The fifth generation mobile communication technology (5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,5G) is a new generation broadband mobile communication technology with high speed, low time delay and large connection characteristics, and is a network infrastructure for realizing man-machine object interconnection. The third generation partnership project 3GPP promulgates the first evolution standard R16 of 5G (Release-16) 7 months 2020. The 3GPP establishes an internet protocol multimedia subsystem Data Channel (Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem Data Channel, IMS Data Channel) standard, the internet protocol multimedia subsystem IMS is used as an infrastructure of a voice network in the 5G era, and the R16 standard issued by the 3GPP defines the processes of negotiating and establishing the IMS Data Channel supported by a terminal and a network side, and the like, so that an operator only needs to upgrade an IMS core network when deploying a 5G new call solution, and the method has the advantages of safety, real-time performance and reliability.
Along with rapid development of technology, people are more and more vigorous in demand for intelligent home, and meanwhile, the demand for intelligent home equipment is also higher and higher, so that the intelligent home equipment is more and more developed in technology for controlling the intelligent home equipment in order to enable the functions of the intelligent home equipment to be more in line with the use demands of people.
In the related art, a user directly controls the intelligent home equipment through a network, so that convenience in use is brought to the majority of users. However, because the intelligent home server provided by the intelligent home manufacturer directly interacts with the intelligent home equipment through the network, in the process of the interaction between the intelligent home server and the intelligent home equipment, the risk that the intelligent home server collects and acquires user data from the intelligent home equipment privately exists, and potential threat is caused to personal information security of the user. How to provide intelligent home service for users and simultaneously guarantee personal information safety of the users is an urgent problem to be solved by practitioners in the field of intelligent home service.
In order to solve the problems, the embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent household equipment control method, an intelligent household equipment control system, electronic equipment and a storage medium, which can provide intelligent household service for users and ensure personal information safety of the users.
Referring to fig. 1, a smart home device control method according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is applied to a device control terminal, and includes:
step S101, receiving a control instruction from a network control server through a data transmission channel, wherein the data transmission channel is an Internet protocol multimedia subsystem data channel;
step S102, a control instruction is sent to the intelligent household equipment so as to control the intelligent household equipment to execute the function corresponding to the control instruction.
In some embodiments of the invention, the device control terminal may be, but is not limited to, from the following providers: an operator of the network service, a manufacturer of the smart home device, or other manufacturer trusted by the user. The device control terminal is used for sending a control instruction to the intelligent household device so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the intelligent household device. It should be understood that the device control terminal sends the control instruction to the smart home device includes, but is not limited to, the following cases: the equipment control terminal acquires a control instruction from the network control server and directly transfers the control instruction to the intelligent household equipment; or the equipment control terminal obtains the control instruction from the network control server, analyzes the control instruction and then sends part of the control instruction to the intelligent household equipment; or the equipment control terminal acquires the control instruction from the network control server, converts part of the control instruction into a form and then sends the converted control instruction to the intelligent household equipment. It should be emphasized that the control instruction refers to an instruction for controlling the smart home device, and the control instruction is not limited to a specific type of signal or expression.
The device control terminal receives the control instruction from the network control server and sends the control instruction to the intelligent household device so as to control the intelligent household device to execute the function corresponding to the requirement of the control instruction according to the control instruction. The Data transmission Channel used by the control instruction in the transmission process between the network control server and the equipment control terminal is an internet protocol multimedia subsystem Data Channel IMS Data Channel. Because the IMS Data Channel and the audio-video Channel belong to two information interaction channels which are isolated from each other, and compared with the traditional audio-video information interaction Channel, the IMS Data Channel has better security. Therefore, the Data transmission Channel set on the basis of the IMS Data Channel can play an isolating role between the intelligent home server and the intelligent home equipment in the process of transmitting the control instruction, so that the safety of user Data and user personal information is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, before step S101, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, the method includes:
step S201, receiving a channel establishment request from the network control server;
step S202, in response to the channel establishment request, a channel establishment response is sent to the network control server, and the success of the establishment of the data transmission channel is confirmed.
It should be noted that, steps S101 to S102 are applicable to a case where a Data transmission Channel based on IMS Data Channel setting already exists between the network control server and the device control terminal. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the smart home device control method further includes a case that a data transmission channel needs to be established in advance, and then step S101 and step S102 are executed. Step S101 of receiving a control command from a network control server through a Data transmission Channel includes receiving the control command when an IMS Data Channel already exists, and further includes establishing an IMS Data Channel first and then receiving the control command with the IMS Data Channel as the Data transmission Channel when the IMS Data Channel is not yet established.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, before step S101, the method further includes:
step S301, receiving a control call from a network control server;
step S302, identity recognition is carried out on a control main body according to a control call;
step S303, when the identity identification is passed, the network control server responds to the control call response to confirm that the control call is established successfully.
