If the response feedback information sent by the terminal equipment 11 is received within the second preset time, recalculating the numerical value of the online user dictionary and recording online state information; if the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 is not received within the second preset time, the number of the online user dictionary is increased once and the non-online state information is recorded.
Specifically, if the second preset time elapses, the server platform 12 determines that the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11 are in an online state when receiving the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 once in the second preset time, and then can normally execute the steps of acquiring the data configuration requirement corresponding to the user identity information from the preset configuration information base, sending the data configuration requirement to the operator platform 13, and unpacking the data configuration installation package when receiving the data configuration installation package fed back by the operator platform 13 according to the data configuration requirement, so as to obtain the user configuration file. If the second preset time elapses, the server platform 12 determines that the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11 are in an off-line state when the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 is not received once in the second preset time, and then determines that the execution cannot be performed, that is, the step of acquiring the data configuration requirement corresponding to the user identity information from the preset configuration information base and sending the data configuration requirement to the operator platform 13 is normally performed.
For example, when the second preset time set by the manager in the background is 45S and the server platform 12 receives the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 once within the time of the second preset time being 45S, it is determined that the terminal device 11 and the server platform 12 are in an online connection state, so as to obtain online state information; otherwise, when the server platform 12 does not receive the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 once within the second preset time of 45S, it is determined that the terminal device 11 and the server platform 12 are in an off-line connection state, and then the off-line state information is obtained.
In a specific embodiment, if the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 is not received within the second preset time, the step further includes the steps of:
and acquiring a second limiting condition containing the number limiting value from a preset dictionary number limiting table.
Specifically, if the server platform 12 does not receive the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 once within the second preset time, in order to prevent that only this time the server platform 12 does not receive the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11, it is necessary to update the total value of the online user dictionary to a certain value, and then it is determined that the terminal device 11 and the server platform 12 are in an off-line connection state.
For example, the second limiting condition obtained from the preset dictionary number-of-times limiting table is a 3-time limiting value.
Whether the total number value of the online user dictionary satisfies the second limiting condition is judged, and if the total number value of the online user dictionary does not satisfy the second limiting condition, the state of interrupting the wireless transmission connection with the terminal device 11 is determined.
Specifically, if the server platform 12 can receive the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 within the second preset time, the server platform 12 clears the value of the user dictionary, that is, updates the value of the user dictionary to 0; if the server platform 12 does not receive the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 within the second preset time, the server platform 12 increases the value of the online user dictionary once, that is, updates the value of the online user dictionary to 1, then continues to determine whether the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 is received within the second preset time, if the server platform 12 does not receive the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 within the second preset time, the server platform 12 also increases the value of the online user dictionary once, that is, updates the value of the online user dictionary to 2; if the server platform 12 does not receive the response feedback information sent by the terminal device 11 within the second preset time for the third time, the value of the online user dictionary is updated to 3, and if the value of the online user dictionary is greater than or equal to 3, it is determined that the total value of the online user dictionary does not satisfy the second constraint condition, that is, the state that the terminal device 11 is in the off-line connection with the server platform 12, and then the off-line state information is obtained.
In a specific embodiment, step S110, before receiving the user identity information sent from the terminal device 11, further includes the steps of:
sending a request instruction for establishing a secure channel to the terminal equipment 11; if receiving the capability verification request fed back by the terminal device 11 according to the request instruction, the terminal device 11 sends out a bearer connection instruction, and establishes a secure channel for transmission connection with the terminal device 11.
Specifically, when the terminal device 11 receives the request instruction sent by the server platform 12, a capability verification request is sent to the server platform 12, where the capability verification request includes a user identifier, the server platform 12 sends a bearer connection instruction to the terminal device 11 according to the received capability verification request, that is, sends an independent bearer protocol push-down instruction, and then the terminal device 11 establishes a secure CHANNEL with the server platform 12 according to the bearer connection instruction, that is, OPENs a CHANNEL OPEN CHANNEL. The server platform 12 transmits the related information and instruction of the terminal device 11 through the secure channel, and in the subsequent operation flow of receiving and sending, the server platform 12 firstly transmits the data short message to open the secure channel from the terminal device 11 to the server platform 12, and then can transmit the corresponding information and instruction.
