On the basis of the first technical solution of the embodiment, further, referring to fig. 1 to 5, a sealed space 14 is formed between the plug sleeve 11 and the plug body 10, the sealed space 14 is closed, and gas exists in the sealed space 14.
Further, by providing the sealed space 14 in a closed shape, excrement can be prevented from entering into the area between the plug sleeve 11 and the plug body 10, and can be prevented from polluting the area between the plug body 10 and the plug sleeve 11, meanwhile, as the sealed space 14 is in a closed shape, after the plug sleeve 11 is extruded by the excrement, the distribution of gas in the sealed space 14 changes, so that the gas easily flows to the area in the plug sleeve 11 which is not extruded by the excrement, and further, when the excrement flows into the ostomy bag 1 along the drainage channel 9, the extrusion degree of the plug sleeve 11 to the stoma intestinal opening 7 can be further improved, the flowing area of the excrement when the intestinal wall flows can be further reduced, and the infection of the seepage to the tissue of the stoma of a patient can be further reduced.
As a preferred embodiment, in addition to the above-mentioned embodiment, the contact section 12 is further divided into a first contact section 15 and a second contact section 16 in a direction away from the connection section 13, the first contact section 15 is annular, the second contact section 16 is in a convex shape, and the thickness of the second contact section 16 is smaller than the thickness of the first contact section 15.

On the basis of the second technical solution of the embodiment, further, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a plurality of baffles 17 are disposed on a surface of the contact section 12 facing away from the plug body 10, the baffles 17 are made of elastic materials, the baffles 17 are in an annular structure surrounding a central axis of the contact section 12, the plurality of baffles 17 are distributed along a length direction of the contact section 12, and a cross section of each baffle 17 is in an arc shape curved towards the connection section 13.
Further, through setting up a plurality of baffles 17, its baffle 17 contacts with ostomy enteric canal 7, when the patient need carry out excretory operation, through removing cock body 10, make cock body 10 remove towards the direction of keeping away from ostomy enteric canal 7, and make cock body 10 deviate gradually from the central axis of ostomy enteric canal 7, in the in-process that cock body 10 removed, the baffle 17 that sets up on contact section 12 forms barb structure and ostomy enteric canal 7 and cooperatees, so, when cock body 10 removed, baffle 17 and ostomy enteric canal 7 are more difficult for taking place relative movement, and the deformation of baffle 17 does benefit to plug bush 11 and takes place the fine motion, make can drive plug bush 11 and carry out the small amplitude and remove when cock body 10 removes, and baffle 17 and ostomy enteric canal 7 on plug bush 11 contact, its baffle 17 is difficult for removing with ostomy enteric canal 7, and then can further reduce the damage to ostomy enteric canal 7 when cock body 10 removes, and can also prevent that plug bush 11 from slipping from ostomy enteric canal 7, baffle 17 on plug bush 11 forms the runner simultaneously, when the plug bush 11 removes, can flow towards the drain area when drain, can further drain the drain flow area when flowing, drain flow can flow towards bottom 1, thereby can flow further be reduced.
As a preferred embodiment, further to the above, the baffle 17 is provided on the contact section 15.

On the basis of the third technical solution of the embodiment, further, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the adjusting device 8 includes a buckle 19 and a clamping groove 20, the buckle 19 and the clamping groove 20 are detachably connected, the clamping groove 20 is disposed on the chassis 5, the buckle 19 is disposed on the plug body 10, the number of the clamping grooves 20 is a plurality, and the plurality of clamping grooves 20 are arranged along the radial direction of the chassis 5;
when the buckles 19 are matched with different clamping grooves 20 which are distributed in the same radial direction, the compression degree of the diversion plugs 6 on one side of the inner side of the ostomy enteric opening 7 is different.
Further, by arranging the buckle 19 and the clamping groove 20, the clamping groove 20 is matched with different clamping grooves 20 distributed in the same radial direction, so that the position of the diversion plug 6 is adjusted, and the convenience and the flexibility for adjusting the extrusion degree of the diversion plug 6 to one side of the inner side of the stoma intestinal canal opening 7 are improved.
As a preferred embodiment, further, on the basis of the above manner, the plurality of the clamping grooves 20 are arranged around the central axis of the chassis 5;
the plug seat comprises a first plug seat 22 and a second plug seat 23, the first plug seat 22 is connected with the plug body 10 and the second bag body film 3, the second plug seat 23 is annular and is clamped on the side wall of the first plug seat 22, the second plug seat 23 can rotate relative to the first plug seat 22, and the buckle 19 is arranged on the second plug seat 23.
Further, by arranging a plurality of clamping grooves 20 around the central axis of the chassis 5, the second plug seat 23 rotates relative to the first plug seat 22, so that the buckle 19 is matched with the corresponding clamping groove 20 after adjusting the direction, when the position of the diversion plug 6 is adjusted, the position of the diversion plug 6 is convenient to adjust along a plurality of directions, the position of the diversion channel 9 relative to the stoma intestinal canal opening 7 is convenient to adjust, thereby facilitating the excretion operation of a patient in standing or lying on one side and the like, and when the rotation of the second plug seat 23 is adjusted, the rotation of the second plug seat 23 can be adjusted through the second bag film 3.