It should be noted that, the control call and the control call answer are used to establish a control call, and the network control server receives a control request via the control call. In some embodiments of the present invention, the network control server generates a control instruction according to the received control request to control the smart home device, thereby controlling the smart home device. In other embodiments of the present invention, when the user terminal initiates the control call, the control request can be directly sent to the device control terminal through the control call, so that the smart home device performs the function corresponding to the control request.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, step S302 includes:
step S401, according to the control call, generating identity identification information;
step S402, determining the category of the control main body according to the identity identification information;
in some embodiments provided herein, the identification information refers to information for identifying the identity of a controlling agent, which is the controlling call initiator. It should be noted that the initiation of the control call includes, but is not limited to, the following: the user side initiates a control call to the network control server, and after the control call is processed by the network control server to generate a control instruction, the equipment control terminal acquires the control instruction and controls the intelligent household equipment according to the control instruction; or the intelligent home server actively initiates a control call to the network control server, and after the control call is processed by the network control server to generate a control instruction, the equipment control terminal acquires the control instruction and controls the intelligent home equipment according to the control instruction; or the equipment control terminal initiates a control call to the network control server, the network control server sends the control call to the intelligent home server, obtains the response of the intelligent home server to the control call and generates a control instruction, and then the equipment control terminal obtains the control instruction and controls the intelligent home equipment according to the control instruction. It should be understood that the control call initiator includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned user terminal, smart home server, and device control terminal.
Step S403, when the control main body is a user terminal, the number of the user terminal is obtained according to the identity identification information;
according to some embodiments of the present invention, the identification information includes verification information for identifying the control body, and when the control body is a user terminal, the identification information also includes a number for the user terminal to initiate a control call;
step S404, after obtaining the user terminal number, inquiring the user terminal number in a preset list;
step S405, when the user terminal number exists in the preset list, the user terminal number is identified.
In some embodiments provided by the invention, a calling module and a white list module are arranged in the equipment control terminal. When the call module of the equipment control terminal receives the control call, the white list module checks the identity information of the control main body according to the control call, when the control main body is a user end, the number of the user end is compared with a preset list, and when the number of the user end exists in the preset list, the user end passes through the identity identification. It should be understood that the preset list stores the user terminal number with safe identity information. According to steps S401 to S405, it can be checked whether the number of the user terminal initiating the control request to the smart home device exists in the preset list, so as to determine whether the identity of the user terminal is a safe identity, so that the security of the smart home device control method of the present invention is further improved in steps S401 to S405.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, step S502 further includes:
step S501, when the control main body is an intelligent home server, inquiring identity confirmation information from a network control server, wherein the identity confirmation information is used for proving that the user side confirms the identity of the intelligent home server;
step S502, according to the response of the network control server to the inquiry request, the identity confirmation information is obtained and the identity is identified.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after determining the category of the control body according to the identity identification information in step S502, when the control body is identified as the smart home server, the device control terminal sends a request for querying the identity identification information to the network control server. It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the control request sent by the intelligent home server to the network control server needs to be confirmed by the user end and the identity confirmation information is sent to the network control server, so that the network control server can execute the next action. Therefore, in step S501 to step S502, the identity confirmation information is sent from the network control server to the device control terminal via the inquiry request of the device control terminal as credential information for proving that the user side has confirmed the identity of the smart home server. Step S501 to step S502 further improve the security of the intelligent home equipment control method.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, step S102 of sending a control instruction to the smart home device includes:
step S601, analyzing the control instruction to generate a program control instruction;
step S602, according to the program control instruction, calling a preset program to further analyze the control instruction to generate an equipment control instruction, wherein the equipment control instruction is used for controlling the intelligent household equipment to execute the function corresponding to the equipment control instruction;
step S603, a device control instruction is sent to the smart home device.
In some other embodiments of the present invention, step S102 sends a control instruction to the smart home device, and further includes:
the equipment control terminal analyzes the control instruction, generates a program control instruction and an equipment control instruction, and the equipment control instruction is used for controlling the intelligent household equipment to execute the function corresponding to the equipment control instruction.
And calling a preset program according to the program control instruction to send the equipment control instruction to the intelligent household equipment.