According to the method for interaction between the server platform 12 and the terminal equipment 11, which is disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the method is realized that a proper equipment model is selected in the server platform 12 according to the type of the terminal equipment 11, then the equipment model is imported into the terminal equipment 11, after the terminal equipment 11 is accessed into the server platform 12 to finish user identity information, the data configuration requirement corresponding to the user identity information is acquired and sent to the operator platform 13, and then the downloading of a data configuration installation package is triggered and the installation is finished through configuration automation rules, so that the operation flow of batch remote number writing is finished.
In addition, corresponding to the above method for interaction between the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus 100 for interaction between the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11, where the apparatus 100 is configured in the server platform 12, the server platform 12 establishes a data information transmission connection with the terminal device 11 and the operator platform 13 at the same time, and fig. 3 is a block schematic diagram of an apparatus for interaction between the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11, and according to fig. 3, the apparatus 100 includes:
a receiving module 110, configured to receive user identity information sent from the terminal device 11;
the obtaining module 120 is configured to obtain, from a preset configuration information base, a data configuration requirement corresponding to the user identity information, and send the data configuration requirement to the operator platform 13;
the unpacking module 130 is configured to unpack the data configuration installation package if the data configuration installation package fed back by the operator platform 13 according to the data configuration requirement is received, so as to obtain a user configuration file;
a judging module 140, configured to judge whether the interaction process with the terminal device 11 is completed;
the sending module 150 is configured to load the user configuration file and send an interaction notification to the operator platform 13, where the interaction notification is allowed to be used by the terminal device 11, if the interaction processing is completed with the terminal device 11.
By means of the device for interaction between the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11, the method and the device for interaction between the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11, the device are realized that a proper device model is selected in the server platform 12 according to the type of the terminal device 11, then the device model is imported into the terminal device 11, after the terminal device 11 is accessed into the server platform 12 to finish user identity information, data configuration requirements corresponding to the user identity information are acquired and sent to the operator platform 13, and then downloading of a data configuration installation package is triggered and installation is finished through configuration automation rules, so that the operation flow of batch remote number writing is finished.
The embodiment of the invention further provides a device for interaction between the server platform 12 and the terminal device 11, and according to fig. 4, the device 10 includes a processor 401, a communication interface 402, a memory 403 and a communication bus 404; wherein, the processor 401, the communication interface 402, the memory 403 finish the mutual communication through the communication bus 404; memory 403 for storing a computer program.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for processing a retransmission message provided in any one of the foregoing method embodiments, where the function implemented by the embodiment of the stored medium is the same as the embodiment of the method for interacting the server platform 12 with the terminal device 11, and the beneficial effects achieved by the embodiment of the method for interacting the server platform 12 with the terminal device 11 are the same as those achieved by the embodiment of the method for interacting the server platform 12 with the terminal device 11.
It will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the apparatus, device and unit described above may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not repeated herein. Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, in computer software, or in a combination of the two, and that the elements and steps of the examples have been generally described in terms of function in the foregoing description to clearly illustrate the interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
In the several embodiments provided by the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is merely a logical function division, there may be another division manner in actual implementation, or units having the same function may be integrated into one unit, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. In addition, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices, or elements, or may be an electrical, mechanical, or other form of connection.
The units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units.
