Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drilling, anchoring and grouting, in particular to an anchoring and grouting rotary drilling device.
Background
The field practice and engineering test research for many years show that the roadway support complete technology taking the geomechanical test of coal rock mass as the basis and the anchoring grouting as the core has become the preferred, safe and efficient support technology for coal mine roadways in China. For broken surrounding rock roadway, simple anchor rod and anchor rope support is adopted, the problem cannot be solved, the binding force between broken surrounding rock and anchoring agent is small, the anchoring force between anchor rod and anchor rope cannot be guaranteed, the mechanical properties of the broken surrounding rock roadway cannot be fully exerted, and under the condition, the mode of combining grouting reinforcement and anchor rod and anchor rope support is an effective way for controlling deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway.
The drilling and anchoring integrated grouting anchor rod mainly comprises a drill bit, a wedge body, a rising shell, a rod body, a tray, a nut and the like. The rod body is a hollow high-strength seamless steel tube, the outer surface of the steel tube is of a full-thread structure, the drill bit is arranged at the top end of the anchor rod and is connected with the wedge body, and the tail part of the drill bit is provided with a self-locking structure for controlling the relative movement between the wedge body and the rod body, so that the forward drilling and reverse pre-tightening anchoring processes are realized. The tail part of the rod body is a left-handed thread section, and a nut and a tray hole sealing rubber plug are sequentially arranged at the tail part of the anchor rod.
