by subtracting the target water temperature from the real-time water outlet temperature is smaller than the first set threshold, the water flow rate of the target heating waterway is reduced by adjusting the water flow rate adjusting device. For example, if T Real time -T Target object And < -0.5, the water flow can be further reduced.
In one embodiment, the water flow regulator may be adjusted at a first rate to reduce the water flow of the target heating waterway until the absolute value of the difference between the obtained real-time outlet water temperature and the target water temperature meets a threshold condition.
The first rate may be set according to actual requirements, for example, when the water flow regulator is a water flow regulator valve, the first rate may be a rate of 0.1 ℃ per 3 seconds. The rotating speed of the adjustable water pump is reduced or the opening of the water flow regulating valve is reduced through the first speed until the absolute value of the difference value between the real-time water outlet temperature and the target water temperature meets the threshold condition, wherein the threshold condition is also a tolerable deviation, for example, the threshold condition can be set to be 0.5, namely when the water flow is regulated to be |T Real time -T Target object And stopping adjusting if the I is less than or equal to 0.5.
102-3-2, if the obtained real-time water outlet temperature is higher than the target water temperature and the difference value between the real-time water outlet temperature and the target water temperature exceeds a second set threshold value, increasing the water flow of the target heating waterway by adjusting the water flow adjusting device.
In this step, if the real-time outlet water temperature exceeds the target water temperature, it indicates that the water temperature needs to be reduced, and at this time, the water flow rate of the target heating waterway can be increased.
Wherein the second set threshold may be set to 0.5, i.e. if T Real time -T Target object Greater than 0.5, then the water flow needs to be increased.
In one embodiment, the manner of increasing the water flow may further include the following:
if the obtained real-time water outlet temperature is higher than the target water temperature, if the difference value between the real-time water outlet temperature and the target water temperature exceeds the second set threshold value and is smaller than or equal to the third set threshold value, the water flow of the target heating waterway is increased by regulating the water flow regulating device at a first speed.
If the obtained real-time water outlet temperature is higher than the target water temperature, and when the difference value between the real-time water outlet temperature and the target water temperature exceeds a third set threshold value, the water flow of the target heating waterway is increased by regulating the water flow regulating device at a second rate.
Wherein the third set threshold is a positive number greater than the second set threshold, for example, the third set threshold may be set to 5, that is:
when 0.5 < T Real time -T Target object Not more than 5, the rotating speed of the adjustable water pump is increased at a first speed or the opening of the water flow regulating valve is increased until |T Real time -T Target object And stopping adjusting if the I is less than or equal to 0.5.
When T is Real time -T Target object The rotating speed of the adjustable-speed water pump is increased or the opening of the water flow regulating valve is increased at a second speed more than 5 until T Real time -T Target object < 5, then go to the last step (i.e. 0.5 < T Real time -T Target object And less than or equal to 5).
Wherein the second rate is higher than the first rate, e.g., the second rate may be a rate of 1 ℃ per 3 seconds.
102-3-3, if the obtained difference value between the real-time outlet water temperature and the target water temperature is between the first set threshold value and the second set threshold value, keeping the water flow of the target heating waterway unchanged.
For example, if |T Real time -T Target object If the temperature is less than or equal to 0.5, constant temperature control is carried out to maintain the temperature of the catalyst Real time -T Target object |≤0.5。
As another example, if-0.5.ltoreq.T Real time -T Target object And if the water flow is less than or equal to 0.5, keeping the water flow of the target heating waterway unchanged, and regulating to obtain the target water flow.
In one embodiment, the water flow rate adjustment device may be adjusted in the following manner:
and 102-3-11, determining a target water flow ratio according to the target water flow and the real-time water flow.
For example, the target water flow ratio k=m Target object /M Real time
And 102-3-12, obtaining a target adjustment quantity according to the target water flow rate ratio.
When the method is realized, different water flow ratios can be pre-configured to be associated with corresponding adjustment amounts, and a target water flow ratio is searched in a corresponding association relationship so as to obtain a target adjustment amount corresponding to the target water flow ratio. In a preferred implementation, association relations between different water flow ratio areas and corresponding adjustment amounts can be configured, and then the adjustment amounts corresponding to the water flow ratio areas in which the target water flow ratio falls are used as target adjustment amounts.
In one example, the water flow regulating device may include an adjustable speed water pump or a water flow regulating valve. The association relation between the water flow ratio and the adjustment quantity of the adjustable water pump can be predefined for the adjustable water pump, or the association relation between the water flow ratio and the adjustment quantity of the adjustable water pump can be predefined for the water flow adjusting valve. Therefore, in practice, the target adjustment quantity corresponding to the target water flow ratio can be found according to the type of the water flow adjusting device (such as an adjustable speed water pump or a water flow adjusting valve).
For the speed-adjustable water pump, the adjustment quantity can be the rotating speed of the speed-adjustable water pump, and when the rotating speed is reduced, the water flow is reduced; for the water flow rate adjusting valve, the adjusting amount may be the opening of the water flow rate adjusting valve, and when the opening becomes smaller, the water flow rate becomes smaller.
Step 102-3-13, adjusting the water flow adjusting device according to the target adjusting quantity.
In one implementation, the target adjustment may be to the extent that can be achieved after the adjustment is completed. For example, for the speed-adjustable water pump, assuming that the target adjustment amount is the rotation speed n1, the rotation speed of the speed-adjustable water pump may be adjusted to the rotation speed n1; in the water flow rate adjustment valve, assuming that the target adjustment amount is the opening degree n2, the opening degree of the water flow rate adjustment valve may be adjusted to the opening degree n2.
