The disclosure provides an image recognition method, an image recognition device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, which can be applied to the technical fields of image recognition and financial science and technology. Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of image recognition and financial technology, and in particular, to an image recognition method, apparatus, electronic device, readable storage medium, and program product.
Background
With the development of digital finance, a user performs a transaction operation involving a money transaction, an associated risk assessment, a user agreement signing and the like through a certain financial application program, and the products of the operations can be understood as digital contracts and stored in a transaction system in the form of structured data. However, for clients and related business personnel, a visual credential displayed in the form of an image is required to be used as proof evidence or a document of the moment of the key operation scene so as to be convenient for calling and viewing.
The traditional visual credential may be implemented by two schemes: first, using a program component that can generate an image, an image template and scene data are input, and an image file is output. The method needs to design an image template and an adaptive writing program for each business scene independently, requires additional development cost, and cannot be used as a visual transaction operation electronic certificate.
Secondly, dividing important transaction operation requiring a certificate to be reserved in a client according to a service scene, starting a client program screen capturing function when the client executes the transaction operation by using the client, recording current screen display information of the client, outputting the current screen display information as an image file, and submitting the image to a system server for archiving and reserving in a file uploading mode. Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of an image recognition method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, in a method 300, operation S301, identification information of a user is acquired. In operation S302, operation information of a first transaction operation page corresponding to the user identification information is obtained according to the user identification information. In operation S303, a preset service scenario is newly created. In operation S304, a preset transaction image is determined according to a preset service scenario. Operation S304-1, storing first attribute information of a preset transaction image; in operation S304-2, second attribute information of the preset transaction image is stored. In operation S305, transaction document information of the first transaction operation page is generated according to operation S302, i.e., operation information of the first transaction operation page. And operation S306, resetting a second transaction operation page corresponding to the transaction verification document information according to the transaction verification document information. Operation S307, sequentially generating a transaction image to be identified corresponding to the second transaction operation page according to the first attribute information of the preset transaction image. In operation S308, the to-be-identified transaction image is matched with the second attribute information of the preset transaction image, so as to obtain a matching result. Operation S309, in the case of matching coincidence, determining the transaction image to be identified as the target transaction image; in the case of a match inconsistency, S307 to operation S308 are performed. Operation S310 stores the target transaction image and the corresponding transaction underwriting file information as electronic vouchers of the digital contract.
Based on the image recognition method, the disclosure also provides an image recognition device. The device will be described in detail below in connection with fig. 4.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a block diagram of the structure of an image recognition apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 400 may include a first generation module 410, a restoration module 420, a second generation module 430, a matching module 440, and a first determination module 450.
The first generation module 410 is configured to generate transaction document information of the transaction operation page according to the operation information of the first transaction operation page. In an embodiment, the first generating module 410 may be used to perform the operation S210 described above, which is not described herein.
The restoring module 420 is configured to invoke the interface-free browser interface, and restore a second transaction operation page corresponding to the transaction document information according to the transaction document information. In an embodiment, the restoration module 420 may be used to perform the operation S220 described above, which is not described herein.
The second generation module 430 is configured to generate a transaction image to be identified corresponding to the second transaction operation page according to the first attribute information of the preset transaction image, where the first attribute information of the transaction image to be identified is consistent with the first attribute information of the preset transaction image. In an embodiment, the second generating module 430 may be configured to perform the operation S230 described above, which is not described herein.
The matching module 440 is configured to match the second attribute information of the transaction image to be identified with the second attribute information of the preset transaction image by using an image identification algorithm, so as to obtain a matching result. In an embodiment, the matching module 440 may be configured to perform the operation S240 described above, which is not described herein.
The first determining module 450 is configured to determine the transaction image to be identified as the target transaction image if the matching result is consistent. In an embodiment, the first determining module 450 may be used to perform the operation S250 described above, which is not described herein.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the operation information includes operation page identification information and transaction attribute information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first generation module 410 may include: the first call sub-module.
The first calling sub-module is used for calling the application service component and generating transaction verification file information of the transaction operation page according to the operation page identification information and the transaction attribute information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second generating module 430 may include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a sub-module and executing the sub-module.
The acquisition sub-module is used for calling the interface-free browser interface and acquiring first attribute information of the preset transaction image.
And the execution sub-module is used for executing screenshot operation on the second transaction operation page according to the first attribute information of the preset transaction image to obtain a transaction image to be identified, which corresponds to the transaction operation page.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the image recognition apparatus 400 may further include: and an acquisition module.
The acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation information of the first transaction operation page.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the acquiring module may include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a sub-module and a second calling sub-module.
And the acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the identification information of the user.
And the second calling sub-module is used for calling the data storage component and acquiring the operation information of the first transaction operation page corresponding to the user identification information according to the user identification information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the image recognition apparatus 400 may further include: a new module and a second determination module.
And the new module is used for creating a preset service scene.
The second determining module is used for determining a preset transaction image corresponding to the preset service scene according to the preset service scene, and storing the first attribute information and the second attribute information of the preset transaction image.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the image recognition apparatus 400 may further include: and a storage module.