Claims (10)
1. An ostomy bag assembly for preventing infection by liquid, comprising: the bag comprises an ostomy bag, wherein the ostomy bag comprises a first bag body film and a second bag body film which are spliced and form a containing cavity for storing excrement;
the first bag body film is provided with a chassis which is used for being adhered to the skin at the stoma, and a diversion plug is also arranged in the ostomy bag and is used for being matched with the stoma intestinal canal opening;
an adjusting device is arranged between the chassis and the diversion plug, the adjusting device is used for adjusting the position of the diversion plug relative to the chassis so as to adjust the extrusion degree of the diversion plug to one side of the inner side of the ostomy intestinal canal opening,
and a drainage channel for the passage of excrement is formed between the part, which is not contacted with the guide plug, on the inner side of the stoma and the guide plug.
2. The liquid-impermeable, infected ostomy bag assembly of claim 1, wherein: the diversion plug comprises a plug body which is in a nipple shape, the plug body is used for being plugged into the stoma intestinal tract opening, a plug sleeve is sleeved on the end part of the plug body, which faces the stoma intestinal tract opening, the plug sleeve is in a convex cover shape, the plug sleeve is sequentially divided into a contact section and a connection section along the direction, which is far away from the stoma intestinal tract opening, the contact section is used for contacting the stoma intestinal tract opening, the contact section is made of an elastic soft material, the connection section is used for being connected with the plug sleeve, and the connection section has elastic deformation capability;
the plug sleeve can move relative to the plug body and enable the connecting section to elastically deform.
3. The liquid-impermeable, infected ostomy bag assembly of claim 2, wherein: a sealing space is formed between the plug sleeve and the plug body, the sealing space is closed, and gas exists in the sealing space.
4. The liquid-impermeable, infected ostomy bag assembly of claim 2, wherein: the contact section is divided into a first contact section and a second contact section in sequence along the direction far away from the connecting section, the first contact section is annular, the second contact section is in a convex cover shape, and the thickness of the second contact section is smaller than that of the first contact section.
5. A liquid impervious infected ostomy bag assembly according to claim 3 wherein: the contact section is characterized in that a plurality of baffles are arranged on the surface, deviating from one side of the plug body, of the contact section, the baffles are made of elastic materials, the baffles are annular structures surrounding the central axis of the contact section, the baffles are distributed along the length direction of the contact section, and the cross section shape of each baffle is an arc shape bent towards the connecting section.
6. The liquid-impermeable, infected ostomy bag assembly of claim 5, wherein: the baffle is disposed on the contact section.
7. An anti-liquid-infected ostomy bag assembly according to any one of claims 2-6, wherein: the diversion plug further comprises a plug seat, the plug seat is connected with the plug body, the plug seat is arranged on the second bag body film, and the adjusting device is connected with the chassis and the plug seat.
8. The liquid-impermeable, infected ostomy bag assembly of claim 7, wherein: the adjusting device comprises a buckle and a clamping groove, the buckle and the clamping groove are detachably connected, the clamping groove is formed in the chassis, the buckle is arranged on the plug body, the number of the clamping grooves is a plurality, and the clamping grooves are distributed along the radial direction of the chassis;
when the buckles are matched with different clamping grooves distributed in the same radial direction, the extrusion degree of the diversion plug to one side of the inner side of the stoma intestinal canal opening is different.
9. The liquid-impermeable, infected ostomy bag assembly of claim 8, wherein: the clamping grooves are distributed around the central axis of the chassis;
and the plug seat comprises a first plug seat and a second plug seat, the first plug seat is connected with the plug body and the second bag body film, the second plug seat is annular and clamped on the side wall of the first plug seat, the second plug seat can rotate relative to the first plug seat, and the buckle is arranged on the second plug seat.
10. The liquid-impermeable, infected ostomy bag assembly of claim 9, wherein: the end part of the buckle, which is used for being connected with the chassis, is an elastic part, and the elastic part has elasticity.
