Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 8, the bottom filtering mechanism 500 is disposed at the bottom side of the treatment canister 1 and is used for filtering and carrying plastic garbage with smaller volume, the bottom filtering mechanism 500 includes a filtering tank 501, one end of the filtering tank 501 is hinged with a baffle cover 502, a plurality of sliding grooves are formed on the inner bottom wall of the filtering tank 501, sliding plates 503 are slidably connected on the inner walls of the sliding grooves, a plurality of pushing plates 504 are fixedly connected between one ends of the sliding plates 503 through connecting strips, a collecting assembly 800 is disposed at one end of the discharging tank 3, the collecting assembly 800 includes a carrying frame 801, one end of the carrying frame 801 is fixedly connected with one end of the discharging tank 3 through a plurality of supporting plates, a discharging port is formed at the bottom end of the carrying frame 801, a sealing plate 802 is hinged in the discharging port, a connecting piece is disposed between the sealing plate 802 and the bottom end of the carrying frame 801, after the large-volume plastic waste in the sewage filtered by the filter plate 101 is filtered, the sewage is doped with small-sized plastic waste such as small-sized food packaging bags, when the sewage passes through the filter tank 501, the plastic waste is filtered out by the filter tank 501, and meanwhile, the plastic waste falling from the retention plate 7 at the upper side can be carried, so that the treatment effect on the plastic waste in the sewage is maximized, the plastic waste can prop up the baffle cover 502 to fall into the carrying frame 801 in the process of overturning the filter tank 501, meanwhile, the pushing plate 504 and the sliding plate 503 slide in the chute under the action of gravity along with the larger overturning radian of the filter tank 501, so that the plastic waste pouring speed is faster, and meanwhile, after the filter tank 501 is reversely overturned, the pushing plate 504 and the sliding plate 503 can be reset under the action of gravity;
the bottom filtering mechanism 500 and the processing cylinder 1 are provided with the shifting-out mechanism 600 between them, a plastic garbage with smaller filtering volume is shifted out, the shifting-out mechanism 600 comprises a second motor 601, the second motor 601 is installed on the bottom side wall of the processing cylinder 1, a rotating shaft 602 is rotatably connected between the inner walls of the two sides of the processing cylinder 1, a connecting ring sleeve 603 is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the rotating shaft 602, one side of the bottom of the filtering tank 501 and the connecting ring sleeve 603 are fixedly connected, arc-shaped sliding grooves 604 are fixedly connected on the inner walls of the two sides of the processing cylinder 1, sliding blocks are fixedly connected on the two sides of the filtering tank 501, the sliding blocks are slidably connected on the inner walls of the arc-shaped sliding grooves 604 positioned on the same side, when the plastic garbage in the filtering tank 501 is excessively required to be discharged, the second motor 601 is started to drive the rotating shaft 602, so as to drive the connecting ring sleeve 603 and the filtering tank 501 to rotate along the central point of the rotating shaft 602, and meanwhile, under the sliding connection effect of the arc-shaped sliding grooves 604 and the sliding blocks, the overturning of the filtering tank 501 is more stable, and the garbage in the filtering tank 501 falls into the bearing frame 801.
The application principle of the rural sewage treatment device is as follows: when sewage passes through the filter plate 101, firstly, plastic garbage doped in the sewage is contacted between the support rods 102 and the retention rods 103 through the support rods 102 and the retention rods 103 fixedly connected to the two sides of the support rods 102 so as to be retained on the top ends of the support rods 102 and the retention rods 103, then, a first motor 203 is started to drive one of the rotating shafts 202 to rotate through the meshing action between the large gear and the small gear, so that the cleaning roller 4, the plurality of mounting rods 5 and the wedge-shaped strips 6 rotate along the center point of the rotating shaft 202, the mounting rods 5 and the wedge-shaped strips 6 pass through a plurality of notches formed in the filter plate 101 and are contacted with one end of the retention rods 103, so that the mounting rods 5 and the wedge-shaped strips 6 carry the retained plastic garbage on the filter plate 101, and meanwhile, a third electric cylinder 9 is started to push a pushing seat, so that rotating rings sleeved on the two rotating shafts 202 rotate in corresponding sliding frames 201 move, and the cleaning roller 4 takes away the retained plastic garbage on the filter plate 101 in each position in turn;
when the plastic garbage carried on the mounting rod 5 on the cleaning roller 4 passes through the retention plate 7, the plastic garbage hung on the mounting rod 5 is attached due to the blocking sheets 8 arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the grooves, when the cleaning roller 4 moves in a gap for cleaning the garbage on the filter plate 101, the second electric cylinder 702 is started to push the sliding block to slide in the slope type sliding groove 703, so that the cleaning plate 301 rotates along the center point of the rotating seat, firstly, the residual plastic garbage in the blocking sheets 8 is taken out through the cleaning plate 301, then the third motor 901 is started to drive the screw 902 to rotate, so that the two moving plates 903 of the regulating frame 701 slowly move to the outer side of the processing cylinder 1 between the screw 902 and the sliding rod 904, then, the plurality of scraping plates 303 arranged at the bottom of one end of the mounting plate 302 scrape the plastic garbage on the top end of the retention plate 7, so that the plastic garbage is discharged outwards from the retention plate 7, when the plastic moves outwards from the retention plate 7, the plastic garbage can fall into the bottom end of the collecting groove 402 of the fixing frame 401, firstly, the plastic garbage is required to slide in the collecting groove 402 arranged in the outer side of the fixing frame 401, and then the electric groove 402 is required to slide to be discharged, and the garbage collecting groove 402 is required to slide, and the garbage collecting groove 402 is required to be slid on the outer side of the electric groove 402, and the garbage collecting groove is firstly, and the garbage is required to be discharged;
when sewage passes through the filter tank 501, will come out plastics rubbish through the filter tank 501, when too much plastics rubbish in the filter tank 501 needs to be discharged plastics rubbish, start the rotation axis 602 of second motor 601 drive to rotate to drive go-between cover 603 and filter tank 501 and rotate along the central point of rotation axis 602, in the in-process plastics rubbish that filter tank 501 overturns can jack up and keep off lid 502 and fall in bearing frame 801, simultaneously along with the upset radian of filter tank 501 is bigger and bigger, push plate 504 and sliding plate 503 can slide in the spout under the effect of gravity, thereby make plastics rubbish's pouring speed faster.
