Summary of The Invention
When the application program in the terminal equipment is started, the advertisement data is loaded for loading so as to display the advertisement. The pulling of the advertisement data has a certain time limit, namely the terminal equipment needs to acquire the advertisement data within the certain time limit, and the time limit is the advertisement timeout time.
The inventor discovers that the advertisement timeout time in the terminal equipment is written in the equipment through codes, so that all application programs in the terminal equipment need to pull data in the fixed advertisement timeout time, and the loading flexibility of the advertisement data is low.
The inventor of the present disclosure therefore thinks that the advertisement timeout time is adjusted by the current running information of the terminal device, so that the advertisement timeout time of the application program for loading advertisement data is configured by the adjusted advertisement timeout time, and the loading flexibility of the advertisement data is improved.
Application scene overview
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an application scenario schematic diagram of a method for setting advertisement timeout in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The terminal device 100 is in communication connection with the server 200, the terminal device 100 sends an advertisement timeout time acquisition request to the server 200, and the server 200 sends the advertisement timeout time of the terminal device 100 to the terminal device 100, and the terminal device 100 adjusts the advertisement timeout time based on the advertisement timeout time and the current running information thereof.
Exemplary method
A method for setting advertisement timeout time according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 2 to 5 in conjunction with the application scenario of fig. 1. It should be noted that the above application scenario is only shown for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in any way in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
By way of example, the terminal device according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be any device having data processing capability, for example, the terminal device may be a mobile phone, a computer, or the like.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart schematically illustrating an embodiment of a method for setting advertisement timeout time according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method for setting advertisement timeout time includes:
step S201, a first advertisement timeout time and current running information of the terminal device are obtained.
In this embodiment, the execution body is a terminal device. The terminal device may be any device having an advertisement viewing function, for example, the terminal device may be a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, or the like.
The terminal equipment acquires advertisement timeout time, wherein the advertisement timeout time refers to the longest time for loading advertisement data by the terminal equipment. The advertisement timeout time is a fixed value that is defined as the first advertisement timeout time.
And the terminal equipment acquires the current operation information. The current operation information includes information affecting the operation speed of the terminal device, such as memory operation information of the terminal device, computing resource information, RAM (Random Access Memory ), network information, and the like.
The current running information is used for adjusting the first advertisement timeout time, when the terminal equipment detects the advertisement playing requirement, the terminal equipment obtains the first advertisement timeout time and the current running information, and the terminal equipment does not need to obtain the current running information at any time, so that the computing resource is saved. The advertisement playing requirement is triggered by an advertisement playing button arranged on the terminal equipment, namely, the terminal equipment can determine that the advertisement playing requirement exists when detecting the clicking operation of the advertisement playing button. In addition, when the terminal equipment detects that the terminal equipment enters the webpage with the advertisement, the terminal equipment can determine that the advertisement playing requirement exists.
Step S202, the first advertisement timeout time is adjusted according to the current operation information to obtain the second advertisement timeout time.
The current operation information reflects the operation speed of the terminal equipment, if the operation speed of the terminal equipment is determined to be slower based on the current operation information, the terminal equipment increases the first advertisement timeout time to obtain the second advertisement timeout time; if the running speed of the terminal equipment is determined to be higher based on the current running information, the first advertisement time can be reduced to obtain the second advertisement timeout time.
In an example, the current operation information includes a remaining operation memory of the terminal device, if a ratio of the remaining operation memory to the total operation memory is smaller than a preset ratio, it may be determined that the operation speed of the terminal device is slower, and if the ratio of the remaining operation memory to the middle operation memory is greater than or equal to the preset ratio, it is determined that the operation speed of the terminal device is faster.
Step S203, according to the second advertisement timeout time, the advertisement timeout time for loading the advertisement data by the application program is configured.
After the terminal equipment determines the second advertisement timeout time, the advertisement timeout time of the application program loaded with the advertisement data is configured based on the second advertisement timeout time, namely the advertisement timeout time set by the application program is replaced by the second advertisement timeout time, so that the dynamic adjustment of the advertisement timeout time is realized based on the running information of the terminal equipment.
In this embodiment, the advertisement timeout time is adjusted according to the current running information of the terminal device, so that the advertisement timeout time of the application program for loading the advertisement data is configured according to the adjusted advertisement timeout time, and the loading flexibility of the advertisement data is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart schematically illustrating another embodiment of a method for setting an advertisement timeout period according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2, step S201 includes:
step S301, acquiring a device identifier of a terminal device.
In the exemplary technique, the advertisement timeout time of the terminal device is issued by the server configuration, and the advertisement timeout time of the terminal device is independent of the terminal device configuration itself, without configuring a local code for the terminal device to configure the advertisement timeout time. However, the advertisement timeout time issued by the server to each terminal device is the same, and the differentiated control of the advertisement timeout time of each terminal device cannot be realized.
In this embodiment, the server configures a corresponding advertisement timeout time for each type of terminal device, and the advertisement timeout time is stored in association with the device identifier of the terminal device. When the terminal equipment needs to acquire the advertisement timeout time, acquiring the equipment identification of the terminal equipment.
Step S302, an acquisition request is sent to a server, wherein the acquisition request carries a device identifier.
Step S303, receiving the device identification associated first advertisement timeout time fed back by the server side.
