s3, receiving the call platform parameter-outputting information returned by the control center;
and S4, judging whether the user information corresponding to the user needs to be filtered according to the parameter outputting information of the telephone platform.

if the user information is determined to be filtered corresponding to the user according to the parameter outputting information of the telephone platform, the user information is marked with a filtering label and returned to the service platform.

and updating the user information contained in the voice outbound list to the service platform according to the timestamp of the voice outbound list.

if the parameter output information of the telephone platform is a first preset field value, filtering the user corresponding to the user information, and stopping voice outbound;
