A smoking machine comprises a cabinet, a smoke discharging system, a patrol recorder, a smoke temperature detection device, a manual operation button and a supporting system, and also comprises the electric heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device; the driving device is formed by sequentially connecting a piston connecting rod, a ball screw, a sliding rail, a sliding block, a screw seat, a coupler and a servo motor; the ball screw, the screw seat, the sliding rail and the sliding block are fixed on a bottom plate of the cabinet to form a mechanism capable of converting rotation into linear motion accurately, the coupler is connected with the servo motor, and the piston connecting rod is connected with the smoking cylinder; the loop controller is electrically connected with the servo motor.
Further, the fume exhaust system adopts a variable frequency motor fan to drive the emission of waste fume after detection, and the variable frequency motor fan is controlled by a computer through a frequency converter.
Further, the supporting system is fixed in the cabinet and used for supporting the heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device, and the supporting system is provided with a sliding rail to realize the advancing and retreating of a smoking set fixing frame of the heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device.
Further, the smoking set, the electric heating cigarette, the cigarette holder, the filter, the one-way exhaust valve and the smoking jar in the smoking machine are arranged according to the mode of 5 cigarettes in each of 4 rows. The loop controller controls the servo motor to realize suction port quantity and suction time.
Further, the size of the suction port is realized by controlling the rotation speed of the servo motor through the loop controller. The pumping time is in the range of 1.5-5 seconds, adjusted at a 0.1 second pace. The suction port amount was in the range of 10-70ml, adjusted at a step size of 0.1 ml. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the electric heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device and smoking machine comprises a cabinet 1, a smoke discharging system 5, a patrol recorder 4, a heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device 2, a manual operation button 3 and a support system 6.
As shown in fig. 2, the heating cigarette smoke temperature detecting device 2 is composed of a smoking set 201, an electric heating cigarette 202, a smoking nozzle 203, a temperature sensor 204, a filter 205, a one-way exhaust valve 206, a smoking cylinder 207 and a smoking driving device.
The smoking set 201 is provided with a triggering device and a vibration sensor, the triggering device starts the smoking set to heat after the cigarette is put in, and the vibration sensor senses the vibration of the smoking set after the temperature reaches the ignition point of the cigarette and transmits a signal to a loop controller, and the loop controller controls a smoking driving device to start smoking.
The smoking nozzle 203 adopts a suction resistance clamping sealing structure, so that no air enters the smoking process to influence the smoke temperature, and a temperature sensor 204 is arranged at the smoke outlet of the smoking nozzle 203, so that the smoke temperature can be accurately measured, and the system can collect temperature data for analysis and treatment.
The filter 205 filters impurities in the smoke and protects the piston in the cylinder.
The one-way exhaust valve 206 ensures that the smoke in the smoking cylinder passes smoothly during smoking, and the smoke is exhausted out of the system through the exhaust hole of the valve during smoking.
The piston of the smoking cylinder 207 can reciprocate under the action of the smoking driving device, so as to play a role in smoking and exhausting smoke.
As shown in fig. 2, the smoking driving device 3 includes a servo motor 307, a ball screw 302, a screw holder 305, a coupling 306, a slide rail 303, a slider 304, and a piston rod 301.
In the smoking driving device, a ball screw 302, a screw seat 305, a sliding rail 303 and a sliding block 304 are fixed on a bottom plate to form a mechanism capable of converting rotation into linear motion accurately, and the mechanism is connected with a servo motor 307 through a coupler 306 and is connected with a smoking cylinder 207 through a piston connecting rod 301.
The manual operation button 3 is in communication connection with the loop controller, and is provided with a forward button and a backward button, when the backward button is pressed, the holder of the smoking set 201 for heating the cigarette smoke temperature detection device 2 is retracted, the sample to be detected is detached into the smoking set 201, when the forward button is pressed, the holder of the smoking set 201 is advanced, and the part of the cigarette holder of the sample to be detected inserted into the smoking set 201 enters the smoking mouth 203, and the test is started.
The inspection recorder 4 is in communication connection with the loop controller, and can realize data acquisition statistics, analysis, display and output of the equipment.
The fume exhaust system 5 adopts a variable frequency motor fan to drive the emission of waste fume after detection, and the variable frequency motor fan is controlled by a computer through a frequency converter. When the electric heating cigarette starts to carry out the suction temperature test, a fan is started, and smoke generated by suction is discharged through an air duct; and after the test is finished, the fan is turned off.
The support system 6 is fixed in the cabinet 1, supports the heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device 2, ensures the normal operation of the heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device 2, and realizes the advancing and retreating of the smoking set 201 fixing frame of the heating cigarette smoke temperature detection device 2 by arranging a slide rail on the support system 6.
The rear backboard of the cabinet 1 is provided with a waterproof connector for inputting and outputting power lines, pumping signal triggering and other cables.
The smoking machine can measure 20 cigarettes simultaneously. During measurement, the smoking set seat moves outwards, the tested cigarette is manually placed into the smoking set, the control switch is started, the smoking set seat is reset, the filter tip of the cigarette is placed into the suction nozzle, the servo motor drives the piston of the smoking cylinder to move to start smoking action through the lead screw, the temperature sensor in the cavity of the suction nozzle detects the temperature of the smoke sucked out, and data and a system are analyzed.
The control of the servo motor can accurately control the suction port quantity and the suction time. The size of the suction port can be precisely controlled by adjusting the speed of the servo motor, and the suction time and the suction interval can be adjusted and set according to actual needs. Wherein the suction port amount is adjustable in the range of 10-70ml at 0.1ml, and the suction time is adjustable in the range of 1.5-5 seconds at 0.1 seconds. The pumping interval is adjustable at 1 second in the range of 0-999 seconds.
The working steps of the smoking machine of the invention are as follows:

In this embodiment, the loop controller and the inspection recorder adopt commercially available multi-loop controllers and multi-path inspection recorder products, and through the built-in program, the required temperature measurement display, data acquisition and storage, on-off reading of manual operation buttons, multi-loop control on a servo motor, a smoking driving device and the like can be realized, and parameter setting on the sizes of the smoking time, the smoking interval, the smoking port quantity and the like is realized without programming.
