Background
The communication cabinet is made of metal or nonmetal materials, does not allow an unauthorized operator to enter the cabinet body for operation, and provides outdoor physical working environment and equipment of a safety system for a wireless communication station or a wired network station workstation;
in the installation process of the existing communication cabinet, two groups or even a plurality of groups of single communication cabinets can be spliced due to the body type problem of the communication cabinet or the functional reasons of internal electric elements, so that a large-scale communication cabinet is formed;
but current concatenation formula communication cabinet, just simply put multiunit communication cabinet together, it is comparatively simple and convenient to connect between the communication cabinet, is difficult to guarantee the stability between the communication cabinet, and can arrange the connecting wire between the communication cabinet is inside, when the connecting wire is too much, the preformed hole of communication cabinet will no longer be suitable for.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a spliced communication cabinet, which is used for solving the problems of stable connection between the communication cabinets and cable penetration.

the fixing piece is arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the side plate, and the side plate is detachably connected with the communication cabinet body through the fixing piece.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the two groups of communication cabinet bodies are spliced through the first connecting plate and the fixing groove which are arranged elastically, and meanwhile, the first connecting plate is limited through the clamping piece arranged in the fixing groove, so that the fixation between the two groups of communication cabinet bodies is realized, meanwhile, the laid cables are penetrated through the first through holes, the line connection between the adjacent communication cabinet bodies is realized, the arranged clamping pieces can clamp the cables, and when the cables are too many, the side plates can be removed through the fixing pieces, so that the adjacent two groups of communication cabinet bodies are completely penetrated.

a communication cabinet body 1;
the first connecting plate 3 is provided with at least one group, is elastically arranged on the side wall of the communication cabinet body 1, a fixed slot 7 is formed in one side, far away from the first connecting plate 3, of the communication cabinet body 1, the fixed slot 7 is matched with the first connecting plate 3, a clamping piece is arranged in the fixed slot 7, and when two adjacent communication cabinet bodies 1 are spliced, the first connecting plate 3 enters the fixed slot 7 and is clamped in the fixed slot 7 through the clamping piece;
the side plates 5 are arranged on two sides of the communication cabinet body 1, first through holes 6 are formed in the side plates 5, the first through holes 6 are used for penetrating cables, clamping pieces are arranged on the inner side walls of the side plates 5, the clamping pieces can seal the first through holes 6, and the cables can be clamped;
the fixing pieces are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the side plate 5, and the side plate 5 is detachably connected with the communication cabinet body 1 through the fixing pieces;

a first storage groove 11 is formed in one side wall of the communication cabinet body 1, the first connecting plate 3 is arranged in the first storage groove 11, a plurality of groups of first elastic pieces 12 are arranged between the first connecting plate 3 and the first storage groove 11, and the first connecting plate 3 is elastically arranged in the first storage groove 11 through a plurality of groups of first elastic pieces 12;
the device further comprises a limiting piece, wherein the limiting piece is used for limiting the first connecting plate 3 positioned in the first accommodating groove 11;

as shown in fig. 12 to 13, the spliced communication cabinet disclosed in the third embodiment of the present invention has substantially the same structure as that in the first embodiment, except that the side plate 5 is detachable;
a first abdication groove 31 is formed in the top end of the inner portion of the fixing groove 7, the clamping piece is arranged in the fixing groove 7 and comprises a limiting block 30, the lower end face of the limiting block 30 is in a bevel state, a fifth elastic piece 32 is arranged between the limiting block 30 and the first abdication groove 31, and the limiting block 30 is elastically arranged in the first abdication groove 31 through the fifth elastic piece 32;
a first finger groove 9 is formed in the top of the communication cabinet body 1, a first finger block 10 is slidably arranged in the first finger groove 9, a second through hole 28 is formed between the first finger groove 9 and the first abdication groove 31, the second through hole 28 is formed in the communication cabinet body 1, a second connecting rope 29 is arranged in the second through hole 28, and two ends of the second connecting rope 29 are respectively connected with the limiting block 30 and the first finger block 10;
a third accommodating groove 34 is formed in the position, corresponding to the first finger block 10, of the first finger groove 9, a baffle 33 is arranged in the third accommodating groove 34, a sixth elastic member 35 is arranged between the baffle 33 and the third accommodating groove 34, and the baffle 33 is elastically arranged in the third accommodating groove 34 through the sixth elastic member 35;

as shown in fig. 10-11, the spliced communication cabinet disclosed in the fourth embodiment of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, and is different in that the side plate 5 can rotate, so as to facilitate disassembly;
a second abdication groove 50 is formed in the side plate 5, the second abdication groove 50 is connected with the rotating shaft 43, a latch 49 is arranged in the second abdication groove 50, a ninth elastic piece 53 is arranged between the latch 49 and the second abdication groove 50, and the latch 49 is elastically arranged in the second abdication groove 50 through the ninth elastic piece 53;
a second finger groove 54 is formed in one side of the end portion of the side plate 5, a second finger block 55 is slidably arranged in the second finger groove 54, a third through hole 52 is formed between the second finger groove 54 and the second abdication groove 50, a fourth connecting rope 51 is arranged in the third through hole 52, and two ends of the fourth connecting rope 51 are respectively connected with the latch 49 and the second finger block 55;