It should be noted that, the step S102 of sending the control instruction to the smart home device should not be interpreted as narrowly as forwarding the control instruction to the smart home device completely, and sending the control instruction to the smart home device further includes sending the control instruction after analyzing the control instruction to the smart home device after analyzing a part of the control instruction. For example, in the above embodiment, the control instruction is parsed to generate the program control instruction and the device control instruction, wherein the program control instruction and the device control instruction should be regarded as a part of the control instruction, and thus the situation of the above embodiment should be covered by step S102.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a program control module is disposed in an equipment control terminal, and the program control module is configured to call a preset program according to a program control instruction, so that the preset program converts the control instruction into an equipment control instruction, so that the equipment control terminal can control an intelligent home equipment to execute a function corresponding to the equipment control instruction. Step S601 to step S603 realize the function that the equipment control terminal controls the intelligent household equipment by itself according to the control instruction. When a user needs to control the intelligent household equipment, a control request is initiated to the network control server through the user side, the network control server converts the control request into a control instruction and then sends the control instruction to the equipment control terminal, and a program control module in the equipment control terminal can call a corresponding preset program according to the control instruction to send the equipment control instruction to the intelligent household equipment so as to realize a corresponding function. For a user, complicated operation steps needed to be carried out when the user controls the intelligent household equipment on the user side are omitted, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the device control terminal further includes a media conversion module, where the media conversion module is configured to identify the control instruction and its media form, and convert the control instruction into a control instruction in text form so as to control the smart home device or other modules. For example, when the network control server sends a control instruction in a voice form to the device control terminal, the device control terminal sends the control instruction to the internal media conversion module and converts the control instruction into a text form, so as to control the smart home device or other modules according to the control instruction. It should be understood that in some embodiments of the present invention, the media conversion module may also convert the feedback signal of the control command from a text form to a corresponding media form and send the feedback signal of the control command to the network control server, for example, convert the feedback signal of the control command from a text form to a voice form and send the feedback signal of the control command to the network control server.
Referring to fig. 7, in a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling an intelligent home device, which is applied to a network control server, and includes:
step S701, receiving a control request and generating a control instruction according to the control request;
in step S702, a control instruction is sent to the device control terminal through a Data transmission Channel, so that the device control terminal makes the smart home device execute a function corresponding to the control instruction, and the Data transmission Channel is an IMS Data Channel.
In some embodiments provided by the invention, the network control server is provided by an operator of the network service, receives the control request, generates a control instruction according to the control request, and sends the control instruction to the equipment control terminal through the data transmission channel. It should be noted that the control request includes, but is not limited to, those from the following types of initiators: the intelligent household system comprises a user terminal, an intelligent household server and a device control terminal. The following is a specific description of several types of situations in which control requests are initiated: when the user side is used as a control request initiator, the user side usually needs the intelligent home equipment to execute certain function or functions, for example, the user side needs the intelligent sound box to play music; when the smart home server is used as a control request initiator, the smart home server needs to actively adjust functions of the smart home device, for example, the smart home server needs to periodically update programs and add functions to the smart home device; when the device control terminal is used as a control request initiator, it is usually required that the device control terminal makes the smart home server provide a certain service via the network control server, for example, the device control terminal hopes that the smart home server provides maintenance and upgrade services for the smart home device. It should be emphasized that the initiation of the control request includes, but is not limited to, the above scenario, to name just a few common embodiments of the smart home device control method of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7 and fig. 8, before a step S702 of sending a control instruction to a device control terminal through a data transmission channel according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, the method includes:
step S801, a channel establishment request is sent to a device control terminal;
step S802, according to the response of the equipment control terminal to the channel establishment request, the channel establishment response is obtained, and the data transmission channel is successfully established.
It should be noted that, steps S701 to S702 are applicable to a case where a Data transmission Channel based on the IMS Data Channel setting already exists between the network control server and the device control terminal. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the smart home device control method further includes a case that a data transmission channel needs to be established in advance, and then step S701 and step S702 are executed. Specifically, after receiving the control request, the network control server sends a request for establishing a data transmission channel to the device control terminal, and the device control terminal processes the channel establishment request to form a channel establishment response and sends the channel establishment response to the network control server as a response of the channel establishment request. After receiving the Channel establishment response, the network control server establishes a Data transmission Channel with the equipment control terminal for Data transmission based on IMS Data Channel.
Referring to fig. 9, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, the smart home device control method in the present invention further includes:
step S901, determining the category of the control subject according to the control call;
step S902, when a control main body is an intelligent home server, control verification information is generated;
step S903, the control verification information is sent to the user terminal;
step S904, obtaining identity confirmation information from a user side;
step S905, after acquiring the identity confirmation information, forwarding the control call to the equipment control terminal;
step S906, receiving a query request from a device control terminal;
step S907, in response to the inquiry request, the identity confirmation information is sent to the equipment control terminal;
step S908, receiving a control call response according to the identity confirmation information responded by the equipment control terminal, and forwarding the control call response to the intelligent home server so as to establish a control call;
in step S909, a control request is acquired by controlling a call, and a control instruction is generated according to the control request.
In some embodiments provided by the present invention, control verification information is used to identify information of the control request originator. It should be noted that the control check information has a similar effect to the identity information, however, the control check information refers to information of identifying the control subject in the network control server, and the identity information refers to information of identifying the control subject in the device control terminal. It should be understood that the purpose of the network control server sending the control verification information to the user terminal is to confirm the identity security of the smart home server to the user terminal, and if the user terminal confirms that the identity information of the smart home server belongs to the secure identity information, the network control server will receive the identity verification information sent by the user terminal, and therefore, the identity verification information can be used as a credential that the user terminal has confirmed the identity information of the smart home server.