In another implementation, the target adjustment amount may also be the magnitude of the adjustment. For example, for the speed-adjustable water pump, assuming that the target adjustment amount is the rotation speed n3, the rotation speed of the speed-adjustable water pump may be adjusted by n3, such as decreasing the rotation speed by n3; in the water flow rate adjustment valve, assuming that the target adjustment amount is the opening degree n4, the opening degree of the water flow rate adjustment valve may be reduced by n4.
In one embodiment, after step 102, the following steps may be further included:
and if the heating circulating water in the target heating waterway is detected to flow back to the water heater, the water flow regulating device is regulated to the maximum at a first speed, the opening of the gas regulating valve is regulated to be a preset opening, and the constant temperature control is performed by taking the target water temperature as a target.
In one implementation, the following manner may be used to detect whether the heating circulation water in the target heating waterway has been returned to the water heater:
the temperature change of the returned water is detected by the water temperature sensor of the water heater, and if the average water temperature for 10 seconds is greater than or equal to 10 ℃ than the average water temperature for the last 10 seconds, or the water temperature rises to 40 ℃ or more, it can be determined that the heating circulating water in the target heating water path has returned to the water heater.
If it is determined that the heating circulating water in the target heating water path has been returned to the water heater, since the temperature of the heating circulating water has risen to T Target object Therefore, the adjustable speed water pump can be adjusted to the maximum rotation speed at the first speed or the opening of the water flow regulating valve can be adjusted to the maximum, so that the water with high temperature can flow quickly, the heating effect can be improved, the gas flow can be synchronously regulated, and the temperature of the water can be adjusted to T Target object And performing constant temperature control for the target.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the embodiments of the present application, a water temperature adjustment process of the target heating waterway is described below with reference to fig. 4:
in fig. 4, the heating apparatus 1 may include a heating system including a target heating water path 202, an adjustable speed water pump 208 (or a water flow rate adjustment valve 207), a burner 203, a heat exchanger 201, and a controller 205.
The target heating waterway 202 is provided with a water outlet 211 and a water return port 212, a water return temperature sensor 209 is arranged near the water return port 212, and a water outlet temperature sensor 210 is arranged near the water outlet 211.
A gas regulating valve 204 is provided in a gas supply line 206 in front of the burner 203.
The controller 205 is electrically connected with the gas regulating valve 204, the adjustable water pump 208 (or the water flow regulating valve 207), the water outlet temperature sensor 210 and the backwater temperature sensor 209.
The water temperature adjusting process of the target heating waterway through the heating system is as follows:
s1, standby.
S2, judging whether a user starts a heating function, and if yes, turning to S3; if not, the process goes to S1 to continue the standby monitoring. And judging whether the user selects to start the heating function of the heating equipment or not by monitoring the user operation in real time.
S3, starting the heating system to heat, and using the highest target water temperature (namely target water temperature T) for heating, which is set in the heating system Target object ) To this end, the gas regulating valve is controlled to heat.
S4, judging whether the gas valve is opened to the maximum state. If yes, go to S5; if no, operation S3 is continued, using the target water temperature in the heating system (T Target object ) To this end, the gas regulating valve is controlled to heat.
S5, judging whether the water temperature of the target heating waterway reaches the target water temperature. If yes, the process goes to S3, and the heating is continuously controlled. If no, go to S6.
S6, controlling the rotating speed of the adjustable speed water pump (or adjusting the opening degree of the water flow rate adjusting valve) to heat up to T Target object Desired target water flow (M Target object ) Is thatThe target is adjusted.
From the law of conservation of energy, we get:
CM real time △T Real time =CM Target object △T Target object
The following steps are obtained:
M target object =M Real time △T Real time /△T Target object =M Real time ×(T Real time -T Backwater )/(T Target object -T Backwater )
Then M is obtained Target object And M is as follows Real time Ratio relation of (2): k=m Target object /M Real time
The rotation speed n of the adjustable water pump (or the opening of the adjustable water flow regulating valve) is regulated by utilizing the relation between the predefined k value and the rotation speed n of the adjustable water pump (or the relation between the predefined k value and the opening of the adjustable water flow regulating valve).
S7, real-time water temperature T Real time Is equal to the target water temperature T Target object Comparison is performed:
when T is Real time -T Target object With the weight less than-0.5, the process proceeds to S8;
when 0.5 < T Real time -T Target object Less than or equal to 5, and switching to S9;
when T is Real time -T Target object > 5, then go to S10;
when |T Real time -T Target object And S11, if the I is less than or equal to 0.5.
S8, reducing the rotation speed of the adjustable water pump or reducing the opening of the water flow regulating valve at a first speed to enable the valve to be |T Real time -T Target object And S7, the I is less than or equal to 0.5, and the operation is continuously carried out.
S9, increasing the rotation speed of the adjustable water pump or the opening of the water flow regulating valve at a first speed to enable the valve to be I T Real time -T Target object And S7, the I is less than or equal to 0.5, and the operation is continuously carried out.
S10, increasing the rotation speed of the adjustable-speed water pump or increasing the opening of the water flow rate regulating valve at a second speed to enable T to be the same as that of the water flow rate regulating valve Real time -T Target object < 5, and S7 is continuously performed.
S11, controlling the constant temperature, and keeping the temperature of the mixture I T Real time -T Target object And S7, the I is less than or equal to 0.5, and the operation is continuously carried out.
S12, judging whether the heating circulating water flows back to the water heater. If yes, the process proceeds to S13, and if no, the process proceeds to S7.
S13, adjusting the speed-adjustable water pump to the maximum rotating speed at a first speed or adjusting the opening of the water flow regulating valve to the maximum, and synchronously adjusting the gas flow to T Target object And performing constant temperature control for the target.
S14, whether the user stops the heating function or not, if so, the flow is ended; if not, continuing to perform constant temperature control.