Fifth embodiment:
as shown in fig. 10 to 11, the spliced communication cabinet disclosed in the fifth embodiment of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as that of the fourth embodiment, and is different in that the cabinet door 2 can change the opening and closing direction;

the handle 67 is installed at the center of the outer side of the cabinet door 2, two groups of handles 67 are installed and are respectively located at two sides of the cabinet door 2, one end of each handle 67 penetrates through the cabinet door 2 and is rotatably connected with a rolling block 66, two groups of third connecting ropes 42 are connected to the surface of each rolling block 66, and one ends, far away from the rolling blocks 66, of the two groups of third connecting ropes 42 are respectively connected with the upper limiting rod 39 and the lower limiting rod 39 on the same side;

a fifth limit groove 68 is formed in the position of the communication cabinet body 1 opposite to the guide hole 72, the fifth limit groove 68 is communicated with the guide hole 72, a supporting rod 69 is slidably arranged in the fifth limit groove 68, the supporting rod 69 is in an L-shaped structure, an eleventh elastic piece 70 is arranged between the supporting rod 69 and the fifth limit groove 68, and one end, connected with the eleventh elastic piece 70, of the fifth limit groove 68 is connected with the limit post 71;
the other side wall of the communication cabinet body 1 is fixedly provided with a supporting block 74 at a position corresponding to the fifth limiting groove 68, and the supporting block 74 can support the supporting rod 69, so as to drive the limiting column 71 to displace and switch the opening and closing direction of the cabinet door 2.
The scheme is specifically as follows: when a plurality of groups of communication cabinet bodies 1 are spliced, two adjacent groups of communication cabinet bodies 1 are firstly approached to each other, racks 13 arranged on one side of one group of communication cabinet bodies 1 are spliced into a winding groove 36 formed in the side wall of the other group of communication cabinet bodies 1, the racks 13 are meshed with a transmission gear 37, when the racks 13 drive the transmission gear 37 to rotate, a first connecting rope 26 connected to a winding roller 27 is wound, meanwhile, a supporting plate 23 moves inwards, in the moving process of the supporting plate 23, a first inserting rod 15 which is elastically arranged is pulled back by a third elastic piece 21, after the first inserting rod 15 moves a certain distance, a first connecting plate 3 and a sealing plate 4 which are elastically arranged are not limited by the first inserting rod 15 any more, then the sealing plate 4 is penetrated into the sealing groove 8, sealing is realized through the cooperation of the sealing plate 4 and the sealing groove 8, dust is prevented from entering the inside of the communication cabinet 1, meanwhile, a first connecting plate 3 is penetrated into the inside of a fixing groove 7, then a limiting block 30 which is elastically arranged is penetrated into the inside the fixing groove 7, and a limiting block 14 which is clamped into the inside the first connecting plate 14 and the first connecting plate 3 is matched with the fixing groove 7, and the two groups of communication cabinet bodies 1 are fixed, and the limiting block 1 are fixed inside the limiting block 1;
after the splicing of the communication cabinet bodies 1 is completed, cables can be connected to the interiors of the two groups of communication cabinet bodies 1, when a few cables are inserted, the inserting plate 57 can be pulled upwards, when the inserting plate 57 ascends, the pushing plate 63 is driven by the guide block 64 to ascend, the pushing plate 63 drives the elastically arranged wire clamping plate 59 to move to one side through the fifth connecting rope 62, so that the few cables are inserted from the threading holes 58 conveniently, after the cable insertion is completed, the acting force on the inserting plate 57 is removed, and under the action of the tenth elastic piece 60, the wire clamping plates 59 on two sides of the cables clamp the cables, so that poor contact or looseness caused by shaking of the cables in later period is prevented;
when the number of cables is too large and the cables cannot be inserted from the threading holes 58, the second finger blocks 55 are poked to one side, the second finger blocks 55 drive the clamping teeth 49 to move to one side far away from the tooth grooves 45 through the fourth connecting ropes 51, when the rotating shafts 43 are not limited by the clamping teeth 49 any more, the side plates 5 can be rotated, the side plates 5 are rotated to an angle suitable for disassembly, then the second inserting rods 44 are pulled, the end parts of the second inserting rods 44 are not inserted into the limiting holes 38 any more, at the moment, the side plates 5 can be disassembled, and two groups of communication cabinet bodies 1 are communicated, so that the cables can be conveniently arranged;
because the cabinet doors 2 face the same direction, the opening direction of one group of cabinet doors 2 needs to be changed, when two groups of communication cabinet bodies 1 are spliced, the abutting blocks 74 can be inserted into the fifth limiting grooves 68, meanwhile, the abutting rods 69 are abutted, the abutting rods 69 can drive the elastically arranged limiting columns 71 to move to one side in the moving process, the limiting columns 71 move from the inside of the limiting rods on one side to the inside of the limiting rods on the other side, the other side of the cabinet doors 2 is limited, when the door is opened, the rolling blocks 66 are rotated, the rolling blocks 66 drive the limiting rods 39 to move downwards through the third connecting ropes 42, when the end parts of the limiting rods 39 are not inserted into the jacks 75 any more, the cabinet doors 2 can be opened, and due to the limiting effect of the limiting columns 71, the cabinet doors 2 cannot be opened wrongly;
when two sets of communication cabinet bodies 1 separate, to one side slip first finger piece 10, first finger piece 10 drives stopper 30 through the second rope 29 that connects and follow the inside roll-off of first spacing groove 14, and after sliding certain distance, the baffle 33 that elasticity set up carries out spacingly to first finger piece 10, prevent stopper 30 to reset, when stopper 30 no longer spacing first connecting plate 3, can separate two sets of communication cabinet bodies 1, and after the separation is accomplished, the spacing post 71 that elasticity set up resets, cabinet door 2 can normally open.