Step S901 to step S909 provide steps of initiating a control call checking link in the network control server, and confirm the identity of the smart home server to the user terminal by sending control checking information to the user terminal after receiving the control call, and after user confirmation, the identity confirmation information can be further acquired, so that a data transmission channel between the smart home server and the device control terminal is established under the permission of the user terminal. When the equipment control terminal needs to inquire whether the user terminal makes permission for the control call of the intelligent home server, the network server takes the identity confirmation information as a certificate and correspondingly sends the certificate to the equipment control terminal so as to complete verification of the identity information.
Referring to fig. 7 and 10, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, receiving a control request in step S701, and generating a control instruction according to the control request includes:
step S1001, receiving a control call from an intelligent home server;
step S1002, forwarding the control call to a device control terminal to control the call to be established successfully;
in step S1003, a control request is received by controlling a call, and a control instruction is generated according to the control request.
After receiving the control call, the device control terminal sends a control call response to the control call to the smart home server via the network control server. Since the network control server transfers the control call response back to the smart home server as a normal operation, the text description of step S1002 is omitted, and the above operation can be understood with reference to the flow arrow of the control call response of fig. 10. Steps S1001 to S1002 illustrate a process in which the smart home server establishes a control call between the network control server and the device control terminal, and step S1003 receives a control request through the control call, and generates a control instruction according to the control request, which is performed during the control call. It should be understood that the network control server plays a role in establishing and maintaining a control call between the smart home server and the device control terminal.
Referring to fig. 7 and 11, according to an embodiment provided by the present invention, receiving the control request in step S701 further includes:
step S1101, receiving a control call, and determining a category of a control subject according to the control call;
step 1102, when the control main body is an intelligent home server, forwarding the control call to the user terminal;
Step S1103, according to the response of the user terminal to the control call, obtaining a control call response, and controlling the call to be established successfully;
step S1104, receiving a call forwarding request and obtaining a device control terminal number;
step S1105, switching the control call from the user terminal to the equipment control terminal according to the equipment control terminal number;
in step S1106, a control request is received by controlling the call, and a control instruction is generated according to the control request.
After receiving the control call, the user end sends a control call response to the control call to the smart home server through the network control server. Since the network control server transfers the control call response back to the smart home server as a normal operation, the text description of step S1103 is omitted, and the above operation can be understood with reference to the flow arrow of the control call response of fig. 11. In step S1101 to step S1106, the network control server forwards the control call sent by the smart home server to the user terminal, and after the user terminal confirms the identity information of the smart home server, the network control server obtains the control call response and establishes a control call between the smart home server and the user terminal. Further, the network control server receives a call forwarding request from the user terminal, which indicates that the user terminal has confirmed the identity information of the intelligent home server, and forwards the control call to the equipment control terminal according to the call forwarding request, so that the intelligent home server can establish the control call with the equipment control terminal through the network control server. It should be appreciated that the network control server serves to establish, transfer and maintain control calls. In step S1101 to step S1105, the control call is initiated to the user terminal, and then after confirmation by the user, the user terminal switches the control call to the device control terminal, so that the risk of the intelligent home server private device control terminal data is reduced in the whole process. It is to be understood that step S1106 is a control request received by the control call established based on steps S1101 to S1105.
Referring to fig. 7 and 12, according to some embodiments provided by the present invention, step S701 receives a control request, and generating a control instruction according to the control request includes:
step S1201, receiving a control request from a device control terminal;
step S1202, according to a control request, a control service request is sent to an intelligent home server;
step S1203, obtaining a service request response according to the response of the intelligent home server to the control service request;
step S1204, generating a control command according to the service request response.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, when the device control terminal needs to request some services from the smart home server, a control request is initiated from the network control server. And after receiving the control request from the equipment control terminal, the network control server sends a control service request to the intelligent home server. The intelligent home server receives the control service request, and responds to the response of the service request according to the control service request, so that the network control server generates a control instruction according to the response of the service request. Finally, step S702 is executed to send a control command to the device control terminal through the data transmission channel. It should be understood that in steps S1201 to S1204, the smart home server passively transmits a service request response to the device control terminal via the network control server under the control of the service request by the device control terminal as a control subject. It should be understood that the process of sending the service request response from the smart home server to the network control server in step S1203 is similar to the process of the smart home server initiating the control request to the network control server in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 9, 10 and 11. Therefore, the subsequent step of the network control server in step S1203 of obtaining the service request response according to the response of the smart home server to the control service request can refer to the embodiments applicable to the embodiments shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11.
