In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, for the azimuth words such as the terms "center", "transverse (X)", "longitudinal (Y)", "vertical (Z)", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", etc., the azimuth and positional relationships are indicated azimuth or positional relationships, only for convenience of description and simplification of the description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or element in question must have a specific azimuth, be constructed and operated in a specific azimuth, and should not be construed to limit the specific scope of protection of the present invention.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features. Thus, the definition of "a first", "a second" feature may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of such feature, and in the description of the present invention, the meaning of "a number", "a number" is two or more, unless otherwise specifically defined.
A paper diaper containing high-absorptivity resin comprises an upper absorption paper layer, a lower absorption paper layer, and an absorption mixed layer part comprising plastic waste powder, paper pulp waste powder and water-absorptivity deodorizing resin between the upper absorption paper layer and the lower absorption paper layer.
The lower surface of the lower absorbent paper section is in contact with the plastic film in this embodiment.
The upper absorbent paper layer may be an inspection absorbent paper, and specifically, two or more commonly used inks containing a pH detection reagent, an ink containing a protein detection reagent, an ink containing a occult blood detection reagent, or an ink containing a urine bilirubin detection reagent may be printed on the absorbent paper. Therefore, the upper part of the water absorbing paper is at least two, and the detection reagent is printed on the uppermost water absorbing paper, so that the influence of paper powder and super absorbent resin on the printed detection reagent is avoided, and the aim of accurate detection is fulfilled.
Wherein the plastic waste powder comprises an isolated product containing plastic as a main component isolated from a crushed diaper waste, a crushed pad waste, a crushed diaper waste or a crushed tissue waste or a mixture of two or more of the crushed materials.
Wherein the pulp waste powder is an isolated product containing plastics as a main component isolated from a crushed diaper waste, a crushed breast pad waste, a crushed diaper waste or a crushed tissue waste or a mixture of two or more of the crushed materials.
The sanitary material such as paper diaper waste, breast pad, hip pad or paper towel of the defective product, which contains the plastic material, paper powder and water-absorbent resin, can be pulverized as it is as a mixture of pulverized materials containing the plastic waste powder, paper pulp waste powder and water-absorbent resin waste powder, with the weight content of the plastic waste powder being 14 to 25%, and the weight content of the paper pulp waste powder being 35 to 60%. The so-called dust collection loss of the dust generated when the sanitary material is manufactured, and the dust generated when the sanitary material is cut, can be used as plastic waste powder and pulp waste powder after pulverization due to paper powder containing plastic material and pulp material powder.
The plastic waste powder may be used as a pulverized material of artificial fiber waste powder, pulverized material of polyethylene film waste powder, pulverized material of polypropylene film waste powder or a mixture thereof, or a classification product mainly containing plastic as a classification of the waste powder or the mixture of the waste powder.
Further, as the pulp waste powder, crushed products of waste paper or paper powder, such as punching scraps or cutting scraps of account book paper, or classified paper powder of these crushed products can be used. As the waste crushed material containing plastic and pulp waste crushed, a paper diaper waste crushed material, a pad waste crushed material, a hip waste crushed material, or a paper towel waste crushed material, or two or more waste crushed materials of the waste crushed material, or a classification product containing pulp powder, such as a classification product of the pulp crushed material, may be used.
The water-absorbent deodorizing resin preferred in this embodiment includes zeolite powder and a water-absorbent resin, wherein the zeolite powder is dispersed in particles of the water-absorbent resin.
Preferred water-absorbent resins include water-insoluble water-absorbent resins made of acrylic acid and acrylic acid esters, wherein the molar ratio of the acrylic acid component and the acrylic acid ester component is preferably 50:50 to 10:90.
more preferably, the molar ratio of acrylic component to acrylate component is 40:60 to 25:75. thus, by leaving acrylic acid units in the water absorbent resin, the effect of adsorbing ammonium or the like as one malodor component can be obtained. When the molar ratio of the acrylic acid unit to the total amount of the acrylic acid component and the acrylic acid component exceeds 50%, the absorbability decreases. On the other hand, when the molar ratio of the acrylic acid unit is less than 10%, the pH of the obtained deodorant resin composition becomes alkaline, and even in this case, safety to the skin is involved.
The zeolite used in the zeolite powder is usually an aluminosilicate having a three-dimensional framework structure and can be represented by the general formula Am 2/noxal2o3.ysio2.zh2o. In the formula, a, x, y, and z represent the amounts of metal oxide, alumina, silica, and crystal water, respectively, and are integers, and M is a cation.
Examples of cations include alkali metal ions (sodium ions and potassium ions), alkaline earth metal ions (calcium ions and magnesium ions), ammonium ions, and the like. Preferred cations are alkali metal ions, sodium ions being particularly preferred. n is the valence of the cation. For x: the ratio of y is not particularly limited. Generally, 1:1 to 1:10, preferably about 1:2 to 1:5. furthermore, although it has crystal water according to the synthetic combination case, there is no limitation, particularly with respect to z.
Wherein the zeolite powder comprises A-type zeolite, X-type zeolite, Y-type zeolite, T-type zeolite and high-silicon zeolite.
The zeolite powder generally has an average particle size of 0.1 to 10 microns, preferably 0.5 to 5 microns, more preferably 1 to 4 microns.
From the viewpoint of exhibiting excellent deodorizing effect, the pore size of the zeolite powder is preferably small. The pore size is generally 1 to 9 angstroms, preferably 3 to 5 angstroms. If the pore diameter exceeds 9 angstroms, the surface area of the zeolite powder decreases and the deodorizing effect decreases. If the pore diameter is less than 1 angstrom, the adsorption capacity of malodor generating substances having a molecular size larger than the pore diameter is reduced, and thus, the adaptation range of the deodorizing effect occurs.
The preferable proportion of the water-absorbent resin to the zeolite powder is 80:20-60:40 by weight.
In the preferred method for producing a water-absorbent deodorizing resin according to this example, zeolite powder is kneaded with an aqueous gel polymer obtained by the method for producing a water-absorbent resin, dried and pulverized.
Of course, a method of kneading an aqueous gel of a water absorbent resin obtained by water absorption and zeolite powder, drying and pulverizing may also be employed;
after the water-absorbent resin and the powder particles of the zeolite powder are mixed in advance, kneading, drying and grinding are performed by adding water thereto;
by dispersing zeolite powder in a polymerization liquid obtained in the process of producing a water-absorbent resin, superposition-polymerizing, drying and grinding; a composition in which zeolite powder is dispersed in the granular particles of the water absorbent resin can be obtained. In this method, a low molecular weight polymerizable monomer is adsorbed in the pores of the zeolite powder, and the polymerization of the monomer causes a problem that the pores of the zeolite are blocked, thereby impairing the inherent deodorizing effect of the zeolite.
In the drying, a hot air dryer, a fluidized bed dryer, a belt dryer, a drum dryer, a Nauter dryer, a paddle dryer, a rotary kiln dryer, an infrared dryer, or the like may be used.
The grinding may be performed by a hammer mill, a pin mill, a roller mill, a grinder, a feather mill, a cutter mill, or the like.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and all technical solutions belonging to the concept of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and adaptations to the present invention may occur to one skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention and are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.
