本发明涉及一种化学肥料,是一种微肥、杀菌剂、植物生长调节剂,土壤调理剂和催化剂组成的综合微肥。
目前,由于农作物大量施用单一化肥而引起了农作物的缺素症,作物缺素症主要表现为腐根、软茎、烂叶、脱花、掉果等,土传性真菌病害,主要因镰刀菌、孢子菌、子囊菌等引起的立枯病、褐斑病、灰霉病、猝倒病为重。目前防治此类病害的主要药物是高效低毒杀菌剂农药。如福美双、速克灵等。这种农药杀菌是单方面的,是表面性的治理,效果比较差。
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的就是提供一种从肥药双效上综合治理的化学肥料,从作物幼苗期预先防治,再加之杀菌剂农药、植物生长调节剂、土壤调理剂,及催化剂的结合,很好地调节作物生长机理、协调营养链,疏松土壤结构,加快营养的腐熟转化,使作物生长茁壮,根系发达,茎叶嫩绿,免疫防病,增产优质。
本发明可以通过以下措施来实现:本发明具有多效性和专用性。表现为对豆类作物的立枯病、褐斑病;洋芋环腐病,小麦全蚀病,黄瓜灰霉病效果非常明显。这些农业科技上一直难以解决的病害,本产品抑制率达到70~95%之间。对以上病虫害的防治可选用微量元素共十一种,分别是硫酸锌、硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、硫酸铜、硫酸锰、硫酸钴、硼酸、铜酸铵、农用稀土。占产品总重量的52%。
上述多种杀菌剂一般是可湿性粉剂,属有机硫类,分别是50%福美双、70%代森锰锌、72%硫酸链霉素、64%杀毒矾、72%克露。亦可因不同作物选用,占产品总量的43%。
上述植物生长调节剂是粉状物,包括生长激素15%赤霉素粉剂,防落剂荼乙酸;生根剂吲噌乙酸,矮壮素二氯乙基三甲氯化铵、抑制剂15%烯效唑可湿性粉剂。可因植物不同单独使用合并使用,占制剂总量的1.5%。
上述土壤调理剂是聚乙烯茎乙酸(PVA),外加催化剂,旨在加快无机化肥和有机物的吸收转化,调节土壤酸碱性,疏松土层,增加透气性,防止板结,用量占总重量的3.5%。
本发明作物杀菌助长调节微肥,其制备过程简易。方法是按配比方案原料粉碎,一般为300目,按用量准确计量、混合,然后加入调节剂,将pH调至6.8-7.5之间。本产量各原料一般为硫制剂粉状物,按比例均匀混合,相互间没有反应。施用时每100克溶水1.5公斤,拌种15公斤;每100克溶水40公斤,制成0.25%溶液叶面喷施、溶液pH值为6.8-7.5之间。产品工艺简单、投资少、效果奇、包装、施用方便,是目前很可靠的特效微肥。
本发明根据作物不同,配方调整组合为四个类型,即豆类、麦类、蔬菜、果树专用型。其中豆类专用型主要针对豆类作物立枯病(根腐病)研制,对病害抑制率80%,增产率15-39%。麦类专用型主要针对小麦全蚀病研制,其抑制率70%以上,增产率7-12%。
蔬菜专用型对黄瓜灰霉病效果十分明显,对霜霉病也有很好的防治效果、增产率为31.1%。对洋芋的环腐病抑制率95%以上,其他菜类作物的根腐、烂叶、轻茎病效果亦非常显著。
果树专用型对苹果的脱花病、黑星病、梨的空心病、腐烂病等效果十分明显。
本发明绿效灵作物杀菌助长调节微肥与同类产品相比,具有以下优点:
1.本产品针对性强。针对缺素症和菌害病进行研制。对前述作物立枯病、全蚀病、腐烂病等是一次新的突破;
2.本产品补充了单一化肥无法替代的功效,正好配合了尿素、磷肥、复合肥的不足之处。又从“表本兼治”的原则方面解决了该病害。
3.本产品除肥药功效外,通过植物生长调节剂、土壤调斑剂及催化剂,揭开了作物倒茬的真实演义,解决了作物倒茬的缺陷和不足,为农业科技领域解决了一大难题。
4.本产品施用效果非常显著。例如:黄瓜喷施3-4天,可抑制茵立枯病98%,并且能比对照处理离出10公分。防病治病均很明显。大田作物“一拌两喷”处理。可早发芽,早成熟。根系发达,茎叶茁壮、籽粒饱满、增加产量、优化品质。对土壤调节土性、疏松软化、防止板结,促进有机物的腐烂熟化。

1.一种作物杀菌、助长、调节微肥,其特征在于它由十一种微量元素、多种高效杀菌剂,五种植物生长调节剂,一种土壤调理剂,一种催化剂优化组合而成。属可湿性有机硫制剂粉状物,pH值在6.8~7.5之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的作物杀菌助长调节微肥,其特征在于所述的十一种微量元素一般为无机硫类盐,分别是硫酸钾、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、硫酸钴、硼酸、铜酸铵、农用稀土,占产品总量的52%,亦可根据不同作物选择使用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的作物杀菌助长调节微肥,其特征在于所述的高效低毒杀菌剂一般为有机硫可湿性粉状杀菌剂,可以是50%福美双,75%代表锰锌、72%硫酸链霉素、64%杀毒矾、72%克露等,占产品总量的43%,硫制杀菌剂亦可因作物不同选择。
4.根据权利要求1所述的作物杀菌助长调节微肥,其特征在于所述的调节剂为粉剂或结晶物,分别是赤霉素,防药剂2-荼乙酸,生根剂口引噌乙酸,矮壮素二氯乙茎三甲基氯化铵,抑制率15%烯效唑可湿性粉剂,占产品总量的1.5%,可根据不同作物组合使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的作物杀菌助长调节微肥,其特征在于所述的土壤调理剂是聚乙烯基乙酸(PVA)、催化剂(腐熟剂)存在调节土壤结构,加快营养物的腐熟转化和吸收,二类共计占产品总量的3.5%。
