In some implementations, in response to a user uploading information through a picture, the processing device may extract text information and/or digital information in the picture through an image recognition algorithm and populate fields corresponding to the text information and/or digital information.
The text information and/or the digital information refers to text content and/or digital content required for a stock account opening process. For example, the textual information may include name, gender, ethnicity, etc., and the numerical information may include identification number, date of birth, etc.
In some embodiments, the processing device may determine the text information and/or the digital information based on the user selected picture type and location information of the text information and/or the digital information in the picture. For example, if the user selects a picture type that is an identification card, the processing device may determine text information and/or digital information on the identification card based on optical character recognition Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology through image preprocessing, image segmentation, character recognition, recognition result processing, and so on.
By extracting the text information and/or the digital information in the picture uploaded by the user and filling the columns corresponding to the text information and/or the digital information, the stock account opening efficiency of the user is higher, and the data filling is more accurate.
In some embodiments, in response to a user needing to interact with a digital virtual person during a stock account opening process, the processing device may obtain input information for the user, determine a target answer corresponding to the input information based on the input information, and interactively feed back the target answer to the user by the digital virtual person.
In some embodiments, the user's interactions with the digital virtual person during the stock account opening process may include operation guidance, shortcut operations, and artificial intelligence interactions. Wherein the operation guidance may include voice and/or text guidance, the shortcut operation may include intelligent shortcut clicking, and the artificial intelligent interaction may include interactively feeding back a target reply corresponding to the input information of the user to the user. And setting up a digital virtual person to guide the user to conduct the stock account opening system on line through an interactive mode of simulating the direct communication between the user on line and the stock account opening service personnel, so that the user interacts with the digital virtual person in the stock account opening process. For example, as shown in fig. 7A, when a user enters a digital virtual person to guide the user to conduct a stock account opening page of a stock account opening system online, the digital virtual person may welcome and introduce a stock account opening service through voice explanation, action expression, and the like. For another example, as shown in fig. 7B, in the account information confirmation stage, the digital virtual person may guide the user to perform face recognition to obtain the identity information of the user. For another example, as shown in fig. 7C, the digital dummy may guide the user to quickly select the type of picture to be uploaded in the stage of guiding the user to submit the stock account opening information.
In the current stock account opening process, a lot of form information needs to be filled in, and the process is complicated. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the digital virtual person may more efficiently complete the entire information collection process through interaction modes such as operation guidance, shortcut operation, and artificial intelligence interaction.
In some embodiments, when a user has a problem in the stock account opening process (i.e., the user needs to interact with the digital virtual person in the stock account opening process), the processing device may obtain input information of the user, determine a target answer corresponding to the input information based on the input information, and feed back the target answer to the user in a form of a question-answer (i.e., interactively) by the digital virtual person in combination with a text, a video, etc., and also have some encouraged words and action expressions. For example, a digital dummy asks the user: "please tell you that there is little investment experience, general investment experience, or rich investment experience? "the user may consider the need to interact with the digital dummy without knowing the meaning of the rich investment experience, i.e., ask the digital dummy: what is a rich investment experience? After the digital dummy determines the target reply corresponding to the user input information, replying to the user: "abundant investment experience" means investment over 5 years, operating over-funded stocks, or doing professional securities trade, etc. And the last three steps become the best of the cheer, the fueling is-! "
In some embodiments, the processing device may extract keywords based on the input information and search a question bank to determine a standard question and its target answer corresponding to the input information. The question library stores standard questions and target answers thereof.
In some embodiments, the processing device may determine a target answer corresponding to the input information based on the question identification model. For more details on determining a target answer corresponding to the input information based on the question identification model, see fig. 5 and its associated description.
In some embodiments, the processing device may acquire an execution time and/or an execution step of the stock account opening process, and determine whether the execution time and/or the execution step satisfies the corresponding second preset condition. And starting the emotion function in response to the execution time and/or the execution step meeting the corresponding second preset condition. The affective functionality can be used to interact with the user emotionally. The emotional interactions may include: emotional expression, emotional pacifying, and emotional resonance.
For more details on activating affective functions see fig. 4 and its associated description.
In some embodiments, in response to the same user taking multiple identity information for stock account opening, the processing device may bind with different assets of the user through the identity information identification, separately managing the assets of the user.
The identity information refers to information reflecting the country to which the user belongs. For example, the identity information may include chinese nationality, british nationality, korean nationality, and the like.
The identity information identifier refers to an identifier which can embody identity information. For example, the identity information identifier may include a chinese passport identification ID, a uk passport identification ID, a korean passport identification ID, and the like.
In some embodiments, in response to the same user taking a stock account with both French nationality and Italian nationality (i.e., multiple identity information), the processing device may separately manage the user's assets by binding the French passport certificate ID and Italian passport certificate ID (i.e., identity information identification) with the user's different assets.
