Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical supplies, and particularly relates to a novel self-pressure-measuring air sac catheter which comprises a back lining, wherein a chitosan hydrogel film is adhered to the lower part of the back lining, an antibacterial tridecapeptide film is adhered to the lower part of the chitosan hydrogel film, a high-molecular quaternary ammonium salt film is adhered to the lower part of the antibacterial tridecapeptide film, and a fentanyl film is adhered to the lower part of the high-molecular quaternary ammonium salt film. This novel self-pressure balloon catheter has antibacterial, analgesic, hemostatic performance through setting up chitosan hydrogel membrane layer, can effectively prevent the red swelling phenomenon that the venous indwelling needle led to because of the infection, can reduce the painful sense of puncture position simultaneously. In addition, the transparent dressing with high air permeability does not cause skin whitening phenomenon, and simultaneously has low sensitization, thus bringing excellent comfort to patients; wherein the chitosan hydrogel film and the polyurethane film coated with medical gel are designed into round corners, so that the pasting is firmer.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to a novel self-pressure-measuring balloon catheter.
Background
Early esophageal cancer endoscopic treatments included endoscopic resective and non-resective treatments. Endoscopic resection includes endoscopic submucosectomy, polycyclic ligation submucosectomy, endoscopic submucosal dissection, endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection, and the like.
However, the catheter does not have bacteriostasis, so that nursing staff is required to replace the catheter frequently when red swelling, pain and bacterial infection occur at the puncture part of the venous indwelling needle, and meanwhile, the skin around the needle eye is required to be strictly disinfected with iodine and alcohol every day. This not only increases the workload of the caregivers, but also causes psychological anxiety and physical pain to the patients due to bacterial infection and inflammation, so a novel self-pressure balloon catheter is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the prior art, the invention provides a novel self-pressure-measuring balloon catheter, which aims to solve the problems that a transparent dressing in the prior art does not have bacteriostasis, analgesic property and hemostatic property, and when a venous indwelling needle causes infection of a puncture part, the nursing staff workload and discomfort of a patient are increased due to inflammation.
