Abstract

The invention relates to a system and a method for managing the copyright of design works based on a blockchain, comprising the steps of carrying out copyright registration, right verification and copyright information checking and tracing on the design works by using the blockchain, thereby realizing copyright protection and generating the digital identity of the design works; the intelligent contracts are used for carrying out online transaction and copyright assignment on design works, so that automatic planning and human intervention removal of a transaction flow are ensured; an intelligent contract-based delivery verification mechanism is used to ensure fairness of the transaction process. The copyright protection and the work transaction links in the method are mutually related, restricted and stimulated, so that the behaviors of plagiarism, infringement, fake making, fake selling and the like of the design works can be hit, and the healthy electronic commerce business state can be constructed.

Background
The design works have important guiding function in production, manufacture and engineering construction, and have great commercial value, so that copyright protection is required, work trading and copyright assignment processes are standardized, and benefits of all parties are protected. However, unlike general digital content, design works are greatly affected by tide, and are difficult to adapt to the long period of patent application; the design works have the requirements of copyright protection and transaction, but the existing copyright management method is difficult to consider the effects of the design works such as exposable property, confidentiality of design details and validity of copyright registration, and cannot well associate two links of protection and transaction; as a special asset, ownership of design works often has uniqueness, and it is a difficult problem how to implement fairness guarantee of transactions while content protection is performed. Existing digital rights management (DRM, digital Rights Management) methods mostly require that the rights holder upload all details of the copyrighted content to the service provider for rights registration. However, this sometimes makes it difficult to ensure the public trust of copyright registration due to the service provider's excessive degree of centralization. The complete delivery of the design work to the service provider also presents a risk of theft of the design content, and cannot provide psychological security to the designer.
In the work transaction link, the existing DRM method mostly adopts a mode of paying before providing digital content and authorization. This approach is susceptible to compromising the benefit of the buyer. For example, purchased design content presents quality problems.
Nowadays, the public's copyright protection consciousness is becoming stronger, and in the aspect of copyright management of design works, the existing DRM method is disjointed from the actual scene, and new technical means need to be introduced to make up for the problem. As a first ring of manufacturing industry chains, the problem of copyright management of design works is technically solved, and the method is beneficial to the healthy development of electronic commerce in the industry chains.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a system and a method for managing the copyright of the design works based on a blockchain, wherein the blockchain is used for carrying out copyright registration, verification of the copyright and checking and tracing of copyright information on the design works, so that copyright protection is realized, and the digital identity of the design works is generated; the intelligent contracts are used for carrying out online transaction and copyright assignment on design works, so that automatic planning and human intervention removal of a transaction flow are ensured; an intelligent contract-based delivery verification mechanism is used to ensure fairness of the transaction process.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme:
a block chain-based design work copyright management system comprises a CA node, a consensus node, a public query node, a copyright certification chain, a verification module, a transaction certification chain and a work transaction contract;
the CA node is used for providing user registration service and simultaneously providing identity authentication for the copyright certification chain, the transaction certification chain and the verification module; for each user that passes the real-name audit, the CA node will use asymmetric encryption techniques to generate a set of unique private/public key pairs for it for identity authentication. The generated private key is only held by the user, and the CA node maintains a public key list of all users;
the consensus node is used for maintaining the blockchain data of the copyright certification chain and the transaction certification chain through a consensus algorithm, so that the non-tamper property of the data is ensured; thereby realizing the full network notarization recorded on the chain. The consensus node is also a path link and a service provider for the work copyright record to be linked;
the public inquiring node acquires blockchain data of the copyright certification chain and the transaction certification chain from different consensus nodes respectively and provides the blockchain data to the public for inquiring;
the copyright certification chain is used for storing copyright information and related cryptography characteristics of the design work; by means of the non-tamper-resistance of the block chain, the system can carry out full-network notarization on copyrights of design works;
the transaction verification chain is used for storing the copyright transaction records of the design works, simultaneously carrying out full-network notarization on the whole transaction process, and proving the legality of the copyright records in the copyright verification chain;
the verification module is used for comparing the cryptographic characteristics of the design works in the copyright certification chain with the actual design works under the chain, so as to verify the authenticity of the design works and the validity of copyright registration and provide a means for verifying the rights of the design works;
the work transaction contract uses an intelligent contract technology and a delivery verification mechanism to realize online transaction of the designed work, and is used for reading and writing data of a copyright certification chain and a transaction certification chain.

