For example, if the event to be allocated is a road surface damage and repair is needed, the event occurrence position of the event to be allocated is a road surface damage position, and the candidate target area is an area where the road surface is damaged, at this time, the prompt information of the candidate target area is displayed, so that a technician can select the target area from the candidate target area later, and the processor corresponding to the target area can quickly arrive at the site repair road surface of the event occurrence position because the position range of the target area includes the road surface damage position.
By adopting the embodiment, the candidate target area is determined according to the event occurrence position of the event to be distributed, and the prompt information of the candidate target area is displayed, so that a technician can determine the target area from the candidate target area preferentially in the follow-up process, and the processor corresponding to the target area can process the event to be distributed efficiently and rapidly.
In response to an event viewing operation for viewing event information to be distributed, displaying the event information to be distributed, the event information to be distributed including: the occurrence time of the event to be allocated, the event description and the event location.
The corresponding relation between the areas and the processing personnel can be preset in the system database or the execution main body, and the corresponding processing personnel are allocated to different areas to process the events to be allocated of the areas. Specifically, the correspondence may be set according to related information of the processing personnel, for example, the functions, the number, and the like of the processing personnel, and reasonable processing personnel are set for each area.
As an example, the correspondence is preset by the following method, as shown in fig. 4, including:

In S401, it is understood that, when the correspondence between the area and the processing person is set, the area in the management map may be already divided or may be newly divided, and in an example, before responding to the area determining operation, the technician may further determine a new area in the management map, and then subsequently set the processing person for the newly divided area.
If a processing person needs to be set for a certain area, the technician can select the area in the management map through an area determination operation, the execution subject responds to the area determination operation, and the area selected in the area determination operation is used as the area to be configured. Specifically, the region determining operation may be selected by pointing with a mouse, or may be selected by a touch screen, or may be selected by other input methods, which is not limited in this application.
As an example, the method for determining the area to be configured includes:
s4011, in response to detecting a region selection operation for managing map input, determining a region to be configured.
S4012, in response to detecting an area drawing operation of drawing an area in the area to be configured, determining the area to be configured.
In S4011, the management map itself includes various regions, for example, various city and district location ranges, and the determined geographical regions such as the city and district in the management map are defined as regions. Before determining the area to be configured, the area to be configured where the area to be configured is located can be determined through area selection operation. In one possible embodiment, after determining the area to be configured in response to an area determination operation for managing map input, a picture view entry of the area to be configured may also be displayed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a picture of a more representative building in the area to be configured may be displayed, or a satellite map corresponding to the area to be configured may be displayed, so that a technician may perform related understanding on the area to be configured, and configure appropriate processors for the area to be configured.
In S402, after determining the area to be configured, the technician may select the processing personnel through a personnel selection operation, and the execution subject responds to the selected processing personnel selected in the personnel selection operation, and uses the processing personnel as a target personnel to be associated with the area to be configured, thereby setting a corresponding relationship between the area to be configured and the target personnel. Based on this, the correspondence between the region and the processing person is obtained. The number of the target personnel can be one or a plurality of, and the target personnel corresponding to the area to be configured can be updated, modified and the like through personnel selection operation in the follow-up process. In one possible embodiment, after setting the target person for the area to be configured, the responsible person selected in the responsible person setting operation may be determined from the target person in response to the responsible person setting operation, and the name or other information of the responsible person is displayed in the area list of the target area in the management map, so that the subsequent event to be distributed can be coordinated by the responsible person and processed efficiently.
In one example, the execution body or the system database may store related information of each processor in advance, for example, information of a user name, a mobile phone number, a mailbox, a job number, etc. of each processor, as shown in fig. 6, and display related states of each processor, for example, functions of the processor, a current working state, a state of a terminal held by the processor, etc., and may perform related operations on the processor at this interface, for example, adding, deleting, editing information, saving information, etc. Based on the information, the related information of each processing person can be known in detail when the technician performs the personnel selection operation, and the proper processing person is set for each area according to the related information.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic interface diagram of setting a correspondence relationship according to an embodiment of the present application, where a management map is located in the center, a list on the left side of the management map shows a region list, a list of processors corresponding to a certain region is shown on the right side of the management map, and the processors corresponding to a certain region may be added, deleted, etc. through a personnel selection operation.
By adopting the embodiment, reasonable processing personnel can be set for each area in advance, so that the events to be distributed of the target area can be sent to the reasonable processing personnel for processing, and the event processing efficiency is improved.
In a possible embodiment, when determining the area to be configured, the application further provides a method for determining the area to be configured, where the method includes:
s4010a, in response to a selection operation for the target area name input in the area name list, presents a configuration interface identified by the target area name.
S4011a, in response to an operation of drawing an area on the management map through the area drawing control, the drawn area is determined as the area to be configured.
S4012a, in response to detecting an area drawing operation of drawing an area in the area to be configured, determines the area to be configured.
Wherein, in S4010a, the configuration interface is provided with a region drawing control.
The region drawing control is used for drawing a region range in the management map, the region names in the region name list are the region names of the region ranges which are not drawn yet, a technician selects a target region name of a region to be drawn in the region name list through selection operation, and the execution main body responds to the selection operation to display a configuration interface corresponding to the target region name, so that the technician draws the corresponding region range for the target region name.
In S4011a, a technician draws an area range in a management map through an area drawing space, executes an operation of a main body responding to the drawn area, determines the area range drawn by the technician, and determines the drawn area as an area corresponding to a target area name, thereby obtaining an area to be configured.
By selecting the embodiment, a specific drawing method of the area to be configured is provided, so that technicians can draw the area to be configured efficiently, and subsequent determination of the processing personnel is facilitated.
Before determining the area to be configured in response to the area determination operation for managing the map input, further comprising: in response to a selection operation for inputting a target area name in an area name list, displaying a configuration interface of an area to be configured, which is identified by the target area name, wherein the configuration interface is provided with an area drawing control and a user selection control, and in response to an area determination operation for managing map input, determining the area to be configured comprises the following steps:

On the basis that the corresponding relation between the area and the processing personnel is preset, determining the processing personnel corresponding to the target area according to the corresponding relation, and distributing the events to be distributed to the processing personnel corresponding to the target for processing, specifically, each processing personnel can hold a terminal (such as a mobile phone, a smart watch and the like), and each event to be distributed can be generated to the terminal held by the corresponding processing personnel during distribution, so that each processing personnel can process the events to be distributed in time.
It can be understood that each event to be distributed may be distributed to each processor corresponding to the target area, and if some processors have other events to be processed and cannot complete the event to be distributed, then the event to be distributed is further distributed to the processors, which reduces the processing efficiency of the time to be distributed, and therefore, the application further provides an event distribution method, as shown in fig. 8, including:

In S802, the technician may view related information of each processor through a viewing operation of the processor, as described above, and specifically, the viewing operation of each processor may be selecting a target area in the management map, and accordingly, the executing body may display, on a side of the management map, information of the processor corresponding to the target area, such as the function, the status, and the like of each processor, so that the technician may select the target processor according to the information of the processor.
In S803, the technician views the information of the processing personnel, and may select, in combination with the information of the processing personnel, a suitable processing personnel from the processing personnel corresponding to the target area through the selection operation of the processing personnel, and the execution subject determines the target processing personnel from the processing personnel corresponding to the target area in response to the selection operation of the processing personnel, and distributes the event to be distributed to the target processing personnel for processing, for example, sends the event to be distributed to the terminal to which the target processing personnel belongs.
By selecting the embodiment, a flexible method for selecting the processing personnel is provided, so that the events to be distributed are reasonably distributed to the proper target processing personnel, and the processing efficiency of the events to be distributed is improved.
In different scenarios, the number of processors assigned to the event to be assigned may be different, so in one possible embodiment, the present application further provides a method for assigning processors, as shown in fig. 9, where the method includes:

According to the embodiment, the processing personnel corresponding to the proper target area are allocated to the event to be allocated according to different conditions, so that the event to be allocated is efficiently processed while the processing resources of the processing personnel are not wasted.

In a possible embodiment, the event allocation module 1102 is specifically configured to, in response to detecting a first event that drags an element corresponding to the event to be allocated in the display interface to a target location in the management map, determine a target area to which the target location belongs, and associate the event to be allocated with one or more of the processing personnel corresponding to the target area; or alternatively, the process may be performed,

In a possible embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a handler selection module for associating the event to be distributed with one or more handlers corresponding to the target area by:
responding to the checking operation of the processor checking the target area, and displaying the processor information corresponding to the target area;
and responding to the processor selection operation aiming at the processor information input, and distributing the event to be distributed to the target processor selected in the processor selection operation.
In a possible embodiment, the processor selecting module is specifically configured to, if the allocation mode is a selecting mode, respond to a viewing operation of a processor corresponding to the target area, and display processor information corresponding to the target area;

1. A method of event distribution, the method comprising:
displaying a management map divided into a plurality of areas;
and in response to an event allocation operation input for an event to be allocated and a target area in the management map, associating the event to be allocated with one or more of the processing personnel corresponding to the target area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the associating the to-be-allocated event with one or more of the processing personnel corresponding to the target area in response to an event allocation operation for the to-be-allocated event and the target area in the management map comprises:
in response to detection of a first event of dragging an element corresponding to the event to be allocated in a display interface to a target position in the management map, determining a target area to which the target position belongs, and associating the event to be allocated with one or more of the processing personnel corresponding to the target area; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
In response to detecting a second event of inputting the identification of the event to be allocated to a target position in the management map, determining a target area to which the target position belongs, and associating the event to be allocated with one or more of the processing personnel corresponding to the target area; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and in response to detecting a third event of inputting the identification or the coordinates of the target area into the element corresponding to the event to be allocated, determining the target area to which the target position belongs, and associating the event to be allocated with one or more of the processing personnel corresponding to the target area.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the event allocation operation in response to input for the event to be allocated and the target area in the management map, the method further comprises:
receiving event information of an event to be distributed, wherein the event information comprises an event occurrence position;
determining an area to which the event occurrence position belongs as a candidate target area based on the event occurrence position and the position range of each area in the management map;
and displaying the prompt information of the candidate target area.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the correspondence between each area and the treating person is preset by the following method:
determining a region to be configured in response to a region determination operation for the management map input;
and determining a target person in response to a person selection operation for the processing person, and setting the corresponding relation between the to-be-configured area and the target person to obtain the corresponding relation between the area and the processing person.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
responding to a selection operation input for a target area name in an area name list, and displaying a configuration interface identified by the target area name, wherein the configuration interface is provided with an area drawing control;
the determining, in response to an area determination operation for the management map input, an area to be configured includes:
and in response to an operation of drawing an area on the management map through the area drawing control, determining the drawn area as the area to be configured.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining the area to be configured in response to an area determination operation for the management map input comprises:
Determining a region to be configured in response to detecting a region selection operation for the management map input;
in response to detecting an area drawing operation that draws an area in the area to be configured, an area to be configured is determined.
7. An event distribution apparatus, said apparatus comprising:
