The implementation principle of the intelligent community property management method in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the method comprises the steps of identifying a license plate number of a vehicle, acquiring parking space information of a parking lot and client information of a database, detecting the state of the license plate number according to the client information of the database, acquiring a contact mode of a vehicle owner corresponding to the license plate number if the license plate number is in an out-visit state, generating a recommended parking space according to the parking space information and unbound parking space codes, and sending the recommended parking space to a terminal of the vehicle owner according to the contact mode of the vehicle owner.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a smart community property management system. Referring to fig. 3, the smart community property management system includes an identification module 1, a status detection module 2, and a recommended parking space module 3.
The identification module 1 is used for identifying license plate numbers of vehicles and acquiring parking space information of a parking lot, wherein the parking space information refers to whether the vehicles exist on the parking space;
the state detection module 2 is used for acquiring the client information of the database and detecting the state of the license plate number according to the client information of the database, wherein the state comprises a registration state and an external access state, the external access state is the state that the license plate number is not bound with a parking space code, and the parking space code corresponds to an actual parking space;
and the recommended parking space module 3 is used for acquiring the contact information of the vehicle owner corresponding to the license plate number if the license plate number is in the out-visit state, generating a recommended parking space according to the parking space information and the unbound parking space code, and sending the recommended parking space to the terminal of the vehicle owner according to the contact information of the vehicle owner.
It should be noted that: in the system provided in the above embodiment, when implementing the functions thereof, only the division of the above functional modules is used as an example, in practical application, the above functional allocation may be implemented by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to implement all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the embodiment of the system and the method for managing the smart community property provided in the foregoing embodiments belong to the same concept, and detailed implementation processes of the system and the method embodiment are not described herein.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium may store a plurality of instructions, where the instructions are suitable for being loaded and executed by a processor, and a specific execution process may refer to a specific description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and details are not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 1000 may include: at least one processor 1001, at least one network interface 1004, a user interface 1003, a memory 1005, at least one communication bus 1002.
Wherein the communication bus 1002 is used to enable connected communication between these components.
The user interface 1003 may include a Display screen (Display) and a Camera (Camera), and the optional user interface 1003 may further include a standard wired interface and a wireless interface.
The network interface 1004 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface), among others.
Wherein the processor 1001 may include one or more processing cores. The processor 1001 connects various parts within the entire server 1000 using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions of the server 1000 and processes data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 1005, and calling data stored in the memory 1005. The memory 1005 may include a random access memory (RandomAccessMemory, RAM) or a Read-only memory (Read-only memory). Optionally, the memory 1005 includes a non-transitory computer readable medium. The memory 1005 may be used to store instructions, programs, code, sets of codes, or sets of instructions. The memory 1005 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing the above-described respective method embodiments, etc.; the storage data area may store data or the like referred to in the above respective method embodiments. The memory 1005 may also optionally be at least one storage system located remotely from the processor 1001. As shown in fig. 4, an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and an application program of a smart community property management method may be included in the memory 1005 as a computer storage medium.
It should be noted that: in the system provided in the above embodiment, when implementing the functions thereof, only the division of the above functional modules is used as an example, in practical application, the above functional allocation may be implemented by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to implement all or part of the functions described above. In the electronic device 1000 shown in fig. 4, the user interface 1003 is mainly used for providing an input interface for a user, and acquiring data input by the user; and processor 1001 may be configured to invoke an application program in memory 1005 that stores a smart community property management method that, when executed by one or more processors, causes an electronic device to perform the method of any of the embodiments described above.

It will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the solution of the present application may be implemented by means of software and/or hardware. "module" in this specification refers to software and/or hardware capable of performing a particular function, either alone or in combination with other components, such as Field programmable gate arrays (Field-ProgrammaBLEGateArray, FPGA), integrated circuits (IntegratedCircuit, IC), and the like.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all expressed as a series of action combinations, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of actions described, as some steps may be performed in other order or simultaneously in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments are emphasized, and for parts of one embodiment that are not described in detail, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed system may be implemented in other ways. For example, the system embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the partitioning of elements, merely a logical functional partitioning, and there may be additional partitioning in actual implementation, e.g., multiple elements or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in essence or a part contributing to the prior art or all or part of the technical solution in the form of a software product stored in a memory, including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server or a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the methods of the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned memory includes: a U-disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RandomAccessMemory, RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or a portion of the steps in the various methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a program that instructs associated hardware, and the program may be stored in a computer readable memory, which may include: flash disk, read-only memory (ROM), random access memory (RandomAccessMemory, RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. The intelligent community property management method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
identifying license plate numbers of vehicles and acquiring parking space information of a parking lot, wherein the parking space information refers to whether the vehicles exist on the parking space;
acquiring client information of a database, and detecting the state of the license plate number according to the client information of the database, wherein the state comprises a registration state and an external access state, the external access state is a state that the license plate number is not bound with a parking space code, and the parking space code corresponds to an actual parking space;
if the license plate number is in the out visit state, the contact way of the vehicle owner corresponding to the license plate number is obtained, a recommended parking space is generated according to the parking space information and the unbound parking space codes, and the recommended parking space is sent to the terminal of the vehicle owner according to the contact way of the vehicle owner.
