4. A method of manufacturing a pair of functional footwear according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by the steps of:

step five, sealing the waterproof sock cover and the waterproof shell sub-bottom for the second time; sealing the liquid medicine washing position according to the first step, and sealing the bottom head of the waterproof shell completely;
step six, passing through the oven for the third time; passing the waterproof sock cover and the waterproof shell through an oven, wherein the temperature is controlled to be 50-55 ℃ and the time is 2-4 minutes;
step seven, supercooling and freezing; putting the waterproof sock and the waterproof shell bottom in a freezer; the temperature is controlled at-10 to 0 ℃ and the time is 3 to 5 minutes;
step eight, turning the surface and the bottom; synthesizing shoes according to the corresponding waterproof shell soles and the upper cart;
step nine, threading shoelaces; putting a shoelace on the upper;
step ten, preparing materials and preparing double materials; preparing corresponding shoe last, checking whether the shoe upper, the waterproof shell bottom and the shoe last are consistent;
step eleven, activating; the activation temperature is controlled to be 180-220 ℃ and the time is 0.5-2 minutes;