The work trading link realizes buying and selling of design works through a work trading contract, wherein a design work buyer pays trading money to an intelligent contract to be a trusteeship temporarily, and then the design work seller delivers the design works to the design work buyer through a copyright management system; if the delivery process can pass the verification of the delivery verification mechanism, the intelligent contract adds a new copyright record in the copyright certification chain to finish the change of the copyright information and issue transaction money to the seller.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention combines the blockchain technology and the digital rights management to realize a new design work rights management mode, overcomes the defect that the DRM method is disjointed from the actual application scene in the prior art, and can realize fairness of transaction while protecting the content of the design work.
2. The invention divides the design works of the user into the public registration part and the secret registration part for registration, thereby realizing effective copyright management, avoiding the design contents of the user from being completely stolen and having higher safety.

(4) Under the support of CA node, verifying the authenticity and validity of user digital signature in copyright record by digital signature technology; if the consistency comparison and the digital signature verification are passed, the user is proved to have legal rights of the design work.
As shown in fig. 1, the system and method for managing copyrights of design works based on blockchain provided by the invention comprise the following steps:
(1) Users who have a need for copyright management are registered in the blockchain system. When registration is complete, each user is assigned a unique set of private/public key pairs by the CA node.
(2) The designer performs copyright registration on the blockchain by subjecting the copyrighted work held to the steps shown in fig. 2. Wherein the design work ID is to be used to retrieve the digital identity of the work.
(3) Any user of the system (even if unregistered) can query and trace the copyright information of the work according to the design work ID. The tracing process is shown in fig. 3; any user can also use any design work held by the user to verify the right of the design work.
(4) When the designer buyers and designers have reached the trade of the works and the intention of the copyright acquisition, they can trade with the intelligent contracts based on the blockchain system. The entire process of online transactions is shown in fig. 4. The invention uses a delivery verification mechanism to ensure fairness of the transaction process, and realizes automatic change of copyright through intelligent contracts. The process of copyright modification is shown in fig. 5.
In the process, each copyright record is attached with a blockchain time stamp, and the on-chain records are not tamperable, so that the on-chain copyright records can provide powerful basis for copyright confirmation of design works, maintenance of infringed works and investigation of plagiarism works on the chain.
Secondly, in the online trading and copyright assignment process of the design work, the invention can also cope with the following fraudulent behaviors:
(1) Delivering the false design file by the seller;
if the design work delivered by the seller does not match the copyright records in the blockchain, delivery verification cannot be passed. This would result in the seller not being able to obtain the transaction from the smart contract. In contrast, the latest signing-in period of the buyer is preset in the work transaction contract, and if the signing-in action of the buyer cannot pass the delivery verification before the period, the intelligent contract is triggered to enter the default flow. The seller would therefore be penalized.
(2) The designer registers and sells false design works;
if a designer registers false design information at the time of copyright registration in order to be able to pass delivery verification, a tamper proof of counterfeiting is left due to the non-tamper property of the blockchain. The buyers can resort to the purchased false design works, the fake making records in the copyright certification chain and the digital signature of the fake making records by the designers, thereby resorting to the relevant supervision departments.
Meanwhile, even if a designer registers a false security document at the time of copyright registration, he must disclose a part of the contents of a genuine design work to achieve sales. This part of the content itself has condensed the design sense of the designer and has a certain value. And false copyright registrations do not have a protective effect. This will lose the designer's opportunity for copyright protection for the design inspiration.
The above method is benefit driven. Thus, designers will spontaneously stop the act of selling a false design. Thus, the likelihood of such fraudulent scenarios occurring is greatly reduced.
