(7) Applying a novel surface sizing agent by adopting a film transfer sizing machine; the novel surface sizing formula has a mass standard solid content of 7.5+/-0.5%, a viscosity of 80-120mpa.s and a temperature of 65-70 ℃, and the novel surface sizing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10+/-1 parts of food-grade oil-proof starch and 123+/-5 parts of clear water;
(8) Main parameters of paper machine operation

5. A method for producing fluorine-free oil-proof paper by a fourdrinier vat machine according to claim 1, wherein the silica sol is used in an amount of 2.5-3.5 kg/ton pulp.

The method for producing fluorine-free oil-proof paper by using a fourdrinier vat machine according to claim 1, wherein the novel surface glue is prepared by the following method: adding 1/3 of clear water into food-grade oil-proof starch, stirring uniformly in a surface glue steaming and boiling tank, introducing steam, heating to 93-95 ℃, preserving heat for 18-20min, extracting the surface glue, cooling to 65-70 ℃, mixing with 2/3 of clear water to obtain a novel surface glue solution with 7.5% of solid content, and extracting the novel surface glue solution into a surface glue storage barrel for standby.
