The track pipe 82 plays a role in limiting and guiding when the first pulley module 51 and the second pulley module 52 slide; the second blocking groove 84 plays a role of limiting guide when the third pulley module 53 slides.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the frame 1 is in a shape of , and is integrally formed by an upper transverse plate, a lower transverse plate, a vertical plate positioned between the two transverse plates, and guard plates on the left side and the right side of the vertical plate, the first pulley module 51 is fixedly connected with the upper transverse plate through a fastening piece, the second pulley module 52 is fixedly connected with the lower transverse plate through a fastening piece, and the third pulley module 53 is fixedly connected with the vertical plate through a fastening piece; further improving the structural strength of the frame 1 and the slide assembly 5.
At least one pulley is included in each of the first pulley module 51, the second pulley module 52, and the third pulley module 53.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the track pipe 82 is a square track placed obliquely, and the pulleys in the first pulley module 51 and the second pulley module 52 are groove pulleys; the upper side edge of the rail tube 82 is located at the groove of the pulley in the first pulley module 51 and the lower side edge of the rail tube 82 is located at the groove of the pulley in the second pulley module 52.

When the electromagnet 61 is electrified and demagnetized, the tray 2 cannot be adsorbed again, the tray 2 can turn over due to self gravity, the goods are unloaded and placed in the area, and when the tray 2 turns over, the limiting baffle 11 can limit and abut against the tray 2, so that the damage to the goods caused by excessive turning over of the tray 2 is prevented.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a chain group 12 is disposed on a side of the frame 1 near the second blocking slot 84, and the frame 1 is connected with a driving device through the chain group 12, and the driving device is used for driving the chain group 12 to reciprocate.
When the cargoes are required to be transported and sorted, the cargoes are sequentially placed on trays 2 in different flap type logistics sorting trolleys, a driving device is started, and a frame 1 is driven to move through a chain group 12; when the turning plate type logistics sorting trolley finishes unloading, the chain group 12 continues to move forward for next transportation sorting.
The frame 1 is provided with a correlation switch.
The opposite-shooting switch can further improve the detection precision of whether the opposite-turning plate type logistics sorting trolley reaches a designated area or not; the timeliness of the control signal sent by the output module 7 is optimized; the position signal of the flap type logistics sorting trolley can be better detected through the opposite-shooting switch.
More than two express delivery commodity circulation letter sorting dolly can be connected through chain group 12, and more than two express delivery commodity circulation letter sorting dolly is used for transporting more goods.
According to the logistics sorting device, when goods are required to be transported and sorted, the goods are sequentially placed on the trays 2 in different flap logistics sorting trolleys, the driving device is started, the frame 1 is driven to move through the chain group 12, the frame 1 moves on the transportation track module 8 and synchronously drives the trays 2 and the goods in the trays 2 to be transported and moved to a designated area, after the trays 2 are transported to the designated area, the output module 7 controls the power supply to be started, the electromagnet 61 on the frame 1 is an electromagnet which loses magnetism after being electrified, so that magnetism is synchronously lost when the flap logistics sorting trolleys pass through current, at the moment, the trays 2 can be turned over by gravity of the trays under the action of no magnetic adsorption of the electromagnet 61, the goods are unloaded to the designated area, and the next transportation sorting work is repeated.
Embodiment one: when the flap type logistics sorting trolley moves to a designated area along the transportation track module 8, the first pulley module 51 and the second pulley module 52 slide along the direction of the track pipe 82, the third sliding module 53 slides along the direction of the second baffle groove 84, meanwhile, the track pipe 82 synchronously plays a limiting role on the first pulley module 51 and the second pulley module 52, the upper side edge of the track pipe 82 is positioned at the groove of the pulley in the first pulley module 51, and the lower side edge of the track pipe 82 is positioned at the groove of the pulley in the second pulley module 52; the second blocking groove 84 synchronously plays a limiting role on the third sliding module 53, and the second blocking groove 84 can support the third sliding module 53 in an abutting mode;
when the flap type logistics sorting trolley slides along the conveying track module 8 through the sliding assembly 5, the frame 1 is further in sliding connection with the sliding contact line 85 on the first blocking groove 83 through the current collector 88, the sliding contact line 85 supplies power to the flap type logistics sorting trolley in motion through the current collector 88, and the magnetic size of the electromagnet 61 on the frame 1 is controlled.
Embodiment two: when the turnover type logistics sorting trolley moves to a designated area, the position of the turnover type logistics sorting trolley is detected through a corresponding detection device, a sensor and a correlation switch, a corresponding position signal is transmitted to the output module 7, the output module 7 synchronously controls the power on, the power supplies transmit current to the electromagnet 61 on the turnover type logistics sorting trolley through the trolley wire 85 and the current collector 88, the electromagnet 61 synchronously electrifies and demagnetizes, and the magnetic attraction piece 4 on the supporting plate 3 cannot be adsorbed again, so that the tray 2 can be turned over due to the gravity of the tray 2 and the goods can be discharged to the area, and when the tray 2 is turned over, the limit baffle 11 can limit and abut against the tray 2 to prevent the damage of the goods caused by excessive turning over of the tray 2; after the turning plate type logistics sorting trolley finishes unloading, the trolley continues to move forwards through the chain set 12, at the moment, the output module 7 controls the power supply to be turned off, the electromagnet 61 restores magnetism, and the tray 2 is reset through the magnetic attraction piece 4.

the trolley wire (85) is arranged on the first blocking groove (83), a current collector (88) is arranged at one end, close to the trolley wire (85), of the frame (1), the frame (1) is electrically connected with the trolley wire (85) through the current collector (88), and the frame (1) is in sliding connection with the trolley wire (85) through the current collector (88).

6. The logistics sorting apparatus of claim 5, wherein the connection plate (86) is provided with a right angle notch, and the left or right edge of the rail pipe (82) is fixedly connected to the right angle notch on the connection plate (86).