(3) The designer steals ownership of the sold work by repeatedly registering design copyrights;
as a special digital asset, design ID is an important index reference to the design. In the proposed method, registering the same design multiple times will generate different design IDs. While actually corresponding to the same design work, these IDs correspond to two conceptually independent digital assets in the blockchain. Even if a designer repeatedly registers the same design work a number of times, it is impossible to steal already-sold digital assets. In contrast, repeated registration and trading of the same work can leave digital evidence on the blockchain, with suspects of plagiarism. The maintainer, the regulatory department of the blockchain system may penalize the designer based on these records.
(4) The buyer deliberately does not receive the file sent by the seller and delays the transaction process;
in the proposed method, the buyer needs to submit a private key to the blockchain system to indicate approval to receive the file sent by the seller before decrypting and downloading can be started. Therefore, if the buyer does not agree to receive the file, the buyer cannot obtain the actual content of the delivered work. This way, the content of the design work can be ensured to be safe. At the same time, the latest period of the trade contract received by the buyer is preset in the work trade contract before the trade starts. The buyer does not receive the document when overdue, and will enter a default procedure. The buyer is therefore penalized.
In addition, the copyright protection link and the work transaction link in the invention are mutually dependent, complement each other and mutually motivate. The concrete steps are as follows:
(1) In order to enable smooth expansion of the trade of the design work, the designer spontaneously registers the true and valid work information at the time of copyright registration.
(2) Transaction activity on the blockchain may leave traceable evidence. In order to obtain legal and effective copyright permissions, both transaction parties spontaneously follow the transaction order and trust the transaction.
Because of this self-exciting nature, the implementation of the present invention helps to build a healthy intellectual property protection system and e-commerce model.

Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based design work copyright management system is characterized by comprising a CA node, a consensus node, a public query node, a copyright certification chain, a verification module, a transaction certification chain and a work transaction contract;
the CA node is used for providing user registration service and simultaneously providing identity authentication for the copyright certification chain, the transaction certification chain and the verification module;
the consensus node is used for maintaining the blockchain data of the copyright certification chain and the transaction certification chain through a consensus algorithm, so that the non-tamper property of the data is ensured;
the public inquiring node acquires blockchain data of the copyright certification chain and the transaction certification chain from different consensus nodes respectively and provides the blockchain data to the public for inquiring;
the copyright certification chain is used for storing copyright information and related cryptography characteristics of the design work;
the transaction verification chain is used for storing the copyright transaction records of the design works, simultaneously carrying out full-network notarization on the whole transaction process, and proving the legality of the copyright records in the copyright verification chain;
the verification module is used for comparing the cryptographic characteristics of the design works in the copyright certification chain with the actual design works under the chain, so as to verify the authenticity of the design works and the validity of copyright registration and provide a means for verifying the rights of the design works;
the work transaction contract uses an intelligent contract technology and a delivery verification mechanism to realize online transaction of the designed work, and is used for reading and writing data of a copyright certification chain and a transaction certification chain.
2. The blockchain-based design work copyright management system of claim 1, wherein the consensus node comprises a plurality of computer nodes and the common query node comprises a plurality of computer nodes different from one of the consensus nodes.
3. The blockchain-based design work copyright management system of claim 1, wherein the verification module uses an asymmetric encryption technique to compare the cryptographic characteristics of the design work in the copyright certification chain with the actual design work under the chain.
4. The blockchain-based design work copyright management system of claim 1, wherein the copyright certification chain, the trade certification chain and the work trade contracts are interrelated, comprising:
the digital identity on the chain of the design works generated by the copyright certification chain is used as an important execution parameter of a work trading contract to trigger the record generation operation of the trading certification chain;
through a cross-chain technology, records in a transaction evidence-storing chain trigger a work transaction contract, and a copyright record is newly added in the copyright evidence-storing chain to update the digital identity of the designed work;
the digital identity of the designed work in the copyright certification chain and the record in the transaction certification chain jointly prove the legitimacy of the copyright change path of the work.
