Abstract
The invention relates to a polyurethane mixed color floor and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of wood-like floors. The decorative surface of the polyurethane covering layer is provided with carved patterns based on a mould relief pattern; the decorative layer is also provided with a color layer, and the color layer comprises a first color resin layer and a second color resin layer; the second color resin layer covers the decorative layer, and the first color resin layer is arranged on the second color resin layer and partially covers the second color resin layer. According to the invention, the two color resin layers are applied to the embossing of the decorative surface of the polyurethane surface layer by adopting a die method, the second color resin layer is darker in color and covers the embossing completely, and the first color resin layer is lighter in color and partially covers the second color resin layer, so that a composite effect is generated, and the wood grain embossing has higher simulation degree and solid wood grain texture.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a floor with polyurethane surface material, in particular to a polyurethane color-mixing floor and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of wood-like floors.
Background
The elastic body such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber and thermoplastic elastic body has good touch feeling and has the characteristics of soft quality and good elasticity. These characteristics make panels with elastomeric material surfaces have incomparable advantages over other materials in decoration, especially for use as floors in indoor or outdoor.
Patent document publication No. GB2445714B discloses a sheet material. The sheet has an elastic surface and a hard foamed core layer as a support beam. The surface layer and the core layer of the composite material are made of polyurethane, so that the surface layer and the core layer can be fused into a whole without using an adhesive and cannot be peeled off, and the surface layer and the core layer are connected by adopting no peelable technical means. Because polyurethane is made by adopting a foaming process as a core layer, the strength of the thermosetting polyurethane material serving as a supporting beam after foaming can not completely meet various strength requirements of the plate in an application scene, and therefore, the strength of the integral core layer is improved by mixing a certain amount of fibers. The board has good touch feeling and strength due to the fact that the surface elasticity and the strength of the core layer are increased through fibers, and the two layers are made of the same material and have good binding force, so that the board is widely welcome in the market.
However, the wood grain of the decorative panel has a deep grain, and has a high degree of simulation in terms of shape, but the color surface is too single and completely depends on the base color of the panel, so that the wood grain has a certain difference from the real wood grain in the comprehensive view.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is to solve the above problems, thereby providing a polyurethane color-mixed floor. The board shows real wood texture by applying two color resin layers on the surface of polyurethane, and the product grade is obviously improved.

The preparation method of the polyurethane mixed color floor comprises the following steps:
1) Providing a mould with a relief pattern;
2) Spraying a release agent on the relief pattern;
3) Locally spraying the relief pattern by using a first color resin;
4) Spraying the second color resin on the relief pattern;
5) Pouring a liquid material for forming a polyurethane coating layer;
6) Placing a substrate in a mould before the liquid material is solidified, so that the liquid material at least coats the surface of the substrate contacted with the substrate;
7) Closing and solidifying;
8) And opening the mold and taking out to obtain the polyurethane color-mixed floor.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the relief pattern is wood grain.
Preferably, the release agent is a wax-type release agent.
As the preferable choice of the technical proposal, the finishing paint is polyurethane in-mold paint.
As the preferable choice of the technical scheme, the first color resin is PU paint, and the second color resin is PU paint.

9) Closing and solidifying;
10 And (3) opening the mould and taking out to obtain the polyurethane color-mixed floor with the number of PU-1.

The two floors numbered PU-1 and PU-D-1 are respectively observed by naked eyes, and the floors numbered PU-1 can be seen to have multi-level color change through comparison, the transition between colors of different levels is natural, the light and shade change and the texture transition are shown, and the floor has better solid wood texture.
