Working principle: referring to fig. 1-7, when in use, a worker can place the fan at a required position, then the collecting box 22 is clamped in the clamping groove 21 through the clamping block 23, then the filter screen 12 is clamped with the clamping hole 11, the fixing ring 31 can be installed through the installation hole 4, the fan is convenient to detach and install by the worker, meanwhile, the worker can clean the inside of the shell 3 conveniently, the practicability of the fan is improved, the filter screen 12 can be clamped through the clamping hole 11, the filter screen 12 can filter the air inlet for the second time, impurities in the air are filtered under the cooperation of the wind scraping plate 18 and the filter screen 12, the impurities are prevented from entering the inner wall surface of the shell 3 to cause blockage, the working efficiency of the fan is improved, the anti-blocking efficiency of the anti-blocking assembly is further improved, meanwhile, the filter screen 12 is convenient for the workers to disassemble and clean, the rotary column 17 can be limited by the fixed block 14, the rotary column 17 can drive the scraping plate 18 to rotate and scrape the inner wall surface of the mounting pipe 10, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the fan is blocked due to excessive waste attached to the inner wall surface of the mounting pipe 10, further reducing the energy consumption of the fan, the scraping plate 18 can rotate on the inner wall surface of the mounting pipe 10 under the action of the second driving motor 36 through the rotary column 17, scraping the waste attached to the inner wall surface of the mounting pipe 10, scraping the waste into the collecting box 22 for continuous collection, the collecting box 22 can be clamped on the inner wall surface of the mounting frame 19 through the clamping block 23, the collecting box 22 can intensively collect the waste scraped by the scraping plate 18, thereby facilitating the collection of the workers, the friction force between the outer circular wall surface of the first driving motor 25 and the inner circular wall surface of the placing hole 26 can be reduced through the second bearing 27, so that the first driving motor 25 is smoother when driving the impeller 28 to rotate, thereby reducing the consumption of energy sources and further improving the working efficiency of the fan.

Claims (8)

1. A large centrifugal industrial fan for preventing clogging, comprising:
the bearing plate (1), the top surface fixed mounting of bearing plate (1) has installation piece (2), the top surface fixed mounting of bearing plate (1) has casing (3), mounting hole (4) have been seted up to one side of casing (3), a plurality of first screw hole (5) have been seted up to one side of casing (3);
the anti-blocking component is arranged on one side of the shell (3) and is identical to the anti-blocking component for preventing the inside of the shell (3) from being blocked.
2. A large centrifugal industrial fan for preventing clogging as set forth in claim 1, wherein said anti-clogging assembly includes:
two fixed plates (6), two fixed plate (6) all set up one side of casing (3), through-hole (7) have been seted up to one side of fixed plate (6), right side a plurality of first locating hole (8) have been seted up to one side of fixed plate (6), the interior circular wall face movable sleeve of first locating hole (8) is equipped with first bolt (9), one side fixed mounting of fixed plate (6) has installation tube (10), joint hole (11) have been seted up to the outer circular wall face of installation tube (10), the detachable joint of the inner wall face of joint hole (11) has filter screen (12).

The large centrifugal industrial fan for preventing blockage according to claim 2, wherein the outer circular wall surface of the mounting pipe (10) is provided with a mounting groove (13), the inner circular wall surface of the mounting pipe (10) is fixedly provided with two fixing blocks (14), one side of each fixing block (14) is provided with a fixing hole (15), and the inner circular wall surface of the fixing hole (15) on the left side is fixedly sleeved with a first bearing (16).
