s3, when sewage enters the inside of the water outlet through the inner barrel, the sewage enters the inside of the annular sleeve and the outside of the annular sleeve respectively, the sewage in the annular sleeve is divided into areas by the partition plates and continuously irradiates and sterilizes through the strip irradiation lamp at the bottom, and the sewage outside the annular sleeve moves downwards before the annular sleeve and the inner wall of the water outlet and is continuously irradiated and sterilizes through the annular irradiation lamp;
s4, finally, the sewage treated by the irradiation device in the water outlet falls on the bottom of the treatment cylinder and is discharged through the water outlet in the bottom of the treatment cylinder.