Because laws, rules and the like corresponding to the identity information identifiers may be different, the user account can be clearer and more convenient to manage by separately managing the assets of the user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a digital virtual person guides a user to conduct a stock account opening online, so that the difficulty of the stock account opening of the user can be reduced, and the efficiency and the conversion rate of the stock account opening are improved, thereby improving the user experience.
It should be noted that the above description of the flow number virtual person guiding the user to make a stock account opening online is only for illustration and description, and does not limit the application scope of the present specification. Execution time refers to the time a user spends at a certain step. For example, the execution time may include 10s, 45s, 88s, etc.
The execution step refers to the step that the user is in the stock account opening process. For example, the executing step may include entering a stock account opening, a third step of a stock account opening, a last step of a stock account opening, completion of a stock account opening, and the like.
The second preset condition is a preset condition requiring activation of an emotion function. For example, the second preset condition may include a preset time and a preset step, where the preset time may include an execution time of 30s or more, and the preset step may include an execution step of entering a stock account, an execution step of a last step of the stock account, an execution step of completing the stock account, and so on.
In some embodiments, the processing device may determine the second preset condition based on a time at which the current user answers the historical questions. For example, the time for the current user to answer the historical questions is lower than the average value of the time for the plurality of historical users to answer the corresponding historical questions, the response speed is high, and the preset time of the user can be correspondingly reduced. In some embodiments, the processing device may determine the second preset condition based on times at which the plurality of historical users answer the current question. For example, the processing device may multiply the time for the plurality of historical users to answer the current question by 120% to determine the preset time for the current question. In some embodiments, the processing device may also determine the second preset condition in combination with the network condition, the user characteristics (e.g., age, gender, etc.). For example, the current user may be older than 60 years old, sexed female, and the processing device may extend the preset time accordingly. In some embodiments, the processing device may determine the preset step based on steps that are easily discarded when a plurality of historical users answer the historical questions. For example, if more than 20% of the historical users answer the third to last question and give up stock account opening, then this step may be determined to be a preset step. When this step is reached, the digital dummy can succeed by "there are three more steps, refuel-! The digital dummy can carry out emotion resonance through question marks, boring talk, encouragement, congratulation and the like.
In some embodiments, in response to the execution time being 31s (greater than the preset time 30 s), the corresponding second preset condition is met, the digital virtual person may determine that the user may encounter difficulty in the stock account opening process, may actively ask the user if the user needs kinetic energy such as operation guidance, function explanation, answering assistance, etc., while encouraging the user to complete the stock account opening process by speaking, and encouraging the user by encouraging actions, expressions, sound changes, etc. In some embodiments, in response to performing the step of entering a stock account, the digital dummy may welcome and introduce the stock account service through functional explanation, action, expression, etc. In some embodiments, in response to the execution step being the last step of a stock account opening, the digital dummy may succeed by "last step in addition to the fueling ≡! FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a process 500 for determining a target answer corresponding to input information based on a question identification model, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, the processing device may perform artificial intelligence interactions through a problem recognition model that includes an embedded layer and a problem recognition layer. The embedded layer is used for determining standard questions, and the question recognition layer is used for determining target answers and accuracy thereof.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, problem identification model 520 may include an embedded layer 520-1 and a problem identification layer 520-2.
In some embodiments, both the embedding layer 520-1 and the problem identification layer 520-2 may be Neural Network models (NNs).
The input of the embedded layer 520-1 is input information 510 and the output is standard questions 530; the input to the question identification layer 520-2 is the output standard question 530 of the embedded layer 520-1, which is output as the target answer and its accuracy 540.
The input information 510 refers to question information input by the user. For example, the input information 510 may be "why is there a rich investment experience? "
The standard questions 530 are questions in the database corresponding to the question information input by the user. For example, why is the input information 510 a rich investment experience? "corresponding standard questions 530 may be" standard meaning with rich investment experience? "
The target reply and its accuracy 540 are the replies that the pointer gets to the input information 510. For example, why is the input information 510 a rich investment experience? "corresponding target answers and their accuracy 540 may be" rich investment experience means investment over 5 years, operating over-funded stocks, or doing professional stock exchanges, etc. "and accuracy is 90%.
In some embodiments, the embedded layer 520-1, the problem identification layer 520-2 may be obtained through joint training. For example, sample input information is input to the embedded layer 520-1, resulting in a sample standard problem output by the embedded layer 520-1; the sample standard questions output by the embedded layer 520-1 are input into the question recognition layer 520-2, and the sample target answers and the accuracy rate output by the question recognition layer 520-2 are obtained.
