Because the rotation speed of the servo motor 633 can be rapidly changed, the servo motor 633 can be driven to perform variable speed operation through the control unit 13 according to the curvature of the abutting surface of the arc plate 62 and the detecting rod 5, the servo motor 633 drives the driving gear 632 to rotate, the driving gear 632 drives the driven gear 631 to rotate, and the driven gear 631 drives the four arc plates 62 to rotate through the turntable 61, so that the four arc plates 62 push the four detecting rods 5 to move at a uniform speed. When the four detecting bars 5 are uniformly jumped, the widths of the grooves on the decorative cover 21 are the same.
Since the depth of the groove on the decorative cover 21 is shallow, the jumping amplitude of the detecting rods 5 is small, and it is difficult for a worker to accurately recognize whether four detecting rods 5 are simultaneously jumping, so referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the display mechanism includes a contact plate 71 located at a side of the detecting rods 5 away from the decorative cover 21, a plurality of sets of switches 72 fixedly connected to the contact plate 71, a lamp bead 73 mounted on the contact plate 71, and a camera lens 14 for photographing the lamp bead 73. The electric shock disc is coaxially fixedly connected to the central rod 2 and is positioned on one side of the rotary disc 61 away from the mounting disc 4, the lamp beads 73 are mounted on the end face of one side of the electric shock disc away from the rotary disc 61, the switch 72 is mounted on the end face of one side of the electric shock disc close to the rotary disc 61, the camera is mounted on the central rod 2, the camera faces the lamp beads 73, and the machine table 1 is provided with a display 15 electrically connected with the camera.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of sets of switches 72 are provided at intervals along the length of the chute 9. Each group of switches 72 is provided with four, the four switches 72 of the same group are in one-to-one correspondence with the four detection rods 5, and circles formed by surrounding the four switches 72 of the same group are coaxially arranged with the central rod 2. The four switches 72 in the same group are sequentially connected in series through wires, and the lamp beads 73 are electrically connected with the two switches 72 in the same group through wires.
When the detection lever 5 abuts on the top of the recess of the decorative cover 21, the end of the detection lever 5 away from the decorative cover 21 abuts on the switch 72, so that the switch 72 is closed, and when the four switches 72 of the same group are simultaneously closed, the lamp beads 73 are lighted. The camera can continuously shoot the lamp beads 73, the moment when the lamp beads 73 are lighted can be displayed on the display 15, and whether the widths of the grooves on the decorative cover 21 are the same can be judged by monitoring the time difference between two adjacent moment.
The implementation principle of the novel surface detection system of the automobile decorative cover is as follows: when the grooves on the decorative cover 21 are concentrically detected, the decorative cover 21 is horizontally placed between the four rotating rods 32, the threaded cylinder is rotated, the threaded cylinder drives the driving ring 33 to slide on the central rod 2 in the direction away from the turntable 61, at the moment, one end of the four rotating rods 32 away from the driving ring rotates towards the central rod 2 until the decorative cover 21 is stably supported and clamped between the four rotating rods 32 by the bearing plate 17, at the moment, the decorative cover 21 and the central rod 2 are coaxially arranged, and the four detecting rods 5 elastically abut against the decorative cover 21.
Then, the servo motor 633 is started, and the servo motor 633 drives the four detection bars 5 to move on the connecting plate 8 at a constant speed through the driving gear 632, the driven gear 631, the turntable 61 and the arc plate 62. When the detection lever 5 abuts on the top of the recess of the decorative cover 21, the end of the detection lever 5 away from the decorative cover 21 abuts on the switch 72, so that the switch 72 is closed. Only when the four switches 72 of the same group are simultaneously closed, the lamp beads 73 can be lightened, and at the moment, the circle center of the circle where the arc-shaped grooves on the decorative cover 21 are positioned is determined to be coincident with the circle center of the decorative cover 21.
Along with the continuous uniform motion of the four detection rods 5, the camera can continuously shoot the lamp beads 73, the moment when the lamp beads 73 are lighted can be displayed on the display 15, and whether the widths of the grooves on the decorative cover 21 are the same can be judged by monitoring the time difference between two adjacent moment.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a production process of the novel automobile decorative cover.
Referring to fig. 4, the production process of the novel automobile decorative cover comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting raw materials, and selecting highlight black or ABS with other colors, PCABS spraying-free plastic particles or silver PP spraying-free plastic particles for forming a decorative cover;
s2, forming a decorative cover, namely mounting a high-light mold on an injection molding machine, and injecting the raw materials into the mold after hot melting to form the decorative cover with a plurality of grooves on the surface;
s3, detecting, namely detecting the size and the surface of the decorative cover after injection molding.
The implementation principle of the production process of the novel automobile decorative cover provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: injecting highlight black or other color ABS, PCABS spraying-free plastic particles or silver PP spraying-free plastic particles into a highlight mold after hot melting, and performing injection molding by an injection molding machine to form a plastic decorative cover with a plurality of grooves on the surface, so that the surface of the plastic decorative cover has the luster of an alloy product; and then detecting the size and the surface of the plastic decorative cover after injection molding to ensure that the plastic decorative cover meets the design requirements.
