the adjusting device comprises a rotating bottom plate, a swinging motor, a swinging connecting rod, a headrest, a limiting assembly and a rotating assembly, wherein the rotating bottom plate is connected with the supporting table body through the rotating assembly in a rotating mode and is located on one side of the supporting table body, the swinging motor is fixedly connected with the rotating bottom plate and located on one side of the supporting table body, the swinging connecting rod is connected with the output end of the swinging motor and located on one side of the swinging motor, which is close to the rotating bottom plate, the headrest is fixedly connected with the swinging connecting rod and located on one side of the swinging connecting rod, which is close to the rotating bottom plate, the headrest is provided with a placement groove, the placement groove is located on one side of the headrest, which is close to the swinging connecting rod, the limiting assembly is arranged on the headrest, and the rotating assembly drives the rotating bottom plate to rotate.

the limiting assembly comprises a limiting side plate, a contact soft cushion and a clamping member, wherein the limiting side plate is connected with the placing headrest through the clamping member and is positioned at one side of the placing headrest close to the swinging connecting rod; the contact cushion is fixedly connected with the limiting side plate and is positioned on one side, close to the headrest, of the limiting side plate; the clamping component drives the limiting side plate to move.

the clamping member comprises a fixed cross rod and a clamping slide rod, and the fixed cross rod is fixedly connected with the placing headrest and is positioned at one side of the placing headrest, which is close to the limiting side plate; the clamping slide bar is fixedly connected with the limiting side plate, is in sliding connection with the fixing cross rod, and is positioned on one side, close to the fixing cross rod, of the limiting side plate.

the clamping component further comprises a locking rotating rod, wherein the locking rotating rod is in sliding connection with the fixed transverse rod, is in butt joint with the clamping sliding rod, and is located on one side, close to the clamping sliding rod, of the fixed transverse rod.
