Abstract

Technical Field

Background
With the development of technology, intelligent sending management can be performed on report mails, namely preset mails are automatically sent to preset recipients at preset pushing time points through a system.

Therefore, the report mail is sent to the preset addressee of the report mail in real time according to the data ready state and the report refreshing state of the report, and the report mail sending method and the report mail sending device achieve the purpose that the report mail is not limited by a fixed sending time point when the report mail is pushed, namely, the report is made before the preset sending time or after the preset sending time, pushing operation is not needed by a person, and therefore flexibility of sending the report mail is improved to a great extent.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, the embodiment of the invention further provides a report mail pushing device, where the report mail pushing device includes:
the first filtering module 10 is configured to screen out report mail information to be sent from a preset mail configuration list, and confirm whether a ready state of report data pointed by the report mail information is a ready completed state, where the report data pointed by the report mail information is one or more;
the downloading module 20 is configured to refresh the report data to a preset report frame to obtain a latest report if the ready state is confirmed to be a ready completion state, and download the latest report;
and the sending module 30 is used for making report mails to be sent according to the latest report, and sending the report mails in real time when the report mails are made.
Optionally, the report mail pushing device of the present invention further includes:
the confirmation module is used for confirming whether the current time exceeds the preset alarm time corresponding to the report mail information if confirming that the ready state of at least one report data is not the ready completion state;
and the processing module is used for confirming target report data which is not ready to be completed in the report data if the current time exceeds the preset alarm time, and carrying out mail delay information processing on the target report data.
Optionally, the mail delay information processing includes: storing a data delay log and/or sending delay reminding information, and a processing module, comprising:
the storage unit is used for confirming the data delay log of the target report data and storing the data delay log; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and the sending unit is used for confirming the delay reminding information of the target report data and sending the delay reminding information to a preset report producer of the target report data.

Claims (10)
1. The report mail pushing method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
screening out report mail information to be sent from a preset mail configuration list, and confirming whether the ready state of report data pointed by the report mail information is ready completion state, wherein the report data pointed by the report mail information is one or more;
if the ready state is confirmed to be the ready completion state, refreshing the report data to a preset report frame to obtain a latest report, and downloading the latest report;
and making a report mail to be sent according to the latest report, and sending the report mail in real time when the report mail is made.
2. The method of pushing a report mail as set forth in claim 1, wherein after said step of confirming whether the ready state of report data to which said report mail information points is a ready completed state, said method further comprises:
if at least one ready state of the report data is confirmed to be not the ready completion state, confirming whether the current time exceeds the preset alarm time corresponding to the report mail information;
and if the current time is confirmed to exceed the preset alarm time, confirming target report data which is not ready to be completed in the report data, and carrying out mail delay information processing on the target report data.
3. The report mail pushing method as in claim 2, wherein said mail delay information processing includes: storing a data delay log and/or sending delay reminding information, wherein the step of processing the mail delay information aiming at the target report data comprises the following steps:
confirming the data delay log of the target report data, and storing the data delay log; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
and confirming the delay reminding information of the target report data, and sending the delay reminding information to preset report makers of the target report data.
4. The report mail pushing method as in claim 2 wherein after said step of confirming whether the current time exceeds a preset alert time corresponding to said report data, said method further comprises:
and if the current time is not confirmed to exceed the preset alarm time, ending the sending of the report mail information and sending the next mail information to be sent.
5. The report mail pushing method as in claim 1, wherein the step of screening report mail information to be sent from a preset mail configuration list comprises:
confirming report data to be sent in a preset report list;
and screening out report mail information to be sent from a preset mail configuration list according to the report data.
6. The method for pushing a report mail as in claim 1 wherein said step of creating a report mail to be sent based on said latest report includes:
acquiring mail information corresponding to the latest report;
and using the latest report as an attachment and the mail information to manufacture report mail to be sent.
7. The report mail pushing method as in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the report mail pushing method comprises:
updating the mail configuration list according to a preset time interval, and screening out report mail information to be sent in real time.

10. A computer storage medium, wherein a program for pushing a report mail is stored on the computer storage medium, and the program for pushing a report mail, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for pushing a report mail according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