The labels of the training samples may be obtained based on the user's composite score in the historical data and the number of times that similar questions continue to be posed. In the historical data, after the user obtains the sample target answers, the sample target answers are scored. If the sample target answer is not satisfied, then similar questions continue to be posed. The processing device may determine the accuracy of the sample target answer based on the composite score of the user in the historical data and the number of times that similar questions continue to be posed. In some embodiments, the processing device may sort the composite score of the user and the number of times that similar questions continue to be posed into a data lookup table, and determine the accuracy of the sample target answer based on the data lookup table. For example, based on the comprehensive score of the user of the sample input information in the data comparison table being 85 points, the number of times of continuously presenting the similar questions is 0, the accuracy of the sample target answer corresponding to the sample input information is determined to be 85%, the comprehensive score of the user of the sample input information a is 85 points, the number of times of continuously presenting the similar questions is 0, and the accuracy of the sample target answer corresponding to the sample input information a is determined to be 85%.
Training of the initial model may include one or more iterations. For example only, in the current iteration, for each training sample, the processing device may determine the target answer for the sample input information and its accuracy using the intermediate model. If the current iteration is the first iteration, the intermediate model may be the initial model. If the current iteration is the other iteration, the intermediate model may be the model generated in the last iteration. The problem recognition model 520 may construct a loss function based on the accuracy of the sample target response and the accuracy of the target response in the output result of the problem recognition layer 520-2, and update parameters of the embedding layer 520-1 and the problem recognition layer 520-2 until a preset condition is satisfied, and training is completed. The preset condition may be one or more of loss function being less than a threshold, convergence, or training period reaching a threshold, etc.
In some embodiments, when the embedded layer 520-1 fails to determine the standard question 530, then a manual agent may be initiated to answer the question. And adding the problem serving as a standard problem, a target answer of the manual seat reply and the accuracy of the target answer obtained according to the comprehensive score of the user and the times of continuously presenting similar problems to training data of the model, and further iteratively optimizing the model.
In some embodiments, when the accuracy of the target answer output by the issue recognition layer 520-2 is less than a preset threshold (e.g., 60%), then a manual agent may be initiated to answer the issue. And adding the problem serving as a standard problem, a target answer of the manual seat reply and the accuracy of the target answer obtained according to the comprehensive score of the user and the times of continuously presenting similar problems to training data of the model, and further iteratively optimizing the model.
In some embodiments of the present description, the input information is processed to obtain the target answer by a question recognition model that includes an embedded layer and a question recognition layer. The method is beneficial to obtaining accurate replies, and the joint training embedding layer and the problem recognition layer can not only reduce the number of required samples, but also improve the training efficiency. Meanwhile, when the manual agent answer is started, the obtained standard questions, target answers and accuracy thereof further iterate the optimization model, so that the target answer determined by the question identification model can be more accurate.
FIG. 6 is an exemplary flow chart of a digital virtual person guiding a user to conduct a stock opening system online according to further embodiments of the present description.
In some embodiments, the digital virtual person may direct the user to conduct a stock account opening online in response to the user not exiting and re-entering the stock account opening process under a first preset condition.

Claims (10)

1. A method for a digital dummy to guide a user to conduct a stock opening on-line, the method being performed by at least one processing device, the method comprising the steps of:
Acquiring identity information of a user on line, and carrying out identity recognition based on the identity information of the user to obtain an identity recognition result;
determining a guiding strategy of stock account opening based on the identity recognition result, and guiding a user to perform stock account opening online by the digital virtual person based on the guiding strategy;
the stock account opening process comprises one or more of the following conditions:
responding to the user to exit and re-entering the stock account opening process under a first preset condition, wherein the user continues to carry out the stock account opening from the next step of the stock account opening step completed before exiting, and the stock account opening step completed before exiting is recorded in a storage device;
after the user uploads the information through the picture, extracting text information and/or digital information in the picture through an image recognition algorithm and filling columns corresponding to the text information and/or the digital information; and
in response to the user needing to interact with the digital virtual person in the stock account opening process, processing equipment obtains input information of the user, determines a target answer corresponding to the input information based on the input information, and interactively feeds back the target answer to the user by the digital virtual person.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the guidance policy comprises a guidance policy for a first stock account opening, a guidance policy for a non-first stock account opening, and a guidance policy for proceeding to an intermediate step of a stock account opening.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the stock account opening process further comprises the following:
acquiring the execution time and/or execution step of the stock account opening process, and judging whether the execution time and/or execution step meets a corresponding second preset condition;
and responding to the execution time and/or the execution step meeting a corresponding second preset condition, starting an emotion function, wherein the emotion function is used for carrying out emotion interaction with the user, and the emotion interaction comprises the following steps: emotional expression, emotional pacifying, and emotional resonance.
4.
