The coke oven flue valve with heat exchange conditioning apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the control cylinder body (13) is provided with a strip-shaped adjusting opening (19) matched with the internal thread linkage block (16) on the outer side surface, and lateral assembling frames (20) for installing the electric control screw rods (14) are arranged on two sides of the strip-shaped adjusting opening (19) on the outer side surface of the control cylinder body (13).

The coke oven flue valve with heat exchange conditioning apparatus of claim 8, wherein: an electric control sealing valve (25) is arranged between the three-way liquid inlet pipe (21) and the connecting end of the outer valve shell (1) and between the three-way liquid discharge pipe (22) and the connecting end of the outer valve shell (1).
10. The coke oven flue valve with heat exchange conditioning apparatus of claim 8, wherein: the detachable filter screen (26) is arranged in the external cleaning liquid storage box (23).