2. The smart community property management method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the parking space information of the parking lot comprises:
receiving induction information sent by a geomagnetic sensor arranged in a parking space of a parking lot;
and modifying the state of the parking space code corresponding to the parking space in the database according to the sensing information to obtain parking space information, wherein the state comprises a use state and an idle state.
3. The smart community property management method according to claim 1, wherein the generating a recommended parking space to a terminal of a vehicle owner according to the parking space information comprises:
screening out parking space codes corresponding to idle parking spaces from all the parking spaces according to the parking space information;
the priority ranking is carried out on the idle parking spaces according to the parking space codes in the client information, so that the priority of the idle parking spaces of the unbound parking space codes is higher than that of the idle parking spaces of the bound parking space codes;
and according to the sorting of the priority of the idle parking spaces from high to low, the parking space codes of the idle parking spaces are generated into recommended parking spaces.
4. The smart community property management method of claim 1, wherein after detecting the status of the license plate number according to the client information of the database, further comprising:
if the state of the license plate number is a registration state, judging whether a vehicle exists on a parking space corresponding to the parking space code according to the parking space code and the parking space information bound by the license plate number of the client;
if so, the license plate number of the vehicle on the parking space is obtained, and the vehicle moving information is sent to the vehicle owner corresponding to the vehicle on the parking space according to the contact mode of the vehicle owner corresponding to the license plate number.
5. The intelligent community property management method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the contact information of the vehicle owner corresponding to the license plate number comprises:
acquiring basic information of a vehicle owner, wherein the basic information comprises names, contact ways and access matters;
sending inquiry information to a prover terminal according to the access event, and receiving response information of the prover terminal, wherein the inquiry information is information about whether the vehicle owner is allowed to enter a community;
generating an access certificate according to the response information and the basic information;
and sending the access certificate to the mobile terminal of the vehicle owner.
6. The smart community property management method according to claim 1, wherein after the recommended parking space is sent to the terminal of the vehicle owner according to the contact information of the vehicle owner, the method further comprises:
obtaining positioning information of a vehicle owner and a lamp starting instruction;
judging whether the position corresponding to the positioning information is a preset position or not, wherein the preset position is a parking lot gate;
if the position corresponding to the positioning information is a preset position, opening a road-following street lamp from a gate of a parking lot to a recommended parking space according to a lamp-starting instruction, wherein the street lamp is a delay-closing street lamp, so that a vehicle owner moves to the parking space and leaves the parking lot from the parking space according to the opening direction of the street lamp.
7. The smart community property management method of claim 6, further comprising, after the vehicle leaves the parking lot:
acquiring positioning information and lighting instructions of a vehicle owner;
judging whether the current time is within a preset time, if so, controlling the street lamp of the area corresponding to the positioning information to be started.
8. The system for a smart community property management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the system comprises:
the identification module (1) is used for identifying license plate numbers of vehicles and acquiring parking space information of a parking lot, wherein the parking space information refers to whether the information of the vehicles exists on the parking space;
the state detection module (2) is used for acquiring the client information of the database and detecting the state of the license plate number according to the client information of the database, wherein the state comprises a registration state and an external access state, the external access state is a state that the license plate number is not bound with a parking space code, and the parking space code corresponds to an actual parking space;
and the recommended parking space module (3) is used for acquiring the contact way of the vehicle owner corresponding to the license plate number if the license plate number is in the out-visit state, generating a recommended parking space according to the parking space information and the unbound parking space code, and transmitting the recommended parking space to the terminal of the vehicle owner according to the contact way of the vehicle owner.
9. A computer storage medium storing a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to perform the method steps of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method steps of any of claims 1-7.