5. The blockchain-based design work copyright management system of claim 1, wherein the users include designers, design work buyers, design work sellers and general users;
the designer is the original registrant of the copyright record and needs to register the user;
the buyer of the design work needs to buy the design work through the block chain system and acquire the user of the copyright, and needs to register the user;
the design work seller comprises a designer or a once design work buyer, and user registration is required;
the common user is a user which performs right verification and copyright information inquiry and tracing on any design work only through the blockchain system, and user registration is not needed.

A method for managing copyrights of design works based on a blockchain, which is characterized by comprising a user registration link, a copyright protection link and a work transaction link, wherein the method is realized based on the blockchain-based design work copyrights management system according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
the user registration link is a process of registering a user through a CA node and is used for guaranteeing that the copyright protection link and the work transaction link are carried out by relying on a blockchain technology;
the copyright protection link is characterized in that a designer submits the design work to a copyright management system, and a copyright record is uploaded to a copyright certification chain through a consensus node, and meanwhile, a unique digital identity of the design work is generated on a blockchain;
the work trading link realizes buying and selling of design works through a work trading contract, wherein a design work buyer pays trading money to an intelligent contract to be a trusteeship temporarily, and then the design work seller delivers the design works to the design work buyer through a copyright management system; if the delivery process can pass the verification of the delivery verification mechanism, the intelligent contract adds a new copyright record in the copyright certification chain to finish the change of the copyright information and issue transaction money to the seller.
7. The blockchain-based design work copyright management method of claim 6, wherein the copyright registration in the copyright protection link includes the steps of:
s1, a designer divides a design work into a public registration part and a secret registration part according to requirements, and calculates the cryptography characteristics of the secret registration part through a copyright management system;
s2, uploading the cryptography characteristics of the secret registration part and the public registration part to a copyright management system, acquiring a unique work ID allocated to the design work by the copyright management system, and registering an initial ownership person as the designer himself/herself;
s3, generating a digital signature by a designer in a copyright management system by using a private key of the designer based on the cryptography characteristics of the secret registration part, the public registration part, the work ID and ownership attribution information, and using the digital signature algorithm to sign the design work;
and S4, generating a copyright record based on the digital signature and all information uploaded by a designer, and writing the copyright record into a copyright certification chain by a consensus node to realize copyright registration.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein in step S1, the cryptographic characteristics of the secret registration portion are calculated by the copyright management system through a one-way encryption algorithm.
9. The blockchain-based design work copyright management method of claim 6, wherein the delivery verification in the copyright trade link includes the steps of:
under the support of a public key list maintained by a CA node, the design works sent to the design work buyer by the design work seller are encrypted by adopting an asymmetric encryption algorithm, and the encrypted files are temporarily stored in a server of a copyright management system;
a buyer of the design work submits a private key to a copyright management system so as to decrypt an encrypted file of the design work and download the encrypted file;
the copyright management system uses the private key of the design work buyer to generate a digital signature for the decrypted design work file and submits the digital signature to the work transaction contract;
the method comprises the steps that a work transaction contract calculates the cryptographic characteristics of a decrypted file by using a reverse algorithm of a digital signature, and compares the cryptographic characteristics with the cryptographic characteristics recorded correspondingly in a copyright certification chain, if the two are consistent, delivery verification is passed; otherwise, the delivery verification is not passed.
10. The blockchain-based design work copyright management method of claim 6, wherein when the authenticity of the design work and the validity of copyright registration need to be checked, the checking module performs the following operations:
acquiring a work ID provided by a user, searching all matched copyright records in a copyright certification chain, and selecting the latest record in the matched copyright records according to a blockchain time stamp;
according to the design work file provided by the user, recalculating the cryptography characteristics of the design work by using a one-way encryption algorithm;
consistency comparison is carried out on the recalculated cryptography features and the cryptography features in the copyright record;
under the support of CA node, verifying the authenticity and validity of user digital signature in copyright record by digital signature technology; if the consistency comparison and the digital signature verification are passed, the user is proved to have legal rights of the design work.