And the storage module is used for storing the target transaction image and the transaction document information corresponding to the target transaction image.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, any of the plurality of modules of the first generation module 410, the restoration module 420, the second generation module 430, the matching module 440, and the first determination module 450 may be combined in one module, or any of the plurality of modules may be split into a plurality of modules. Alternatively, at least some of the functionality of one or more of the modules may be combined with at least some of the functionality of other modules and implemented in one module. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, at least one of the first generation module 410, the restoration module 420, the second generation module 430, the matching module 440, and the first determination module 450 may be implemented at least in part as hardware circuitry, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented in hardware or firmware in any other reasonable way of integrating or packaging the circuitry, or in any one of or a suitable combination of any of the three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware. Alternatively, at least one of the first generation module 410, the restoration module 420, the second generation module 430, the matching module 440, and the first determination module 450 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module, which when executed, may perform the corresponding functions.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a block diagram of an electronic device adapted to implement an image recognition method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, an electronic device 500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 501 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 502 or a program loaded from a storage section 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. The processor 501 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or an associated chipset and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), or the like. The processor 501 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. The processor 501 may comprise a single processing unit or a plurality of processing units for performing different actions of the method flows according to embodiments of the disclosure.
In the RAM 503, various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic apparatus 500 are stored. The processor 501, ROM 502, and RAM 503 are connected to each other by a bus 504. The processor 501 performs various operations of the method flow according to the embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs in the ROM 502 and/or the RAM 503. Note that the program may be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM 502 and the RAM 503. The processor 501 may also perform various operations of the method flow according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs stored in one or more memories.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device 500 may also include an input/output (I/O) interface 505, the input/output (I/O) interface 505 also being connected to the bus 504. The electronic device 500 may also include one or more of the following components connected to an input/output (I/O) interface 505: an input section 506 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 507 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker, and the like; a storage portion 508 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 509 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 509 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 510 is also connected to an input/output (I/O) interface 505 as needed. A removable medium 511 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 510 as needed so that a computer program read therefrom is mounted into the storage section 508 as needed.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium that may be embodied in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments; or may exist alone without being assembled into the apparatus/device/system. The computer-readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement methods in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, which may include, for example, but is not limited to: a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. For example, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the computer-readable storage medium may include ROM 502 and/or RAM 503 and/or one or more memories other than ROM 502 and RAM 503 described above.
Embodiments of the present disclosure also include a computer program product comprising a computer program containing program code for performing the methods shown in the flowcharts. The program code means for causing a computer system to carry out the image recognition method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure when the computer program product is run on the computer system.
The above-described functions defined in the system/apparatus of the embodiments of the present disclosure are performed when the computer program is executed by the processor 501. The systems, apparatus, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the disclosure.
In one embodiment, the computer program may be based on a tangible storage medium such as an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or the like. In another embodiment, the computer program may also be transmitted, distributed, and downloaded and installed in the form of a signal on a network medium, and/or installed from a removable medium 511 via the communication portion 509. The computer program may include program code that may be transmitted using any appropriate network medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wired, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 509, and/or installed from the removable media 511. The above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiments of the present disclosure are performed when the computer program is executed by the processor 501. The systems, devices, apparatus, modules, units, etc. described above may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the disclosure.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, program code for performing computer programs provided by embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, and in particular, such computer programs may be implemented in high-level procedural and/or object-oriented programming languages, and/or assembly/machine languages. Programming languages include, but are not limited to, such as Java, c++, python, "C" or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of remote computing devices, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., connected via the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. Claims (11)

1. An image recognition method, comprising:
generating transaction verification file information of a first transaction operation page according to the operation information of the first transaction operation page;
Calling an interface-free browser interface, and restoring a second transaction operation page corresponding to the transaction evidence file information according to the transaction evidence file information;
generating a transaction image to be identified corresponding to the second transaction operation page according to first attribute information of a preset transaction image, wherein the first attribute information of the transaction image to be identified is consistent with the first attribute information of the preset transaction image;
matching the second attribute information of the transaction image to be identified with the second attribute information of the preset transaction image by using an image identification algorithm to obtain a matching result;
and under the condition that the matching results are consistent, determining the to-be-identified transaction image as a target transaction image.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the operation information includes operation page identification information and transaction attribute information;
the generating transaction verification file information of the transaction operation page according to the operation information of the first transaction operation page includes:
and calling an application service component, and generating transaction verification file information of the transaction operation page according to the operation page identification information and the transaction attribute information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the generating the transaction image to be identified corresponding to the second transaction operation page according to the first attribute information of the preset transaction image includes:
calling the interface-free browser interface to acquire first attribute information of the preset transaction image;
and executing screenshot operation on the second transaction operation page according to the first attribute information of the preset transaction image to obtain a transaction image to be identified, which corresponds to the transaction operation page.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring the operation information of the first transaction operation page.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining operation information of the first transaction operation page comprises:
acquiring identification information of a user;
and calling a data storage component, and acquiring the operation information of the first transaction operation page corresponding to the user identification information according to the user identification information.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
newly creating a preset service scene;
and determining a preset transaction image corresponding to the preset service scene according to the preset service scene, and storing first attribute information and second attribute information of the preset transaction image.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and storing the target transaction image and transaction document information corresponding to the target transaction image.
8. An image recognition apparatus comprising:
the first generation module is used for generating transaction verification file information of a transaction operation page according to the operation information of the first transaction operation page;
the restoration module is used for calling an interface-free browser interface and restoring a second transaction operation page corresponding to the transaction document information according to the transaction document information;
the second generation module is used for generating a transaction image to be identified corresponding to the second transaction operation page according to the first attribute information of the preset transaction image, wherein the first attribute information of the transaction image to be identified is consistent with the first attribute information of the preset transaction image;
the matching module is used for matching the second attribute information of the transaction image to be identified with the second attribute information of the preset transaction image by utilizing an image identification algorithm to obtain a matching result;
and the first determining module is used for determining the to-be-identified transaction image as a target transaction image under the condition that the matching results are consistent.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon executable instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method according to any of claims 1-7.
11. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