The terminal equipment sends an acquisition request to the server, the acquisition request carries an equipment identifier, and the acquisition request is an acquisition request of advertisement timeout time.
After receiving the acquisition request, the server analyzes the acquisition request to obtain the equipment identifier of the terminal equipment, and the server sends the first advertisement timeout time associated with the equipment identifier to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, the terminal device needs to send its configuration information and device identifier to the server at regular time, so that the server updates the advertisement timeout time corresponding to the terminal device. The terminal device obtains the time consumption of the advertisement exposure, and at the same time, collects relevant information of the terminal device, wherein the relevant information comprises RAM information, memory occupation information, network information and the like, the time consumption of the advertisement exposure and the relevant information are used as configuration information to be sent to the server together with the device identifier of the terminal device, and it can be understood that the terminal device obtains the configuration information and the device identifier of the terminal device and then sends the configuration information and the device identifier to the server, so that the server generates a first advertisement timeout time associated with the device identifier based on the configuration information. The reporting format of the configuration information is as follows: "time":750// exposure time, units ms; "RAM":6// cell phone memory, unit GB; "frequency":2.6// handset dominant frequency, unit GHz; "network" is wifi// network type.
The service end can configure the corresponding first advertisement timeout time for the terminal equipment based on the configuration information of the terminal equipment. The service end can analyze the performance parameters of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information of the terminal equipment, determine the performance level of the terminal equipment based on the performance parameters, and set the first advertisement timeout time according to the performance level. The worse the performance parameters, the higher the performance level, the greater the advertisement timeout time.
In this embodiment, the terminal device obtains its own device identifier, and then sends an obtaining request to the server, so as to receive the first advertisement timeout time associated with the device identifier fed back by the server, thereby implementing differentiated control of different terminal devices.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart schematically illustrating still another embodiment of a method for setting advertisement timeout time according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2, step S201 includes:
step S401, acquiring configuration information of a terminal device.
Step S402, determining a first advertisement timeout time of the terminal equipment according to the configuration information.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may configure the first advertisement timeout time by itself. The terminal equipment acquires configuration information of the terminal equipment, wherein the configuration information comprises RAM information, memory occupation information, network information and time consumption for advertisement exposure. The terminal device can determine its own performance parameters through the configuration information.
In an example, the terminal obtains a performance level reference table, determines a section in which the performance parameter is located based on a division section of the performance level in the performance level reference table, where the level corresponding to the section is the performance level of the terminal device, and the device may set the first advertisement timeout time based on the performance level. The worse the performance parameter, the higher the performance level, and the larger the advertisement timeout time. In addition, the terminal equipment has different running conditions, so the terminal equipment acquires configuration information at each starting or timing to set advertisement timeout time.
In another example, the terminal device determines its own configuration level based on the configuration information, and determines the first advertisement timeout time of the terminal device through the configuration level. The configuration information includes, for example, a plurality of configuration parameters such as RAM information, memory usage information, network information, and time consumed for advertisement exposure. Each configuration parameter is provided with a corresponding weight, the terminal equipment determines the weight corresponding to each configuration parameter, the weight is used for carrying out weighted calculation on each configuration parameter to obtain a target score, and finally the configuration grade of the terminal equipment is determined through the target score, and the higher the target score is, the higher the configuration grade is and the larger the advertisement timeout time is.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may dynamically set the advertisement timeout time based on its own configuration information.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart schematically illustrating still another embodiment of a method for setting an advertisement timeout period according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, based on any of the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 4, step S202 includes:
step S501, determining a correction parameter according to current operation information, where the current operation information includes at least one of network parameters, computing resources, and operation states of the terminal device.
Step S502, correcting the first advertisement timeout time according to the correction parameter to obtain a second advertisement timeout time.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the first advertisement timeout, the terminal device needs to dynamically adjust the first advertisement timeout based on its own running information.
The current operation information includes at least one of network parameters, computing resources, and operation states of the terminal device. The network parameter may be a quality parameter of a network to which the terminal device is connected, and the computing resource may be a remaining computing resource of the terminal device, and the running state refers to that the terminal device is in a busy state or an idle state.
The terminal device determines the correction parameters based on the current operating parameters. In an example, the terminal device estimates a duration range of downloading advertisement data from the server based on the current operation parameter, and the finally modified advertisement timeout time cannot be smaller than a lower limit value of the duration range, and may use the lower limit value as a correction parameter, so as to correct the first advertisement timeout time, where the corrected advertisement timeout time is greater than the lower limit value.
In another example, each parameter in the current operation information may be used as a reference factor, for example, network parameters, computing resources, and operation states of the terminal are all used as reference factors. Each reference factor has a corresponding preset threshold value, and the terminal equipment calculates a difference value between each reference factor and the preset threshold value. Each difference corresponds to a reference parameter that can be used to modify the advertisement timeout, and the larger the difference, the smaller the advertisement timeout that is modified based on the reference parameter to which the difference corresponds. Each reference factor has a corresponding weight, and the terminal equipment combines the reference parameters corresponding to each difference value and the corresponding weights, and performs weighted calculation on each reference parameter to obtain the correction parameters.
In this embodiment, the terminal device determines the correction parameter through the current operation parameter, so as to dynamically adjust the advertisement timeout time based on the correction parameter.