The integrated units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as stand-alone products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention is essentially or part of what contributes to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a computer-readable storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned computer-readable storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
While the invention has been described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions of equivalents may be made and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the invention is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. The method for interaction between the server platform and the terminal equipment is characterized in that the method is applied to the server platform, and the server platform establishes data information transmission connection with the terminal equipment and the operator platform at the same time, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving user identity information sent by the terminal equipment;
acquiring data configuration requirements corresponding to the user identity information from a preset configuration information base, and sending the data configuration requirements to the operator platform;
if a data configuration installation package fed back by the operator platform according to the data configuration requirement is received, unpacking the data configuration installation package to obtain a user configuration file;
judging whether interaction processing with the terminal equipment is finished or not;
and if the interaction processing is completed with the terminal equipment, loading a user configuration file, and sending a notification of the completion of the interaction processing with the terminal equipment to the operator platform.
2. The method for interaction between a server platform and a terminal device according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the user identity information sent from the terminal device, the method further comprises:
obtaining an equipment model matched with the user identity information from a preset equipment model library; wherein the device model includes a plurality of identity information bars;
and importing the user identity information of the corresponding terminal equipment into each identity information column of the equipment model.
3. The method for interaction between a server platform and a terminal device according to claim 2, wherein after importing the corresponding user identity information of the terminal device in each identity information column of the device model, the method further comprises:
calculating the total times of receiving response feedback information sent by the terminal equipment within a first preset time to obtain historical data;
and storing the historical data into a storage space.
4. A method for interaction between a server platform and a terminal device according to claim 3, wherein after storing the history data in a storage space, the method further comprises:
acquiring a first limiting condition comprising a time limiting value and a storage capacity limiting value from a preset frequency setting table;
and modifying the storage capacity and the sending interval time of the response feedback information according to the first limiting condition.

The method for interaction between a server platform and a terminal device according to claim 4, wherein before obtaining the first constraint condition including the time constraint value and the storage constraint value from the preset number of times setting table, the method further comprises:
judging whether the response feedback information sent by the terminal equipment is received in a second preset time;
if the response feedback information sent by the terminal equipment is received within the second preset time, recalculating the numerical value of an online user dictionary and recording online state information;
and if the response feedback information sent by the terminal equipment is not received within the second preset time, increasing the number of the online user dictionary once and recording the non-online state information.
6. The method for interaction between a server platform and a terminal device according to claim 5, wherein after increasing the number of online user dictionaries and recording the non-online status information once if the response feedback information sent by the terminal device is not received within the second preset time, the method comprises:
acquiring a second limiting condition containing a frequency limiting value from a preset dictionary frequency limiting table;
judging whether the total value of the online user dictionary meets the second limiting condition;
and if the total value of the online user dictionary does not meet the second limiting condition, determining that the online user dictionary is in a state of interrupting wireless transmission connection with the terminal equipment.
7. The method of interacting with a terminal device by a server platform according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the user identity information sent from the terminal device, the method further comprises:
sending out a request instruction for establishing a secure channel to the terminal equipment;
and if the capability verification request fed back by the terminal equipment according to the request instruction is received, sending out a bearing connection instruction to the terminal equipment, and establishing a secure channel in transmission connection with the terminal equipment.
8. The device for interaction between the server platform and the terminal equipment is characterized in that the interaction device is configured in the server platform, and the server platform establishes data information transmission connection with the terminal equipment and the operator platform at the same time, and the method comprises the following steps:
the receiving module is used for receiving the user identity information sent by the terminal equipment;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring data configuration requirements corresponding to the user identity information from a preset configuration information base and sending the data configuration requirements to the operator platform;
the unpacking module is used for unpacking the data configuration installation package fed back by the operator platform according to the data configuration requirement if the data configuration installation package is received, so as to obtain a user configuration file;
the judging module is used for judging whether the interaction processing with the terminal equipment is finished or not;
and the sending module is used for loading the user configuration file and sending a notification of the completion of the interaction processing with the terminal equipment to the operator platform if the interaction processing with the terminal equipment is completed.
9. The equipment of server platform and terminal equipment interaction, its characterized in that: the device comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the method for interacting a server platform with a terminal device according to any of claims 1-7 when executing a program stored on a memory.
10. Computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of the server platform interaction with a terminal device according to any of claims 1-7.
