The whole process consumes a great deal of labor and time, and the tastes of different people are different, so that the standards cannot be unified. Therefore, the dumplings used as Chinese traditional food with simple cooking mode cannot be made into western-style fast food like the Madao and the like, have the advantages of simple manufacturing process, controllable food materials, unified standards, contribution to cooking in a production line and the like, and cannot be made to be fast.

step 4: unpacking dumpling wrappers and dumpling stuffing with corresponding quantity and taste according to order information at a local store end to make dumplings at present and cook the dumplings, so as to finish the order;
step 5: the central factory end distributes the corresponding quantity and category of the packaged dumpling wrappers and dumpling stuffing according to the material information consumed by the local store end.
